The website wouldn't accept my booking. Tried live chat to contact tourradar but no answer except gmail saying thanks for using chat. Had to ring, on hold for 20 minutes then was on the phone for half an hour as discount was not correctly applied, then single supplement not added. Was assured all was ok. Next day tour operator emailed me saying i needed to pay a single supplement. Rung tourradar & was on hold for over 10 minutes, hopefully all fixed now but does not make me have any confidence in thier abilities.

Tourist Israel is a scam; we relied upon TourRadar to provide a screening of reputable travel companies on our journey to Israel and Jordan and in this process TourRadar completely is off the mark. It's recommendation to utilize Tour Israel is useless. That company is never on time, misses pick up and drop off times, eliminates established site visitation and most importantly did not pay our hotels for our rooms, even though we prepaid everything in January, 2018. I cannot stress enough to boycott Tour Israel as in option for the Middle East. "Caveat Emptor"

It took ages to get information back re whether we could go on the trip. This may have been out of your control. Because of the delay when we booked the priced jumped back up to the normal price rather than the discounted price. We were told in conversations they would honour the discounted price & told to book & pay the deposit & they would fix the error but that hasn't happened. We were offered a similar discount elsewhere so would not have booked with tour Radar at the standard price. Attempts to rectify the problem have so far failed

I have contacted the team on couple occasions over the chat, and the staff were very efficient and polite in resolving my queries. I was told though that a representative would speak to me and would give me some tips in relation to advising I needed about the flights, however, I have not contacted a sales person at all not sure what your assistant meant. Lastly, the amount of emails is excessive and I would rather have communications in relation my trip only.

Easy to find what country you're looking for, with a large selection of tours displayed. The filters are good to break down style, length, price and other things.

The transaction was smooth and the tour that I booked was cheaper than the original tour website! It provided a lot of details of the tour too. The reply was quite fast as well.

Although I had a mix up with my booking, the operators went out of their way to ensure that everything was organized before the deadline. They worked late in the night to help me out and I was so appreciative for their support and dedication. An absolutely great team who have made using their company a breeze.

As always staffs are fast to respond. In my experience I have a lot of questions and everything was answered fast. Every one I chatted to seems to have very good Training and very friendly attitude. While I chatted I felt like I'm talking to a friend who wants the best for you. I'm very glad that I found you by accident and I will be life time customer.

Price looks like a good value, will know more after the tour, but rep was not knowledgeable enough or your doc's were good enough to book hotel before or after the tour.

I have booked sixteen trips through TourRadar and was perfectly happy every time . The customer service is awesome and is certainly the best I have ever encountered. The responses are almost immediate and meaningful. The follow up is meticulous and I have never had to chase anything up . TourRadar does all the liaison with the tour operators and it seems they get answers quickly where I would have had to push and wait . Its fantastic for me I can ask a question before I go to bed in Australia and wake up to have the accurate reply waiting for me in the morning . The team operate around the clock and there is no question of having to wait for the person who has been handling the file to be on duty. Its seamless, Yet despite being so efficient every member of the team communicates in a genuinely friendly manner. Its real and speaks volumes about the operating principles of TourRadar, So having selected a trip it would be crazy to deal with the tour operator directly as any discounts for which you are due like a loyalty bonus are obtained for you , In regard to finance , of course Tour Radar offer additional discounts so that’s another reason to book through them . I appreciate that they do not impose credit card fees and give me a reminder when balance of fees are due to be deducted, To select a group tour there is no substitute for using TourRadar. By simply inserting the region or counties that are of interest all the alternatives are listed. . This can then be filtered in so many different ways including dates, budget , special interests or particular operators . Then having narrowed the search , detailed trip notes can be downloaded and informed decisions made . Sometimes too its great just to browse for inspiration or check out bargains . I absolutely recommend TourRadar to anybody interested in booking a group tour . I wish that other companies in whatever field that I have to deal with were as efficient and customer focussed as TourRadar . Thank you so much

Unfortunately I had to make my tour booking quite late in the day but nonetheless the support personnel at TourRadar did their utmost to make ends meet despite the slight challenges we encountered. Very much appreciated!

Don't know if I had a worse experience with a tour company even before it started :( . The Support Mail ID never bothered to reply when it came to cancellation request before tour was confirmed. Once the tour got confirmed, the amount has been deducted and are not willing to return it to me inspite of repeated attempts. They don't seem to understand their own cancellation policy. Would never recommend to anyone!!

We do check our inboxes regularly, however the direct booking conversation you have with your tour operator is where activity related to your booking occurs and as such, your operator will not have had access to your messages prior to confirming your booking. As a booking platform, we here at TourRadar do all that we can to assist our travellers, however as we can see from your booking conversation your tour was confirmed by the tour operator and as such the terms and conditions of cancellation do apply. We have requested the tour operator to waive this for you however unfortunately in this instance they advised it was not possible. I paid my reservation using a credit card and unfortunately my bank charge me an additional transaction fee wherein Tourradar states that no additional fees will be added, So I made a complain and the transaction fee was given to me. Indeed you stick to your statement and you gain my trust.Thanks

Booking was super easy but I seemed to get 2 or 3 identical emails showing all my bookings, payments etc- a bit of overkill I thought. I look forward to the tour :)
