No customer service number to call only chat. The person ended the chat on me multiple times. Im out money and only received half my stuff.

The journey that commenced as a hopeful investment opportunity took a sharp turn towards devastation, resulting in a loss of $97,100. Discovering that I had fallen victim to a scam left me grappling with a mix of emotions - embarrassment, anger, and a sense of uncertainty regarding my next course of action. Amidst my quest for a remedy, I stumbled upon RANGEPRO.ORG, a company that initially gave me pause. Their professionalism, however, shone through brightly. Right from the start, their team treated me respectfully, articulated the recovery process in a transparent manner, and steered clear of making any grandiose pledges. Their consistent communication and efforts to keep me informed throughout the process were a reassuring presence. To my pleasant surprise, their endeavors bore fruit by successfully recovering a sizable portion of the funds I had previously deemed lost forever.

Uber Eats charged extra charges on my Uber Eats receipt from Costco, stated as "adjustment charge", and gave reasons for it, but I didn't fall under the criteria of those reasons, but the agents kept saying that I was not eligible for the refund. Also, there are no taxes on groceries on my Costco bill, but I was charged taxes. Several agents gave me the same response (that I am not eligible for a refund) but gave no reason for the charges. Then 2 agents said they have not heard from me as I was typing my response and they ended the chat. The Customer Service at Uber Eats is zero. I'm not sure if people are dealing with real life humans when chatting or bots. Either way issues are never resolved and the extra charges they take from your account like thieves are never refunded. When I asked to speak with another agent they said they will get in touch with me within 6 to 12 hours. This is ridiculous , unacceptable, and shameful for Uber Eats!!!!

I’m very grateful to Uber Eats. I was about to head into a very long and complicated surgery. I ordered sushi for supper and when delivered the driver had messed up the order and delivered me steak fajitas. I don’t eat red meat so Uber eats refunded ALL my money. Thank you Uber Eats.

Worst service. Order some shopping from Walmart and an item was missing. Was told that my order wasn't eligible for a refund so I ended up paying for an item I didn't receive. They have the worst customer service.

The delivery time kept getting pushed out because drivers would cancel and other drivers kept being reassigned. After two hours of waiting for delivery and zero help from Uber Eats support team, I end up getting a notification that the entire order was cancelled. Since it was 11:25pm there were no other restaurants nearby to pick up food myself or using Door Dash instead. Customer Support was horrible.

Not only do they not provide you with details you're requests, they have the same automated message sent to you that they have saved for a response. If you ask questions they WILL disconnect the chat without resolving the issue. This has happened to me at least 10 times.

Too much trouble dealing with so called customer service. I contacted customer service via the app when one of the Uber drivers claimed I cancelled an order that was not fulfilled. The driver lied stating I cancelled so she could get credit for the order but that was not true. It took me about 3 hours to finally get a refund after being denied it several times. I was being scammed and due to the lack of not being able to talk and explain to someone in customer service I now feel that Uber Eats is not a viable or trustworthy service because they do not allow the CUSTOMER the ability to resolve a situation like this by calling them. Yes the customer is the reason they even have a business. They should think long and hard because you lost one with me, my family, and any friends I tell about it.

My giftcard didn't work. There is no phone number to call them. The stupid chat is useless it kept giving me instructions on how to add the giftcard even though it was not working. I got no help from them and now it is locked for 24 hours. I will never order from them. Worst experience and I dont recomend them.

They have gotten so much worse over the years with the wait times and the drivers. Like I don’t understand if estimated time is suppose to be at this time and then the time keep changing and it turns into something else and then turns into more than an hour, like I might as well just leave and pick up my own food but days that I can’t, I need to order because I don’t always have my car but they suck man literally. Zero stars. It’s insane!

Lately orders are taken/stolen by the delivery person/account HOLDERS , when items are missing Uber refuse to believe the customer and DO NOT REFUND the amount nor get any replacement We have UBER ONE and cannot get the same level of customer service we used to Sometimes we rely on Uber and the online offers are appealing,seems slowly people will stop using this service and go to the stores directly

Ordered two pizza, driver delivered them, opened the boxes driver had eaten part of each pizza. Never again can I trust uber eats to keep my food safe.

Why can't I give 0 stars? Order from a local restaurant amd the restaurant gave my order to the wrong person. My driver arrives to pick up and the restaurant's solution is to contact Uber, Uber's solution was just to cancel my order. Mind you, my order was over an hour late at this point. Error on Uber's part and the restaurant's, but neither was willing to fix the issue.

Absolutely terrible. After paying for delivery and a substantial tip, they take the liberty to deliver to several folks along the way and delay orders consistently. I am going to refrain from ordering from Uber Eats going forward.

I mistakenly placed my order and I soon quickly canceled it and it was still a $20 charge which I thought was absolutely absurd and ridiculous since I had just put in the order and no restaurant would have made my food at that time because it was so quick on canceling it the fact that I still got charged $20 as a cancellation fee was absolutely ridiculous I'll never order from Uber eats ever again

Driver didn’t speak a word of English-not one word. Couldn’t find our address, couldn’t read the name in the order. After waiting almost two hours for good, we have empty bellies and a refund. And are making ramen. Awful!
