“Got a great deal through TourRadar, but never got an email response. Rang up and was told one had been sent - but I had not received. Gave another email address - still not received a response or confirmation of booking. Will have to phone again tomorrow.”

“I did my first tour with Travel Talk in August which was my first tour i have actually done, in saying that I wasnt too sure on what to expect. Did the Egypt and Jordan discovered by nile cruise. Egypt was with guide Adham, very knowledgeable and interesting tour guide, he always kept everyone on their feet and smiling ;) especially managing such a big group. I was very pleased with all that he shared with us, as it was unbiased and allowed us to think for ourselves when visiting ancient sites, very thought provoking ! Had tour guide Will (Wael) on the Nile cruise, a very quite and deep human being, would always make time for us and join us till late hours of the night sharing his perspective and great knowledge. In Jordan we had Raed, such a live and energetic person, havnt met anyone quite so open minded and passionate, he definitely had alot of interesting things to say and would take good care of us (including sharing delicious sweets every day) The entire tour was enjoyable, I would do it all over again tomorrow :)))) There are a few things I can complain about but looking back I wouldn't change a thing. It was amazing and definitely an experience . X”

“The people on the phone have been nice enough. But, I don't like you email messaging system in general and in particular an email in the string has been attributed to me that I am 99% sure I did not write. Combined with your email system this has caused particular confusion. It is annoying, has taken up my time and has not yet been resolved to my satisfaction.”

“It is too bad there is no 6 or 8 star rating available. 5 isn't really good enough for TourRadar. This enterprise surpasses even the most stringent, high-bar criteria for excellence of customer service. These people are consistently, constantly, on top of your tour itinerary, where you are are in the process, your current status and your situation, they answer the phone on the 2nd or 3rd ring, I'M NOT KIDDING, nd when they pick up they already know who you are, what your tour and status is, and they instantly produce precise answers and solutions to your questions or problems in a matter of seconds. I don't know who the competition is for this outfit but my advice to them is, give up. Go find another line of business. You will never catch up with the platinum customer service these people provide.”
