Item was as described. Functions great. However Quality control could do better. There were a few misaligned welded parts, the angle of the handles did not match each other and the chest pad was out of shape as it was not completely rectangular. Also, the chest pad bolts were not long enough to add a lock washer. I could only use a flat washer which means i will need to routinely retighten them every few months. Other than those minor issues it does what its advertised to do, gave me a good pump.

I just received the bicep and tricep curl machine and assembled it quickly. Everything was in good shape and arrived as promised. My biggest concern is the functionality. The range of motion on the machine is very limited. I’m not able to fully curl on the bicep or extend on the tricep. The limitation makes it very difficult to get a good workout. I have other Titan equipment that works well, I would not recommend this machine due to the limited range.

The second part of the shipment was delayed about 5 days and box was broken open with items scratched inside.

I am satisfied with the products and the free shipping, however, it also would have been nice to receive the email advising the tracking number. I never received it so I was not on the lookout for the package. Luckily I took out the garbage last night because the delivery package was left in my backyard by our dumpsters. Not sure why they didn’t leave them on the front porch but I could have at least been on the lookout for the package and would have known when it delivered by signing up for delivery alerts through the carrier. Again, love your products and the free shipping but one small email not being sent out could have resulted in someone walking by and stealing the packages from our backyard due to our community has super low fences that anyone can reach over.

Ok so the shipment experience was some as the packaging was great and the delivery went well. However, on my belt squat machine, the arm portion that holds the weights was missing a hole so I will need to drill a one inch hole to install the bolt. Overall the build quality of the leg extension and belt squat machine was good.

Dumbbells are nice however I to modify the dumbbell rack to put it together. The shipping company used was terrible. They delayed the shipment and had no clear communication on when the new arrival date was. I wouldn't use them again.

The plate loadable stone came with improper threading so getting the bolt out took hours of effort and stripped the handle. I had to rethread the stone to get it to function

Ordered set of 105 urethane dumbbells. One of the dumbells was not boxed upon delivery and was dirty and chipped.

The box was damaged open delivery with item sticking out. The bench had some scratch marks and the paint was peeling off when I opened the box.

In the very beginning, things could have been simplified if your procedures were not so out of wack. Within 2 to 3 hours of placing my order, an oversight on the color of the plates went into a horror picture. Before the plates left the warehouse --- all of it could have been a real smooth process. No telling how much money and time was wasted --- in sending the plates through and having them routed back to you. There needs to be a better procedure in handling these kinds of things. I ordered 2 products, 1 came with no issues the 2nd was a completely different product than I had ordered. Getting it resolved was a bit frustrating at first with some unnecessary back and forth but once Titan agreed they had sent me the wrong product then it was pretty simple from there.

Pallet arrive broken. It was not heavy dutty pallet and it was overloaded. (As the order was for export we had to tale all apart and make new package

Order took so long to get delivered because of internal system issues. Customer service wasn’t much help, but I need to give Kaila Holt a shoutout. She helped me throughout this process and was very informative. Only giving this 3 stars, because she was very helpful and accommodating.

I get that as a business shipping and logistics are extremely difficult to predict right now, but I received zero communication about when the product was delayed, delayed, shipped, etc. I was going to cancel my order because the only reference I had to go off of was the backorder estimated shipping date off of the product page on the site that kept creeping further backward. The fact that I'm getting pestered with automated emails to leave a review demonstrates the software capability to inform about my order status in a better way than the current method(copy the order number from your original email, navigate to the website order status page, etc.).

The product was left outside of the fence on the sidewalk. Anyone could have drove up and taken it. Besides heavy package 📦 for my wife to bring by herself. No attempt to be contacted.
