The instructions are terrible. They don’t mention two of the arms and hinges are longer than the other two. Also every garage has a slope so when we try to fold the right side in it gets stuck on slope and won’t fold. If we move it up it won’t hit the floor when open. Kind of a bad design. We are making it work with shims.

It took a month month to get my issue justified with my Plate Loaded Functional Trainer. I received pieces I didn’t ask for until this week i finally received the correct part which was a cable.

I felt like I gave Titan an interest free loan since I didn’t receive the product for almost four months. The website did show that the item was on back order but also claimed it was only a few week delay. Titan continued with unrealistic delivery timelines on its site which bordered on being deceptive to customers. However when the items finally arrived they were in great condition. I got a newer X3 rack to replace an old one and you can tell the quality is so much better than older versions.

The hardware was completely different than what's indicated in the owner's manual. I'm missing at least 8 bolts and as many washers. Right now my leg press has no headrest, because I didn't have enough hardware to attach it. It's also missing 4 of the 8 bolts required to attach the backrest assembly to the vertical portion. Also, part of the backrest assembly had a missing bolt hole. Yes, you read that correctly. One of the bolt holes was not a hole. It had the imprint of a hole, but no hole. I had to get out a hammer and chisel (and goggles) to safely knock it out. Listen, I get it. This is a budget leg press, and IMO still worth the $$ - but future buyers should know they may need to head to the hardware store to get a few missing parts, and they should also know assembly may be substantially more challenging than they'd expect due to poor/lacking QA.

Package delivery was delayed due to packaging malfunction. The package was falling apart. Luckily you can't hurt weights.

Ordered two balls and only got one, the bad part the 10 lb. ball was in stock when I ordered it, also credit to my account is very slow.

Packaging was good, no visible damage and arrived promptly. The Fitbit was real tight and it scratch some of the paint off my rack. I had to find away to stretch the bracket open. Aside from that the build quality was over pretty good.

My credit card was double charged and then had to wait 4-5 days for monies to be returned Not good!!!

Equipment for the price is good. However the packaging is poor, I ordered 3 pieces of equipment and all 3 boxes were damaged as well as the equipment. They don’t provide handles on the boxes for the shipper to use to maneuver so instead the boxes get pushed and dragged around causing damage to the product. Very disappointing especially when you spend a couple grand on merchandise.

Three star rating for the poor shipping materials, box that my farmers handles came in was destroyed and bars were hanging out. Ends were scraped up but not enough to bother me. It's a barbell that will get punished anyway. My fault for not looking up the weight of these things but they only weigh 16.4 pds apiece for those of who ask.

I have no problem with the item that I ordered. My issue is when I ordered it, it was stated that I would be receiving my item in April in which I knew was going to to delayed. The delivery date came and no item. I continued to wait and check my email for some type of update. However, still nothing. I decided to call customer service and was told that my bench would not be delivered until June. With that said, I was not pleased because 1. it was not delivered as stated when ordered; 2. I was not notified that it was not going to arrive on time; 3. Why my money 💰 was taken out of my account before the item could be shipped; 4. I had to call customer service to be told my item would not arrive until June when I ordered it in March. I asked where was the communication to relay that information but was told you all don't notify people of any change in delivery dates 🤔. To me that is bad customer service after someone has spent their money with your company but can't be updated on the status of items ordered especially when the funds were taken out of my account already. Maybe try contacting your customers to keep them abreast and not taking the funds until the item is actually ready to be shipped. There should be someone to keep track and send out generic emails to customers to keep them informed.

I have three pairs of Titan Kettlebells. The last set took a month to be delivered as the carrier lost the package. The carrier contacted me and said it had been lost. When I reported the loss, Titan made me wait another week before they would send out a replacement - in case it showed up. Not so good.

Damaged box. Poor delivery. Item was scratched again and with rust. Second time ordering this item and it looks like a scratch and dent item not a “new” full price item. Quality sucks.

Equipment is great, solidly built and a great upgrade etonym gym. Delivery was a nightmare. FedEx didn't even attempt to deliver when I was home and stated that they couldn't because nobody was available to recieve and would attempt the next day. Th next sat they silently left an absolutely shredded box in my front yard and the mounting hardware had spilled out near the curb, which I didn't find at first. They didn't require a signature or anyone to be here as I had expected after the first delivery attempt.
