“Super easy website to use. The filters are awesome & allowed me to find exactly what I was after. Specific features like filtering by exact date (+/- 3 days), desired price per day and type of experience. Will use Tour Radar again for booking a tour.”

“We are very excited to be part of the TourRadar "Wonders of the Maritimes and Scenic Cape Breton on September 20 - 28. It has been a lifelong wish of ours to tour the Maritimes and we are happy to achieve this item on our "bucket list". The number of days of the tour is good for us as we have some health issues and the timing in late fall is also what we had anticipated as the best time to go. We were happy to find a tour that included New Brunswick, Nova Scotia and PEI. We anticipate the tour itself will be great and are so looking forward to being part of it. We do have concerns with the booking however. We decided on this tour and submitted our information to confirm it and it took at least three days to confirm. We began to think that we had made errors in filling out the form and/or something was wrong with our credit or information that was holding up this process. Just before confirmation we were informed that the price had changed quite drastically because of a discount being displayed incorrectly and a failure to add Canadian HST. This was a shock and we seriously considered withdrawing because of the additional price, but decided to go ahead because of the time we had already invested in finding this tour and because it was one that suited our needs. We also were disappointed when we were researching that the accommodations were not included as part of the information and that we only found out which accommodations were part of the tour after it was booked. We noticed that other tours provided some information as part of their website. We look forward to this tour and learning about the Maritimes.”

“Easy to book tour online. Someone answered right away when calling the toll free number. Big selection of tours to choose from on website. Allow payment with all major credit cards including AE! Offer seasonal discounts and credits for future booking.”

“This is my 3rd trip to book with TourRadar over the past couple of years. I always go back to the TourRadar website when thinking of a new trip. I find their website really great. They have every trip you can think of on their website from all corners of the world. Then once you book your trip I find them extremely efficient and also helpful with the likes of booking accom etc to go with your trip. Finally, I think it's great that once you book your trip with TourRadar you don't have to pay the full cost of your trip straight away, only a small deposit and then the balance is not due up until a few weeks before your trip which really helps. Thank You.”
