“Love getting Hatch Chilies from your store as they are confirmed mild in flavor. The stores may say mild but there is no guarantee that you are getting mild.”

“Love these chilies. I will order again next year. Only problem I had was the delivery. They came by usps and the carrier put them at my mailbox and they were there for 2 days before I got to my mailbox. I lost 20 chilies because of that. Thank you V Clark”

“I live in SC, didn't pay expedited shipping. They arrived fresh and intact. I got to roasting right away and followed directions given on Hatch website, perfect! Ans since there been burritos, street tacos, quesadillas, a few casseroles and more than enough in the freezer! Absolutely delicious, mild to med in heat and such fantastic flavor! “We love Hatch's chiles. I got the 25lbs box, pre-ordered in February. They smell and taste wonderful. We moved away from New Mexico and missed them and then we learned we could get them delivered. We are so happy with them.”

“I bought a ten pound box. It arrived fresh and ready for roasting. We roasted most of the box in one evening, plunged them in ice water to cool off and loosen the waxy skin. After removing the skin and seeds, we made green chile burgers the first night, stuffed the peppers with chicken, onion and cheese the next night, stuffed with shrimp the third night. Then we vacuum sealed the rest and will have peppers all winter. Yum!”
