“I had questions about booking my hotel room and airport transport for extra nights before and after the tour. George promptly replied letting me know that they will take care of the additional nights booking upon my request. He made me feel quite comfortable that TourRadar is willing to assist with bookings and scheduling assistance outside of "just the tour".”

“I like the savings and the travel credits. However the search function leaves a lot to be desired. If you search a country and a departure month you should be shown all tours that go to that country in that month. If I wasn't already aware of the tour I was searching for and then filtered by the operator I wouldn't have found the trip I booked.”

“As a solo, senior traveler, I had several questions about booking travel to Cuba. The TourRadar representative was very knowledgeable and also started inquiries for me with the tour operators I was interested in. I have received very timely, informative replies from both. I feel very comfortable booking the tour now.”

“Customer Service are just totally on top of problems that, in my case, were created by the tour operator, they always intervened on chat/phone to resolve and support me, I would have given up if it hadn't been for them..A special mention to Carla...who helped me change operator and who sped me through all practicalities.. Now I am looking forward to my tour finally.”
