“Previous tour was exactly as booked and planned. But the last tours we booked 1 to India and 1 to Nepal separately but concurrent did not work out well . The tour operator cancelled our tour to India, which left us with a tour to Nepal that we have to cancel or find another tour to India that fits, and if we cancel our Nepal tour we only get half our deposit back. Very frustrating.”

“The tour I did was to the locations I expected. Disapointed with the fact that I requested to be part of a group and ended up by myself with a great driver and the couriers were all good in the 3 locations. The 1st Hotel was a substandard and the 2nd hotel was good.”

“I like the options of tours and companies that the TourRadar experience gives me, and the ability to ask questions and be answered by the operators, This is only the second trip I've booked using them, but on the success of the first, and the reviews whilst looking at options for the second... “I was looking for a tour to Switzerland and TourRadar popped up. It was extremely helpful because it had a listing of all trips involving Switzerland from a number of different companies, allowing me a very easy way to check a number of options in one place. I would definitely utilize this platform in the future when searching a group tour.”

“Variety of tours is good. Filters help. However, I find that the details of tours are often sadly lacking and even incorrect. TourRadar should do a better job of seeing that correct information is given and look into the description and even edit if necessary. Why is this not done? I have booked, but still have misgivings as I am still trying to work out the final details and tour company does not seem to understand my questions and answer them accordingly. Connections are very important as the tour I booked is my last in Africa and I will leave for flight to return home the following day. I do not wish to be stranded and miss my flight. The details in the description on your website are not at all what they are telling me via messages on your website. My tour date is in September so hopefully all will be worked out by then, but it leaves me feeling anxious.”
