“I ordered 10 # fresh chili which got lost in Albuquerque. To your company's credit it was replaced with 5# of frozen chili which arrived in a timely fashion. All were in good condition. I haven't tried any yet but looking forward to it.”

“Normally I would have given 5 stars. However this order I ordered medium-hot and received mild. I had wrote in and asked why and never got a response. The delivery was quick and was at the end of the season so I am not sure if you were just getting rid of peppers you had.....I just have to add jalapeno's to make it the desired temperature my family enjoys. It's always better though to get what you ordered.”

“As you are aware we received for the second year green chiles instead of the red chiles we had ordered. Your product is fantastic, delicious, everything we love about New Mexico chiles. If it wasn't for the shipping department missing two times in a row there would be five stars. We intend to order from you in the future, but when we do we will be sure to remind you a few times to send the correct color. Thank you.”

“was not happy with last order 5 lbs. 2 lbs. wes discolored i think they are bad they are yellow red brown orange.will not eat them the other 3 lbs. was great green and extra hot.”

“I was born and raised in Lordsburg and Hatch Chile was a staple growing up. I always bring back two large ice chests whenever I go visit family. Your on-line store guarantees that I will never run out. I ordered and already tasted both the green and red roasted chile and it was great. The only issue was that some of the packages had already thawed when I opened the container even though it as 2nd day shipment.”

“I haven't tasted my whole roasted Big Jims yet. But I can write a review for customer service, which was fantastic. Email communication and tracking of my order was seamless and my 5 lbs of chile arrived on time and still frozen! Thank you for providing such great customer and product care! I'll write more after I cook more with my first batch.”

“The chile came in great shape!! I was very impressed!! The only problem was that there wasn't any heat to it. I have ordered in the past from another company & their Hot was HOT!! So we order both medium & hot. I had never ordered from you so I thought that by ordering Med-Hot, it would be just what I wanted. We will be ordering some frozen HOT to mix in here pretty soon. Next time I will know, I guess.”

“The package of chile arrived one day later than expected but the chile was still mostly frozen. Haven't tasted it yet but I have no doubt that it will bring back memories from my growing up in New Mexico (ABQ).”

“Hey there Preston & Elaine! This was our second shipment of ???? from you guys, and we love them. I would, however, like to mention one less-than-ideal factor in enjoying your chilis; I paid significantly more to have the ???? "roasted & peeled", yet find most of them to include hard, sharp pieces left on the peppers. Since these shards are very unpleasant in the gums (gingiiva) I recommend that you guys review your quality control procedures with your employees. Thanks again for providing "the best ???? ". Marty”

“Chilies taste great. But, a little over half of them were spoiled like they had been frozen cold upon delivery. They had a yellowish tint to them and were not very fresh like our last order.”

“I ordered 5# of medium and 5# of hot , roasted and peeled green chile. The order arrived quickly and was packaged better than other companies I have used. Prior to the delivery I had a question and the person I spoke with was knowledgeable and nice. The chile itself is good. The flavor is quite mild even for the hot. It is not quite as smokey as I prefer . Maybe due to the peeling before freezing or maybe the peeling technique is to stem the skin off (? Purely speculation) . The price was ok, a bit higher than some other companies but definitely the shipping packaging was better and the shrink sealed bags are a plus.”

“I ordered from you around a year or so ago.. Seems as though the packaging has changed? I wasn't even sure I was ordering from the right company.. Ole Gringo??? LOL I received my most recent order a few weeks ago.. Red Chili sauce, mild and medium... Not really sure about the flavor, not bad.. but not what we expected.. Green Chili sauce is great..”

“I love, love, love your green chili! My only comment is that I wish that I had gotten an email about when it was going to arrive. I was out of town the weekend it got to my house and by the time I found it on my doorstep, the dry ice was gone and the chili was barely cool. It still tastes great however :O)”
