“I really appreciate finding the store and being able to order some Chile. Ordering and shipping was very easy, my only issue was that one of the freezer bags had a corner torn off. It must have happened either before or during the packing process though because the cooler and box weren't damaged. We will definitely order again once our stash gets low.”

“Great customer service. You have a first class operation. My feedback on the product is - your red chile sauce is very good, but the Hot version is not hot. Secondly, carageenan is taking a beating as an unhealthful ingredient. I would urge you to review the ingredients and eliminate the unnatural ones.”

“I love being able to get semi fresh chili since I was unable to order this last season. I love the chili, the only disappointment is that the chili is more like mild to extra mild than medium hot. No heat to it at all.”

“Overall I was very happy with my experience using the Hatch Chile Store. It was easy to find what I was looking for, I received my order very quickly, and the product was perfect. The only issue I had was trying to use Paypal on the website. Every time I tried to use it I would give an error saying that the account I was trying to pay, the Hatch Chile Store's account, could not receive money. I messaged Hatch Chile Store and got a reply saying their account was fine but still to this day I am unable to purchase goods from their website with Paypal. Not a major issue since I did have a CC to use but I prefer Paypal. Overall though great experience and I plan on purchasing from them in the future since getting green chile locally is not possible most of the year.”

“I ordered the Hot Chile and it's more mild than hot. The flavors are great, maybe I need to order during the harvest season. I got enough to last a while so I'll wait till Sept-November.”

“I grew up on hatch chili so was thrilled when I realized I could order it and not have to put it up myself (in Texas, no less) duh! The only problem I had with my first order was the address they sent it to was wrong. It all worked out however my address is 1209 Conquistador Court Midland Tx 79705 Looking forward to ordering product till I leave this earth. Surely heaven has Hatch Chili!!!! “THe Chile was fine, expensive, but a nice reminder of what I'm missing living in Oregon. It's a bummer we can't get it before it was frozen, seems like it looses a little of the "bite" of hotness, but it's still good. I'm going to comapre it a can I can buy at Safeway.”

“My chiles came a couple days late but we're still good. Other then the delivery time they were good. I ordered hot next time I'll order extra hot.”

“Great Service, great product! I had no other way to get chiles this year. Only the price will make me try harder to get my roasted chiles locally by the roadside next year, otherwise I'd buy them this way every year!”
