“We have been purchasing fresh green chili peppers every year for the past 6 years. We recently moved to Hawaii from Michigan and were thrilled to find that you ship to HI. We just received our 25lb box and they were in perfect condition. They are all roasted, peeled and safely tucked in the freezer for cooking until next year. Peels are in the dehydrator to make green chili pepper powder. It is sooooo yummy to use in cooking. Many thanks to your family for all their hard work to bring us these tasty treats Stalsonburg’s Hawaii”

“My order of six pints of Hatch green chile arrived here in Massachusetts only a few days after I ordered and it was in perfect condition, The glass jars were well packaged and secure. Now I am enjoying a taste of New Mexico, my "home away from home" for many years! Thank you so much!”

“I paid $50 shipping on 2 boxes of Hatch Chile's, both arrived to me wilted as can be, yet The Hatch Chile Store sent me a free 10 lb. box with only paying the $36 dollar shipping fee and my chiles arrived as though they picked them that day! Paying the extra $11 is a must to get these treasures in perfect shape! I didn't know there was this option until I contacted them. They were more then gracious to me. I highly recommend them for any chile needs!”

“I ordered the roasted green pepper hatch chili sauce and the red pepper chili sauce and they both are delicious! I lived in New Mexico and have not been able to get that flavor here. I miss the smell around town! It’s so good to know I can get this taste from you!”

“Our 100 lbs of Big Jim chiles arrived in MN 2 days after shipping out of NM. They were in great shape with only 3 chiles needing to be tossed. They were deep green, plump, and fragrant. We roasted the chiles shortly thereafter and they were just as delicious as they looked! Thank you for the excellent quality you provide.”

“Because of health issues, I had to delay my shipment twice. The folks at the Hatch Chile Store were extremely helpful and understanding. The chile arrived in excellent condition. “It was so exciting to receive our "Fresh" hatch chilis! What a difference from the chili we bought at our local store. The smell was wonderful. We had a family roasting party the next day and froze bags of chilis to use in the future. We of course also stuffed and cooked with the chilis the same day. Thank you! We are hoping to someday make the trek to experience Hatch chili season in person in NM.”

“The green roasted sauce x-hot is delicious! I haven't opened the red sauce yet but I'm willing to guess that it is delicious too. I will order again. Glad I got x-hot. It's just good and tangy with a good flavor. Not as hot as I expected. Will always order x-hot for sure. But it will probably surprise me one day and be hot like expected. LOL. If you haven't ordered any hatch sauce then you are missing out!”

“The HCS is just what I was looking for. They have a wide selection of products. They are available when I needed questions about current and future orders. Products are as described on line. Customer service is excellent. Products are delicious. I have ordered from them several times. I do not wait for a special occasion. I can treat my self and family to tamales any time. “Last year when I ordered my Chiles, they came I roasted them and they were mild like I ordered. This year when I received them, they were so HOT!!!!! I roasted them and the smell and burn in my eyes I had to stop, tasted them and they were toooo Hottttt, I threw them all away, I believe I received the wrong order. We could not eat them, or roast them, they were to hot!!!!! We were very disappointed.”

“Arrived in perfect condition and were larger than the previous hot I have ordered. Roasted them the next day and they were great. Thick walled have a lot of heat and great flavor. The only problem is that I should have order 10 lbs. they.. won’t last until the holidays”
