I had to cancel my order after 21 single day of waiting. what a terrible experience I had with these people. there is no way you can speak with someone. in this 21st century you have to wait 3 days for an email reply from them. they shouldn't be allowed to trade with the UK. please be aware they are not based in UK. phone will be shipped from china and cost a lot to return it.

Bought a galaxy S8 plus, Couldn't be happier, was a bit worried first looking at the reviews but as mentioned it took about 2 days to process and took couple of days to deliver, i then received the phone on the hour as promised by dpd, phone was brand new in sealed box and genuine, no different to one you buy from Samsung directly. Ordered on 22/07 received on 27/07. Don't waste your money on the high street or fall for the scare tactics, i can't fault toby deals uk, really happy

I purchased a phone through this website as it was showing "in stock" and was the quickest way for me to get the particular model i was after (not available locally unless on a plan). After not receiving even a tracking number for a week i contacted TobyDeals only to be told they didn't have stock, wouldn't for another few days and would ship it when it arrived. When i brought up the fact it was STILL showing "in stock" on their website and that i was worried i was being scammed i didn't hear back for a few days, until they sent me a generic email with a tracking number, a day BEFORE the product was supposedly due to be back in stock - implying they may have had the phone the whole time and just not bothered to send it. Its been several weeks since my purchase, they wont respond to emails, and the tracking number they have given me hasn't updated in 4 days. I'm likely going to have to refer to PayPal to get my money back.

16 days waiting. Took my money. Did not reply to emails. Gone to PayPal for refund. Overseas outfit. Roll the dice... you (might not even) get what you pay for.

I paid 1 week ago in Australia. The products are not shipped. Tips for other users suffering from this seller: if we paid through paypal, we could claim `product not delivered`. The seller should get a message through paypay. If the seller doesn't reply. We could claim money back (Not sure).

Today is a great day...got a refund through my credit card after making the huge mistake of placing an order for a JBL speaker with these con artists....please please do not use them....they advertise low prices to suck you in...just as I was...but I made the bigger mistake of not reading the online reviews...I guarantee they will take your money..promise the item has been dispatched....tell you there has been a problem....then nothing....and nothing....I eventually asked for a cancellation and refund, which they said they would do..once they had received the item (which they had never sent) back from the couriers....and that was the last you will hear from them....complete scam from this Hong Kong (Not UK) based company....total scam..

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY !! I bought a pair of Sony Noise Cancelling earbuds for £179.99 without realising that TobyDeals UK was actually based and everything shipped from Hong Kong. Much to my surprise they did actually arrive but they didn't work and of course the conditions of return were prohibitive .I contacted Sony and advised them of this scam and they have offered to look at the headphones and if they can, repair them free of charge. However the serial number was not recognisable so I am assuming the goods are fake. At least Sony are now aware of these rogues. They should be shut down

"Around the World in 80 Days " with Toby Deals....... In 1873 the legendary traveller P. Fog set off to go around the World in 80 days. Well prepare yourself for this sort of epic. Only difference is the book has an ending. After nearly 50 days -I have no phone,no idea where it is ,no updates and no response to emails. This is what you will get from Toby Deals. Their responses when they came, were the same regurgitated bull from start to finish. You are setting yourself up to be robbed-they say they have shipped items -then they never arrive - then you get no refund (in their minds) - This is the truth . Steer away from this lot - my worst and only online shopping experience. They are an insult to their mothers.

I'd give no stars if possible I will expand below for anyone who is interested but briefly: a) I ordered a phone. b) It arrived corrupted and wouldn't even start c) Toby Deals said i had voided my warranty (with them) as i had downloaded an unlocked bootloader. I have NO idea what one of these is but as the phone wouldn't even start up this obviously was not possible. d) Xiaomi said as my phone had been imported from Hong Kong they were not liable for any warranty. e) I didn't know i was ordering from Hong Kong. f) I've just thrown my hard earned money away. g) you have been warned! In more detail for anyone interested...... Ordered Xiaomi phone and when it arrived i started it up and it came up with an error saying the operating system was corrupted. I followed instructions that pointed me to call xiaomi support directly. They talked me through a hard reset of the phone which didn't work. They told me as my phone was imported from Hong Kong it was not covered under their warranty and i should contact my supplier - Toby Deals. I emailed them as was told to report it to their support which i did. This was their reply "With regard to your issue, it might be caused by unlocked Bootloader. Please note that no Warranty could be covered and Warranty will be voided at the same time if Bootloader has been unlocked. Thanks for your understanding " I replied saying i had not downloaded anything to the phone as it was corrupted when i turned it on. I had only done what Xiaomi support had talked me through which was a reset. They again replied: "If you insist, you may return it to us for checking. However, if we found Bootloader has been unlocked/ rooted/ flashed/ not covered by Warranty, we could arrange return it AS IS at your cost GBP 30 only. Please reply within your 14 days DOA period if you would like to do so and thanks for your help!" I have been ripped off. Do not buy from Toby Deals - all their goods are imported and you have literally no warranty if anything goes wrong. I have bought from them before and had no problems with my phone - but that's because i had no problems with it! As soon as you do you are shafted.

I ordered a phone on 22nd January and then saw all these reviews and found out my wife also used them last year when her phone never arrived. She did get a paypal refund. However, I have my order now but it was a bit dicey. After an initial 'processing your order' email I heard nothing for 8 days. I then politely emailed on the 30th January to check up on the order. 2 days later (1st Feb) I received an email with apology, the order was delayed and will be dispatched withing 3 working days. An email then comes 3 days after that (4th Feb) saying it is ready to leave the warehouse and that I would get another email when it has been dispatched with a tracking number. 2 days after that (6th Feb) an email comes saying it has been picked up by the courier but no tracking details were given by the courier at this point. I emailed 6 days later (12th Feb) politely asking what the situation was as I had not heard anything nor got any tracking. On 13th Feb I received an email saying that my order had again been dispatched and this time had a tracking number with it. The tracking number was with Yodel and status was 'your parcel will be with us soon'. The parcel history in Yodel tracking said that this update was on 8th Feb but I only got the tracking number on the 13th. It was fully trackable from this point but no change to status until 16th Feb. Parcel arrived to me today (18th Feb). 4 stars because the phone is still a really good phone and nearly half the price if bought from the UK. The faffing about and time taken for this ordeal to be over was nearly 4 weeks so Toby deals loses a star. I don't know if I was lucky to get delivery but I was somehow quite confident I would get it eventually. Use them at your own risk? I was patient.
