I accidentally put in the wrong address and did not receive my food. After several explanations, I was still not given a refund. I will be deleting this app.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! AN HR AND A HALF AND THE DRIVER NEVER DELIVERED .. Messaged to complain and obviously wanted it cancelled and resent BC I'm not eating 100$ meal after been sitting in a car for almost 2hrs.. so Uber told me to cancel, than said THEY'RE STILL CHARGING ME THE$ .. absolutely disgusting customer service.. still refusing to refund me or send a driver to redeliver the food, even though the restaurant was willing to send it again. WORST COMPANY EVER

I ordered my food and the driver according to the map was going the wrong way so I called her no answer so i began chatting the only response was what it the name of your appts and I told her now there are at least 3 different appts with different leasing offices as well after giving her directions via chat she told that the food was at the leasing office by the gym I called customer support but they wouldn’t pull the chat stating after 8 mins that’s on me as the customer and I asked to speak with a supervisor but only was told someone will call me later and so I went on the chat with the rep from the company and was told the same thing and the rep disconnected the chat smh so I have lost 60.00 and no food for my family with two diabetes in the house hold and the reason that I was using them was because we was in a car accident yesterday!!!!

I downloaded the App for the first time today to order a pizza. The delivery time was given as 10 - 10:20. At 10:30 it hadn't arrived. My son tried calling for 10 minutes. Eventually someone returned the call. The pizza arrived at 10:45 and was stone cold. I have already deleted the App.

Simply put...your delivery personal is unprofessional, rude and simply unprepared to service your partners and ultimately their customers...reaching your customer support is nearly impossible and if one does get ahold of an individual who may be able to solve an issue...being transferred to another incompetent is inevitable...good luck to all the corporate managers at Uber Eats...your pink slips are coming...just like Christmas

Hello. Dear Ubef Eats customers. I would like to just inform you dear customers about to search a bit more about how Uber Eats screw up drivers by giving them mostly trips like for example $3 for 20 km or $6 to do 13km and similar to this one. So my question is for you customer, will you drive that distance with your car for that money? Many great drivers are giving up either with the time where they find out about they actually lose money cuz are doing that few-cent deliveries and then after few months they are not afford to maintenance their vehicles or faster, depend of when they will find it out about they actually are not earning enough money. Many of them have no choice because they must work cuz have family, kids, bills to pay, etc. And here I believe you understand their and this situation. Very often customers also leave negative feedbacks simply with no reason or lie to Uber Eats about the food was stolen, damaged, spilled, not delivered etc, or they decrease the tip amount to screw up the driver, with no reason, why? Mostly to get extra food or money back, and guess who suffer the most? Of course drivers. For example driver accepted the order for $9 to do 13km. So it is $3 from Uber Eats plus $6 tip from the customer. Very often customers decrease thet amount to $0, witn no reason, why? But the problem is Uber Eats is not protecting at all the drivers with this issues. I bet other delivery companies are not better about it and probably screw up drivers in the same way, cuz why not? Nothing illegal, yes? So how much money will you have in your pocket after this delivery for $3 or $6 minus gasoline, minus your car usage, not mention about the time which is usually between 30 to 45 min as total delivery time. Best real and negative complaints against Uber Eats company you can find on many Facebook groups where posts with the screenshot (many of them are from USA but many also from Canada) are publication and then you will know why your order is not delivered fast enough because your order is jumping between driver cellphones and if it's similar to the ones examples mentioned above then that may be the reason. I would like to send here big warm hugs for the customers who give drivers reasonable tips because then YOU keep them in this business, not Uber Eats, and God may bless you for that. All above examples I found out in Facebook Uber Eats posts. And if you want you can also read a lot about that issues to understand how actually Uber Eats company works with customers. This will help you to answer on your questions maybe about why why my food is so late delivered or maybe other issues. Best regards 🤗

They have the worst service ever. I order food several times and wait for over an hour they cancel the order and never a reason. There is no control or they deliver food by bike and it comes cold and destroyed

my son have been a loyal uber user and was given the run around … he ordered pizza hut cancelled but he paid and orders again (3 mins after) from the same pizza hut place and couldn’t reverse the 1st order……wow … thank god the second order came but when he called uber they said they couldn’t refund him but yet they could’ve given him a credit note coz i’m sure he sees his records coz i (my credit card bill) paid $200 twice that day which the 1st pizza order was never even made! is this ridiculously not good … bullying a child ! i want to take this to the better business bureau coz its not right as uber n pizza 🍕 hut kept giving him the run around !

Terrible customer service. Long or no response. And then once all information is sent they ignore the concerns. Items were missing from the order. UBEREATS replied it is not eligible for an adjustment.

I will never order food through ubereats again. Spent a long time trying to resolve a pickup order where we arrived at the restaurant to find that the restaurant was actually closed that day. We immediately reached out to support, and Uber support chat kept marking the issue as "resolved" in the app after pointing us to a phone call support area that didn't exist. They kept marking the issue as resolved without fixing anything, and are now are saying that they cannot give refunds once it has been over 48 hours. They stole our money, and then Facebook DMs just continue to reiterate their over 48 hour rule even though we did reach out immediately. Don't use this company.

Ordered a pizza in 2023, never received so credit card reversed it. Ordered Uber RIDE in 2024 and was charged $12.99, then $32.66 for order from 2023. Credit card won’t reverse it because they say Uber eats has all kinds of failsafes so you know what you’re ordering before you order(no WAY ubereats could get it wrong or not deliver) I deleted the app and will never use them again. Ultimately I paid $45 for a 12 minute ride. THEY ARE HORRIBLE!

Marina G in Joliet IL did not follow the directions on the order to very simply deliver the order to a specific door and leave at reception. In stead she left it on a random bench outside where squirrels, bugs and other people could get it. If drivers cannot follow simple instructions they shouldn’t take the order. Going forward I will no longer order from the restaurant bc I will not know if they have to farm out orders to UberEats whom I will not use.

I am extremely frustrated with Uber Eats' customer service. When I encountered an issue with my order—specifically, I paid for something I didn’t receive—I called for help. Unfortunately, every time I reached out, they transferred me overseas to unskilled representatives who couldn't assist me in any meaningful way. All I received was a series of repetitive responses telling me that my case was "under review" and that someone would call me back. Days have passed, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. It feels like they just pass you around without actually solving anything. I paid for a service I didn’t get, and Uber Eats continues to delay or ignore my issue. This lack of support is incredibly disappointing, and I’m using their platform in the future.
