Today I ordered pizza thinking I was going to spend $17.00 plus tax. I purposely did not add any extra toppings, but still I was charged $35.00! There is no way to find which Pizza Hut it came from. There was No sticker seal over the lid. It didn't look like it had been touched though, but that is not good. And to make matters even worse the delivery guy placed the pizza on the floor in front of the door!

I spent $40 on gold wings that took longer came with barely any sauce on them and when I contacted uber eats they said they could not refund or replace the order! Extremely unprofessional and disappointing! I will be canceling my subscription with uber eats

Bonjour, Je vous ai fourni une preuve photo démontrant clairement que la commande n’a pas été livrée à ma porte. Malgré cela, vous refusez d’agir. Je demande une révision immédiate de ma réclamation. Sinon, je vais devoir porter plainte officiellement auprès de l’OPC (Office de la protection du consommateur) et partager l'expérience sur les plateformes publiques. J’attends une réponse sérieuse.

Always takes too long, orders are never right or fresh and uber eats will never make it right. They only care about the money. Do not recommend wasting your time or money.

I paid extra to get my order fast. Within 15-20 mins from a restaurant 10 mins away. They sent a person on a bicycle to pick it up. Tried to cancel because it said it was going to be 1 hour for delivery. They charged me anyway and wouldn't deduct what I paid for master delivery. It's a joke.

I have received half of the groceries I have paid for, and customer support refuses to deal with the issue. Without explanation, they have declined a refund. I will never use this service again!

One should not sign in for delivery as fares are extremely low and their is review system operational now. You may drive for 38-40 kms to drop the items and return blank for merely 20 bucks. Your operational cost is hardly recovered. Uber does provide you opportunity to listen and address. Think twice before signing in and working for Uber.

Customer service is horrible. She gaslit me the whole time. My order went to the wrong address and I have been ordering to my current address for the last 3 months when I told her this she said the problem is on my end and I need to make sure I lut the correct address which I know I did and explained to her and she still gaslit me. No offer for refund or even credit offered for obviously a glitch in their system. Boycotting uber eats now. Bye

OK last night I ordered a broccoli chicken Alfredo one of their caramel ice cream desserts and a watermelon tea from Applebee’s near my area using the Uber eats system. The total cost was nearly $30. The chicken Alfredo broccoli thing alone was $22. The driver came and basically told me That the restaurant was busy as an excuse for handing me the wrong drink and nothing else when I reported it to Uber eats to Uber. All they gave me back was 950. Trust me it will be the last time I use this system because I do not appreciate theft

I have been ordering from Uber Eats for years. Received an order the other night that was completely inedible contacted Uber support who issued a refund and then by the next day they had reversed the refund. It's now radio silence. Bye-bye, Uber. I have photos of the slop that was delivered but I can't upload them. I somehow think that is probably on purpose.

They frequently screw up orders and refuse to do anything to fix the issues with their delivery. The most they will ever offer is a "partial" refund which does nothing to fix the missing food.

I received my order from olive garden the driver left at the door when I went to pick it up the bag had a strong odor of perfume. It was so strong I threw the entire order in the trash and took trash outside to get rid of the strong odor very disappointed

My delivery driver Alex Armando NJ3P4M never delivered the Panera food to the children’s hospital where my sister was waiting in the lobby for. When I called he said he left it at ER entrance reception not main entrance where address instructions were for. My sister walked over to ER entrance where there was reception and armed guard was and they said the delivery guy parked in circle drop off spot got out and then got back in his car and drove away. I was given a picture of my bag order but it does not show it is at the hospital so for all I know it is on Alex’s kitchen counter. He never once apologized just said request a refund. Nonetheless my sister never got food 💔😡. I will never be ordering from here again. Ps. My order is supposed to be refunded in 3-10 business days, and I will not be refunded the recommended tip amount I agreed to when I purchased. So Alex got a tip and my food! 💩

Uber, before you hire a driver you should make sure they have a basic understanding of the law. I routinely see your drivers stop in places that are simply dangerous. Well and clearly marked.

We ordered Burger King through Uber Eats Friday night. Two of our five sandwiches were missing. Not only that but we were overcharged on one of the sandwiches. We tried calling Burger King and guess what, no answer. Then a recording comes on that the voicemail hasn’t been set up? Uber Eats claims they cannot give us a refund because their order and Burger King’s receipt matches. Excuse me, but how can Uber Eats prove the missing sandwiches were in our bag? We are done with the Burger King in Laurel, MD and also Uber Eats!
