There was rust on all details. Manual did not show when using the code on the accompanying instruction card

My order hasn't arrived. FedEx appears to have delivered it to the wrong address. This isn't Titan's fault though. Hopefully I will get a replacement machine sent out.

Delivery of multipurpose pull up bar for T-2 rack has been delayed numerous times and was previously unavailable but advertised on website for what seemed like years. Customer service reps were very nice, but took a while to contact.

We're sorry your delivery took longer than anticipated. Due to high demand and current logistics issues in the country, our backorder dates can get pushed back. Product and delivery was fast. The only disappointing review I have for this company is their customer service is the worst of any company I have ever delt with. The end cap came broken in the box and it took them over a month to send a replacement. But the replacement was the wrong end cap. Then they send the exact same wrong end cap again. Two month later I still have not received the correct end cap.

Received functional trainer after several delays, unpacked the crate and no hardware. Call customer service, Clare asks me if I “looked everywhere” for the hardware… this after I unboxed and unpacked everything meticulously with… no hardware. Her fist suggestion is to “go to the hardware store” without any kind of service. She then proceeds to tell me they’d give me a $40 credit… that expired in 30 days if something isn’t purchased from their site. Oh, the credit still isn’t applied to my account. Lastly, she says there’s no way for me even to pay for expedited shipping and it’d be a week before the hardware comes in. Not to mention the hardware from the store cost me $120…

The worst part: I ordered a Titan Fitness Wall V3 on April 6, 2020. The website indicated it was on backorder and would be shipped on April 21st which it was not. I sent an email around May 6th via their website and never got a response. I obtained a direct email address and sent another message on May 11th, indicating it was the 2nd message, that they took my money and where's my product. Within 2 hours I received a message the product had been shipped. The OK part: For the price, I pulled the trigger and purchased it. Then I read a bunch of nightmare reviews about parts not fitting and quality issues and thought about canceling my order. I watched a bunch of Youtube videos and lowered my expectations and decided to risk it. I'm kinda handy and could make it work if I wanted. When I received it I inspected it and it was a mish-mash of mostly acceptable parts. There were some gouges and scrapes on the bigger parts as if it had been returned. The best part: I got LUCKY! I got a good one... as in all the parts fit and nothing was missing. I tested each part out of the box before assembly. After about 5 minutes with my Dremmel sanding one of gliding parts, it was perfectly smooth and super quiet! Super easy to assemble. Out of 13 pulleys, I had to spray lubricant on 5 of them just as a precaution. 3 stars because they failed to ship in a reasonable time and the minor damage to the black paint. I would recommend purchasing this ONLY if you are handy. It's not perfect out of the box, but you can easily make it perfect.
