The handle paint finish is chewed up. A couple of the UHMU pads are spinning - not tightly screw down.

The mount itself is well built and extremely stable, but the chalk bowl is low quality The bowl arrived dented, which is no surprise as it is extremely thin and collapses into itself if you place any weight on the rims. The quality of the bowl simply does not match the quality of the laser-cut mount. Expected more for the price.

Delivery was fast. Product quality and packaging are excellent. My reward's points didn't apply at checkout. I had the same problem with an order in September. This should've been fixed and a 15% customer courtesy discount applied for the time, energy and frustration. Mistakes happen but Titan should compensate the customer when they do as an apology. I also never received an email informing that the reward's points program was about to expire. Had I not logged into my account and placed an order, they would've been lost. That's not right. I hope you guys do better with your policies and customer service in the future. I don't enjoy being critical, but think you need to know these things in order to improve.

So the process of getting my order was a struggle this time around. First the shipping updates weren’t accurate at all and it arrive a lot later than it was suppose too. Also I was unaware that it was being shipped freight till it was almost here and where I live the roads are posted so I couldn’t get it delivered to my home so I made other arrangements. So I would rate this experience 2 out of 5 but because I’m very pleased with the quality of my order I bumped it up to 3. I understand times are tough right now and good help is hard to find. My best advice is too try to keep better/accurate updates to eliminate the stress of wondering where your order Amy be. Thank you

The product itself is fine and I am pleased with the quality. The instructions are another story and need lots of improvement. Consider putting a step-by-step video together! Wasted time looking for hardware, part numbers, fishing out wires from the console, seat installation information needs help, no mini phillips screwdriver to remove the battery compartment cover, had to use an awl to pry open the battery cover (a simple ribbon that would go under the batteries and stick out from the lid on either side would have done the trick. No mention of the blue paint serves on the handlebar when screwing it in. A mere mention in the instructions would have been nice. It's a good start, but wow do your instructions need refinement! Get somebody off the street and have them put one together, sit back and observe all the problems they encounter - then rewrite your instructions where needed.

The end product is great and I am overall very happy with my purchase, however, the wrong set of hardware was sent so I had to visit the hardware store and purchase the correct washers, nuts, and bolts. Overall not a huge deal, just a bit inconvenient.

Quick shipping. Quality of materials is excellent. Item was exactly as described on website. Assembly hardware was incomplete and I ended up purchasing remaining hardware from home improvement store.

The product is heavy duty and will built. The issue is that there were incorrect sized bolts for the skid plates. I was able to go to Homedepot and purchase the correct size for a few bucks. Sled works great.

Half of my shipment was never sent, so almost 2 weeks later I emailed customer service to inquire about my item. Customer service was very helpful when they responded a couple of days later and then sent the package very quickly. Only issue with the actual item was it was short a couple lock washers, no big deal. I have used the Yoke several times since assembling it, and it has been great so far.

I imagine that you packaged up the barbell but when I received it, I got a barbell with a label zip tied to it. So basically FedEx sucks and it came 3 days later than originally stated as well.

I have bought quite a few items from Titan, this is the 2nd box that was beat up with holes everywhere and hardware loose. Luckily all hardware was there. It was scratched up already, but it’s going to get that way eventually.

Great price and will work for me, but there's a manufacturing defect on this multigrip pull-up bar that made it super hard to to fit to my T3 power rack. Also it doesn't sit flush against the rack so it just looks kind of wonky.

It's a nice machine and easy to put together. The 2 boxes were shipped a week apart plus the main bar of steel didn't have a hole punched out at the row/curl area. I had to stop at the very end because I couldn't put the last pully in. I sent pics and an email but the reply seemed like an automated response of "discribe the problem". I replied that I sent pics and no response days later. Bad customer service, basically if its missing parts or all the holes arent punched out its the customers problem, right. I had to purchase a thick drill bit and electric drill so i figure it out myself.

The e-mail asked for feedback on Order #18102647613. It's typical of your company. Some of the items were great and others were Junk. The Yukon bar was perfect despite the carton it was packaged in being heavily damaged. The landmine stand was functional but very beat-up on the frame and rollers. The Rack Mounted Wrist Roller was junk. 1st the U-clamp that wraps around the rack was welded crooked so it wouldn't fit. I was able to spread it to get it to fit but damage occurred when doing so. the roller itself didn't spin and I needed to disassemble and polish the shaft underneath and apply wax to get it to spin freely. The safety pin was oversized and did not fit into the rack which didn't matter because the pinhole doesn't line up with the rack hole. I've bought quite a few items for my home gym from your Company and as a Director of Manufacturing, I'm surprised by your business model of low or poor quality based on price. Quality should be a given and a good product at a fair price would be a better business model.

Shipment came on 3 different days, right after another. I felt bad for the delivery driver that he had to bring the same thing to my house 3 different days in a row. Would be more efficient if they could just be shipped together.

The machine works, the box came slightly damaged (not a problem). Upon opening the parts package was broken open missing 2 long screws and 1 short. The long base- plastic end caps- came in scratched and dented

The quality of the bench was poor and the poor threading for the foot of the bench made it unusable. I'm in contact with Titan support to replace the bench. This isn't a problem isolated to Titan. I've had this occur with other companies' products.
