the biggest liars in the entire USA liars, liars, lairs, their client service, team and especially managers are the worst customer services people in the entire USA. They can read what you are able to see by yourselves in UPS.com. They are impossible to solve any issues at all...

Ups is the worst thing happened to me in the last 5 years. I'm a chef and I was supposed to receive a new pair of work shoes on a Tuesday. On that day ups sent a notification the parcel was held to delivery change as per request (that I didn't do). So I called the support the day after and they told me they would deliver on the next day because the parcel wasn't received on their depot on Monday. I didn't understand that motivation but they assured me I was going to receive on the day after, so fair enough. On the next day I didn't even get a communication imagine the delivery. So we reach Friday (from Tuesday) the day I came back to work they decided to attempt one delivery. I left a note on the door (please try to get neighbours for delivery). I received a message we tried to deliver but you weren't in, 2nd attempt. This time I'm more furious than confused (meanwhile I watched the cctv to acknowledge the driver, he didn't even try to ring the neighbours) so I called the support and they told me they would arrange another delivery on the same day. After 1 hour the depot called me to tell me that they couldn't deliver because the shop were to drop the parcel was closed and I need to wait Tuesday of the next week. I just don't believe what I'm hearing and I'm now calling the support to ask for a refund and they told me they cannot process the refund because in order to file a complaint I need to get the delivery first. So ups it's basically a cancer because they will not accomplished the delivery. If you use their service you will just lose the stuff that you order and you can even complaint about it. Do never ever ever use ups because it just doesn't work

This is so depressing, these guys are fraudsters This is so depressing! I have lost package worth £500, and instead of owning open to the fact that they already stole my package, they demanded £500 for custom clearance. They have since being lying about the whereabout of the package. In a day, they will say it is with the custom or drug enforcement (how can technological gadgets be in drug enforcement's hold? I have contacted the said-drug enforcement and they said they have no such case), and their website kept saying my package is in their warehouse. It's been three months now and they tell me after months of my consisent calls that my package is beyond their countrol and they won't be refunding me. They won't show me any evidence of the package being beyond their control either!! What an awful way to lose over £1000. Someone should please help me on how to get back my money. These guys are fraudsters.

There is loads of other couriers out there ups just look at the reviews they are the lowest rated couriers on the planet they make so many mistakes and they really don't care all the operators are running on script three consecutive days in a row they promised that the item is going to be delivered not for from dublin to kildare so i lost two days holiday waiting in anticipation so frustrated in the end I ended up picking it up myself from the depot when I arrived it was on the counter ready for collection cannot understand why after taking two days holiday they just couldn't put it on the van for delivery, excuse me but I will never use these shower of shites again best of luck with UPS they think they can treat hard working people with no respect.

My shipment was lost. Instead they sent my Sister on Mothers day gift a Cox cable modem. What an insult to me and my Sister having her open the box in video and to see her face. The things what were lost are unreplaceable . Yes they tried to blame me. Up to this day I'm still upset and it was this Mothers day. All you hear it's never happened before and I'm sorry. You being sorry doesn't fix your mistake. Please, Please if you decide to us UPS TURN AROUND AND RUN OUT THE DOOR. 😡😡😡😡😡😡

They are definitely the worst delivery company I only used in the whole world: I lost two days on them while waiting for an important package at home. The first time the courier came, didn't knock, didn't call, and left. The second day he just didn't show up but made a note as if he was trying to deliver a package. Customer service just covers the drivers: they keep saying, like parrots, "Sorry, sorry", promising to help, but in reality, nothing happens.

Couriers don't have a phone to call the number on the parcel...instead of turning back once the buzzer code is t included in the info. It's so sad. Sent a perishable item to Edmonton, unfortunately, the items got bad cos it was returned to the office.... Very very very poor service. Post Canada would call, FedEx would call...but UPS don't...I regret using their services.

I've received an email from UPS saying that the item will be delivered on Tuesday. Unfortunately no delivery. Then another email on Wednesday that the item will be delivered on Wednesday. Waited all day & no delivery. Then I called UPS on Wednesday evening and they then tell me that my whole address was not printed on the label because of which delivery couldn't be completed. Funny thing is the gentleman who does the deliveries in my area has been doing deliveries for some years. Customer service then took my full address & informed me that I will receive the item on Thursday. Guess what still didn't receive. I call UPS again on Friday morning and I speak with a gentleman who says that it's out for delivery. Waited till 6pm & still not received. Now I call again and the customer service representative says that lo & behold they forgot my mattress. I asked to speak with a manager who really didn't want to talk & for whom I waited nearly 30 - 40mins. Managers name is Sheila who then during the conversation contradicts herself twice. Absolutely appalling service. I will never use UPS again nor will I recommend. Pity I can't give zero stars.

I never got my package and the driver just gave it to anybody without confirmation of identity. That's unacceptable and disrespectful !

Expedite shipping feom Germany to UK An absolute joke from UPS . They ask for information then dont act on it for days . Into the second week and no sign that it's ever going to be delivered. Every day has the delivery time on the tracking , even when it's not out for delivery. What A joke.

Importing goods to the UK, Total cost of goods £370 - custom fees from UPS £397 this custom fee is higher that the cost of the goods. This is surely an error, I have been trying to get this resolved since the 3rd of may with 4x emails sent to the relevant department email address has been supplied to me by the call handlers for the invoice quires, Today is the 16th this is 13days and no reply. I have phoned at least 10x to either get hung up on when asked to speak with management or to be told they will give the team a nudge to get a replay to me which does not happen. Even tho UPS cannot reply to my emails they have been able to contacted my supplied and said if I do not pay this bill by the 17th they will either send item back to sender or they will destroy the items. **I do not recommend UPS to anyone ask your suppliers to use FedEx or any other shipping company as this is beyond a joke..** To try and prevent this issue happening again, I have asked all of our suppliers out side of the UK to not use UPS as they are incompetent as a delivery service. I am loosing money per day as this is raw material for a product that we make that we cannot sell due to no material to produce this product..

It's been 2weeks and I am still waiting for my parcel. A label was created on the 28/04/23 today the 12/05 and it still hasn't arrived and the item is needed for Sunday the 14th. I tried to call them but couldn't get hold of a human being. I will never use them again and will not recommend to family and friends.

UPS are useless. I’ve had the most frustrating experience trying to receive my package from Schuh. The delivery person lied stating they tried to deliver my package a day before it was expected, however I was indoors the whole time. The delivery person didn’t leave a calling card like they stated. I’m assuming it’s because thy never actually came to my address. The package then gets left at a shop 15minutes away. I call UPS and speak to an unhelpful agent who speaks like an automated bot. He stated that UPS would collect it from the shop and it will be delivered to me within 2 business days. The next day I recurve an email stating that my package has been returned to Schuh. What a joke. This company is not fit for purpose.

The automated system is a waste of time and is no help!!!! Packages are NEVER on time. UPS is a big liability for local business owners. UPS is a waste of time and money.

I purchased a collector’s item from the USA and the retailer sent to the UK by UPS. UPS charge a brokerage fee to allegedly pay for so called expert brokers to ensure that the correct import duty/VAT is charged. For collector’s items such as this, there is plenty of clear information from HMRC stating that VAT is charged at 5%. UPS though have sent me a request for 4 times this -20%. They have done this despite asking me to complete a form which clearly states that the items is a collector piece. They are now saying it is down to HMRC and not their issue and are holding my package hostage unless I pay the tax. I have heard from many fellow collectors and have read media pieces which state that this is a very regular occurrence with UPS. Avoid at all costs.

I had a package that was shipped using UPS and the whole process was the bain of my existence. To start, they said my package was delivered- it was not, after calling customer support they said because the address number was incorrect it was undeliverable (not delivered as originally stated). I updated the address number and was told by EOD my order would be updated with a new delivery date. This never happened. After a week of waiting, I once again called customer support to find out they planned to ship my package back to the sender. I was able to stop the package where it was for a pick up. I had to drive across town where my package was only to be told they'd misplaced my package and would call me when they located it. As this was a Friday and I was going to be out of town on a vacation Monday they took my information and told me they'd call when they found it and TRY to hold it if it showed up while I was gone. That was 2 weeks ago! Fun thing- when I attempted to call the direct number for that location the phone line was busy and disconnected me. Called customer service AGAIN for them to tell me the package was returned to the sender (while I was on vacation) and that I would have to contact the sender for my package now. To say everything went wrong is an understatement. This was extremely frustrating, so much so that I'm here writing this review, I've never written a bad review in my life but THIS?! Unacceptable! If you can avoid ever dealing with UPS, I strongly encourage you to!

I mailbox with the ups store at 213 N Stephanie St., I'm only a couple of days late on renting my mailbox and they deny you access. Management there is rude and they seemed very judgmental and cold. I'm still expecting a package that they claimed they never received but my end says otherwise.

I was out of town and when i got back i had a notice from ups saying sorry we couldnt leave your package signatire is required by the customer service rep that was left at door on the 24th and were going to attempt 25th so apparently they decide to leave it i get home from being gone for 4 days pick up the notice call them and they said it was delivered. I go to the ups and the lady was extremely rude she was no help at all tells me to call the 1800 number i call and they hanged up or call got disconnected twice, finally i get a person that barely speaks english all she did through the call was apologize at least she did that all she could do was send me a link to my email to do a claim at least that is what she said waited an hour never got it so i went on line to find a way to do a claim. Well it ask me how many items and then the price of each item but it doesnt let me add one by one so anyway my frustration is awful that im not even going to claim and loose almost $200 im also going to cancel that credit card because they are the only one from all the places i continously order that use the sorry ups. I dont ever want to deal with them ever and i will make sure i ask on my future orders who will deliver my package and if its ups i will cancel and never order from that place. I know the websites i order are not at fault but if they are using ups i dont want to deal with them either.
