Your booking agents were very helpful, they were prompt to reply and were happy to help in any way they could. They provided great information and were very friendly.

Communication was good with quick responses to phone queries. Agents have been pleasant and helpful. Pre-accommodation pricing was unclear and we have been charged twice as much as expected for a double room for the night before our booking commences. I am hoping to be able to give a great review after our holiday!

The customer service team at TourRadar are superb . They operate around the clock and combine totally efficient service with a very personal approach . Unlike other organisations there is no problem when the person who has been dealing with a matter is not available . Another customer service representatives simply takes over seamlessly . TourRadar handle all the interface with the travel companies and are always helpful . Nothing is too much trouble . They are patient , understanding and personal . It is a pleasure to deal with such a great customer service team

Unfortunately I had to make my tour booking quite late in the day but nonetheless the support personnel at TourRadar did their utmost to make ends meet despite the slight challenges we encountered. Very much appreciated!

Unhappy: I sent two questions by email in response to your email, in the designated space, and received no response. Happy: you called twice to see if I had any questions BEFORE I paid. Unhappy: you have not called to see if I had any questions AFTER I paid. Conclusion: Once I've paid, you have no interest in helping me.

I like how there was a live chat box to message with any questions and have a documented response which in my experience has been fairly quick. Also liked (but don't really understand why) it was cheaper for me to book through TourRadar than directly on the tour group website.

This is a fantastic site, it is the first place to go when you are thinking of travelling! So easy to navigate and I love the Wish List idea it makes planning and deciding which tours are best for you so much easier! Then it was one click and you are in the tour providers site booking your trip! I have put my travelling companions all on to TourRadar and they love it!

The responses were not immediate. Also yesterday after booking, nobody was answering for almost 5 minutes. I disconnected the call.

Just back from Thailand and had the most amazing time! Patrick and mark did the best job at making sure we were happy and comfortable the whole time! I couldn't of asked for better reps. So sad to be finished.
