Ups delivered my item to a shop and sent me the details of when that shop would be open. I travelled to the shop to find it closed with a sign saying it was due to a family grievance. The card said collect within 7 days or it would be returned so I contacted them to tell them what had happened and to make sure it would be ok to collect the following weekend. When I ended the call I got 2 texts. When I got my bill at the end of the month I had been charged £12.47 for my call to them and £2.50 per text that they sent me. I made a complaint on trust pilot and they told me how sorry they were and to send the details. A few days later I got an email from someone quoting terms and conditions and how they wouldn't do anything. I found those terms and conditions and they were completely irrelevant. The service is appalling.

Sun is out and it’s 23 degrees can’t deliver weather related issues fedex delivered 3 packages today this is not the first time I’ve had the same issues with ups late delivery damaged package fedex and usps never a problem I’m fed up I’m done

I used my UPS account once. Someone else fraudulently or accidentally used my account for multiple other shipments. I disputed the charges online and my claim was rejected. Twice I called to remove the charges and both times I was told the charges would be removed. Today I received a notice that my account was suspended for not paying these incorrect charges. After 97 minutes on the phone with UPS today including being placed back in the main queue after reaching someone who could help I finally got another person who confirmed that the charges were cleared up. It's hard to trust that it'll actually happen this time since the previous reps were so useless. My account has now been cancelled and I'll make sure wherever possible that I route my business elsewhere.

Package left Pittsburgh area at 10:35 pm on 1/25/23and arrived in Buffalo at 1:30 am on 1/26/23. Weather delay at 4:00 am, and then missed the 10:00 pm departure on 1/26/23, by arriving at 11:04 pm after being in the center for 20.5 hours. So my package sat there until 10:07 pm, arrived in Syracuse at 12:56 am on 1/28/23. Received e-mail at 7:15 pm on 1/27/23, telling my package would be delivered by USPS on 1/28/23, by 7:00 pm. Package. Package never arrived to USPS until 12:51 pm, so took 12 hours to get to USPS, so now I won't get it delivered until 1/29/23, up until 8:00 pm. Package was originally due 1/27/23. Package was SurePost, so instead of 3 days it is now 5 days, but could have been 4 days. UPS or USPS both are terrible.

Ups changed their normal time of delivery which used to be after 5 p.m. but now are showing up in the middle of the day when I am at work. The package that I am receiving needs to have signature but they are not offering alternative pickup location. They will just make another failed attempt in the middle of the day and not leave my package.

Avoid UPS at all cost! dishonest company and very misleading, having to post small parcel 2 kg that has gifts to my sibling from UK to America, I was first charged 24,00 pounds fee for postage then after few days I have noticed that extra 10.50 pounds postage charges were added to my PayPal account, when the parcel reached America my sibling was told to pay 145 dollars import and duties on the gifts sent! I will never use this company again.

They lost my package. Actually they delivered a package that was supposed to be signed by me to another person and address and they allow this person to sign and stole my package. On the other hand, when you try to build a claim with your account through UPS app is really difficult as the system always tells you that there's any type of mistake and you are not allowed to submit your documents.

Avoid UPS, in Ireland at their Finglas depot, 26% of packages were lost between Black Friday and January 24 this year. The Finglas Depot has been plagued with theft issues in the past especially with high end products.

When it comes to delivering packages, UPS is the totally incompetent regardless if you leave delivery instructions to call you when they are outside an apartment and can not access the building. Every other delivery service is able to deliver packages except UPS. Use any other carrier before you use UPS.

I made an online appointment for passport photos at the UPS store in Friendswood, TX for Jan. 25, 2023. I got an email confirmation and a text reminder. When I went to the store the clerk said the store does not do passport photos.

Package first held in customs for weeks due to incompetent staff. Then it was lost during travel to their warehouse. After investigation they charged for import fee. Package is still lost/stolen. Do not use their services ever.

They left my packages in driveway and they were run over crushing one....then said they send a label to return....I had to drive 20 mins away to deliver and couldn't get there so now I'm stuck with a broken item and cannot return ...out $50.....I'm an old lady....they should've sent someone to pick it up...wasn't my fault!

Terrible, terrible company!!! We waited 2 days 9AM - 7PM no one showed up to collect our parcels and 0 empathy from the call centre! Disgusting!

The day after my delivery was supposed to arrive, I received an email saying my email address was incomplete. When I made my purchase my address was completed in full including eircode. Once my delivery arrived in ireland, it took two days for UPS to email me to say there was an issue. There is nowhere to update the address online, and it is not clear what they are going to do. I had to ring them to get my address completed in full and no my package will not be delivered for another 5 days! What were UPS going to do if I did not contact them? Rubbish! They were late anyway and are trying to place the blame elsewhere.

Package from Europe. I paid the duty on the 5/01/23. Delivery scheduled for 11/01/23. For a whole week the tracking showed that my parcel was dispatched to my address and then around midday the tracking would show it would be delivered the next day. It took 15 messages, 2 emails (that weren't even responded to) and a long phone call for them to realise that they (not me) had not marked the import duty as paid on the system. Absolutely shambolic service.

Driver pulls up front on third day (on time). He can't find package and looks through his truck stating he just saw it. He hurriedly pulls away yelling he would deliver the package tomorrow. There was a much needed check in that package. Tomorrow never comes. After 10 attempts to contact a supervisor, I am told to file a claim which I do. Supposedly an investigation team is on this tracking number. I call everyday with the same "outsourced" speech telling me it takes 8 days, but an investigation team is on it. I ask for a number for the investigation team (evidently doesn't exist). What about the drivers name and distribution loading point? No answer for this. Eighth day I call and get notice the shipper was contacted by UPS. I call the shipper. No, no idea and no knowledge of contact from UPS. No resolution or contact by UPS to this day. My bills are late.
