The website was easy to use The tours are detailed which made choosing easy Haven’t been on trip yet but booking was easy through tour radar

Very easy to book the tour to India online - Rajasthan Experience. The website was easy to manoever through to get all pertinent information about the tour. Live advice by telephone was very helpful.

You have a great range of tours and you office staff are excellent (I dealt with about 6 of them). However, the booking process was a nightmare because your tour operators do not keep information up to date. I tried to book on at least 7 or 8 different tours but was declined for all of them as they were either full - even though the ad showed they had lots of places available, not now running - though they were still on the website. One member of your staff even rang operator straight away and was told tour still available with lots of places - I'd tried to book onto the tour just before her call but still not declined. The tour operators also gave conflicting information about why I was being declined. Also, sometimes the responses were coming the following day which in the end cost me a lot of time. It wasn't a great experience and I'm lucky I had time to set next to a computer for a few days trying to organise things.

We were recommended the Highlights tour by a friend and, as it included all the places in England we would love to see, promptly placed our booking for 2019. The website made the whole very easy and straightforward.

Stephanie & Cassandra both were very efficient. I was made comfortable with their knowledge of the trips experience. Stephanie was very helpful in explaining & providing information about Wing Buddy. Must only concern is the cancellation policy did not breakdown exactly charges in a timeframe. Not that I will need it.

There were so many tours operated by various operators on their web site which gives you a vast choice and combination of places you may have planned to visit. I also believe that the tours advertised are good value for money. I would definitely use TourRadar in the future and recommend to others for their consideration. Thanks TourRadar

TourRadar is a very easy website to use. In booking a tour,the consultants couldn't be more helpful. The questions we have asked are always answered promptly,and efficiently. We have no hesitation with using Touradar as our booking agent.

The tour of highlands and the Jacobite train was fabulous. The tour was well planned and the tour guide Jemma was so sweet and helpful and had very good stories too. The only problem we faced was that the breakfast at one accommodation was not served on time and totally mismanaged and as a result our start of the day was so rushed up and stressful. Not eating breakfast properly on the long journey made me feel quite sick. So it should be looked into, if the team had planned to leave at 8.15 am then you cannot serve us breakfast at 8.10 am and ask us to just rush and gobble up the food. Another big problem i faced was while booking the tour. The tour took 2 days to book after my payment was deducted and therefore it left me very little time to book the accommodation and travel plans etc and the response was very very slow from the tour company. So maybe it should be really looked into as it is very difficult for customers to be unsure like this on an a limited time/stay visa. And lastly i really seriously feel that the contact number of the guide on tour should be given to each and everyone in the tour for safety and help as it is a 3 day long tour and it is highly difficult to email the office if we need to directly speak with the tour guide urgently or if you feel sick or are in an emergency. it was very irresponsible to not provide us with numbers or maps of the places we visited. If privacy were an issue, then some official mobile numbers should be given to guides to communicate with us. i fell ill in the tour and nearly fainted in the square and i had no way of connecting with my guide till almost an hour when i mailed the company. It is very strange and some solution should really be made for this. Otherwise the tour, guide and Scotland were simply great. Thank you.
