“Received my products fast .I ordered the green chili and cheese tamales. Green chili sauce and I Tshirt. All high quality and tamales were still frozen when I got them. Great products and would order from them again. Thanks Mike 8/22”

“the chillie arrived exactly one week after it was shipped.....there was about 25% loss from spoilage and numerous pods were close to spoiling. some pod were very soft while others were very firm....i salvaged what i could and roasted it right away and had a green chillie cheeseburger. the heat and flavor was perfect for me. so other then the spoilage, which i attribute to the carrier it was good.....i would rate it at 2.5-3”

“Ordered the hatch peppers 10 lbs of them. Had only one that went bad out of them all. Great tasting peppers. Tried them raw fantastic. Made salsa out of some get taste an right amount of heat. (I like hot spicy food lol). Then roasted some on grill blended them up with a little virgin olive oil. Made a great spread on hamburgers for Labor Day weekend. Would recommend them to anyone. John”

“This season we got the hot and xtra hot. Both came fresh from the field and in great condition. Definitely putting in another order for next season. We roasted and peeled them before freezing. The xtra hot definitely take your breath away. Caution with those bad boys”

“I live in Alaska where overnight shipping takes 3days. Chile’s arrived fresh and in excellent condition. There was a potential delay of my order and the Hatch Chile Store team reached out to me and gave me updates so I didn’t have to worry when they’d arrive. “love that they shipped it to me in virginia. great flavor but the chiles were a little mushy and fell apart easily when i tried to use them for chile rellenos. will probably go back to getting them chopped instead of whole.”

“We have ordered from The Hatch Chile Store for the past 5 years that we have not had access to buying green chile during chile season. The past two years have been disappointing. There has been hardly any flavor and no spicy chile. We even ordered the extra hot this year in hopes we would get some kind of spicy flavor, but it did not happen. I think this will be my last year ordering from them. I will be trying somewhere different next year.”
