“It was relatively easy to book, with very good pricing.”

“I didn’t complete the online form correctly as I did not see some of the pages come up. TourRadar informed me immediately and we got it straightened out. There was a wait on the phone to get through to the office and even then they didn’t ask for all of the missing information, I had to go back online to finish the necessary information. I think it could have been a bit easier either online or by phone. However, it was all good in the end.”

“All has been good so far , and already recommended your site to few people. However on the booking we been informed that we only need to pay the deposit and the remaining balance later on , but 24 later have been asked to pay teh full amount, not that's was a problem for us but still a bit upsetting when you planning your monthly budget .however I believe for some people that could be a deal breaker to find money unexpectedly , I would recommend to include such information prior”

“It was easy to book. Though the chat was not that great. I was kept hanging while I wanted to clarify something before booking, and then it was disconnected. So in essence the issue I had was not clarified. But I went ahead and booked anyway.”

“The website is so easy to use. It puts all the tours to my destination in one place. I love being able to sort by price, date and duration, eliminating tours that don't pertain to me. I have already recommended this site to friends and family. Booking was very easy and I found my flights and insurance on the site also.”
