Now I know that for sure, UPS is a shortcut for Utterly Pathetic Service. I always thought UPS is a solid company, unfortunately I was proven wrong. They do not have any regard or respect for their customers at all. Just recently I had to send something back for refund. I aranged a collection on the website and paid extra for insurance to make sure I can make a claim in case of any issues. The UPS did not collect the parcel on the day I requested its been collected two days later when I made a complaint. Then I was informed by receiver that the item has been delivered damaged and I will not receive a refund of £250. They sent me a collection of 10 pictures of the damaged parcel and the item itself, from various sides and angles. I contacted UPS to report a damaged item and mace a claim, thinking that this should not be a problem since I insured the parcel and have all this pictures, I also provided all the other informations required by UPS on the website. I have received an automated email from UPS that they will look in to it, and that is the end of the story. I never heard back from them again! Due to lack of response, over two weeks later I decided to call them back to ask out about their findings. And I was informed that the case has been closed because the pictures were made from the wrong angles, not as they like. If this wasnt tragic it would be funny, but it is not. They said they didnt have my phone number or email to contact me and tell me about it or at least apologise. I dont even know what kind of company you must be to lie like that to the customer to avoid paying out for something that is obvious. I have lost £250 pounds and paid for it in the process, UPS refused to take any responsibility, they didnt even offer an apology or refund of the cost of sending the parcel. Now I am on a mission to do a marketing campaign for them and to inform as many people as possible not to ever use their services. I will do it for free. This is the worst company I had displeasure to deal with in my life, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

UPS: We'll come by some time tomorrow. Me, tomorrow: Waiting for my package... UPS: We attempted the delivery, but you weren't home. Me: I was literally sitting behind my desk four minutes earlier before that message came. I guess door bells are new inventions for UPS. Honestly I think the driver didn't even bother to come here.

Had a driver delivering to the house attached to us who parked right across our driveway, directly opposite a parked car on the other side of the road. My husband was just returning home, the driver asked me to take the package for my neighbour, my husband beeped him to move his car from our entrance, the driver made a face and ignored my husband, I said you better move the van, he said nothing, didn't even apologise, moved the car inches forward knowing it wouldn't be enough room for my husband to get through. My husband had to squeeze in, hit out pillar and destroyed the side of our car. This could all have been avoided if the courier had parked responsibly, there was plenty of space along the road and nothing parked outside next door where the package was for!!! He asked was it a woman driving the car, rich coming from a man who doesn't know how to park! Ignorant pig! Needless to say I phoned the Gardai who has all his details.

Tracing my package online they said i wasn't open,tryed calling.all you get is automated replies mind you I have a 20 ft long 4 ft tall sign with name on it but no notices left no anything. Then today UPS drops off another package and informs me that the normal driver is on vacation and I got the on with the seeing eye dog now im out $$ on holiday weekend and drivers girlfriend that works at the counter didnt see what the big deal is ill ship counter to counter southwest airlines heck the post office has better service PS never recived its somewhere around seattle im in tx

Nothing went right, too many promises, took to somewhere for me to collect it myself, which is no where near to where I live, tried ringing the place but no telephone number. Tried to arrange a redelivery and the automated service said I Had already requested it!! Spoke to two customer service advisors one day after the other, still waiting for it !! . I’m trying to get my money back from Dell. Wish I had gone to Amazon!!

I can't begin to explain the total ineptitude of this company. My next day delivery was lost after several weeks of asking for updates. A claim was submitted on the 12th June, confirmed by "Customer Services" that the emailed documents had been received. 2 weeks later & still no refund. I have lost count of the number of people I've spoken with. Yesterday I was promised an update by close of play today. As usual - no update. Yet another phone call & found out the "claims department" has not received the documents. The customer service representative couldn't give me the email address of the claims department... I'm at a complete loss dealing with a company that gives a new meaning to incompetent. Awful communication. Unhelpful staff who do not care. Having to constantly repeat myself & receiving scripted responses. 1 star rating is 1 star too many. DO NOT USE UPS.

We had tickets for a concert, which is tonight, sent to us via UPS last Wednesday 21.06.23. The tracking shows us that check-in was on Friday 24.06.23 at 4:02 in Frankfurt and estimated delivery would be today Monday 26th by end of the working day. I have tried at numerous times during the day to contact UPS. The Customer Service is non-exiseant. An automated voice repeating what I can see on the website is NOT customer service! Taking over 5 days to deliver a package within Germany is not what I expect from a courier service. Do better!

Tracking won't allow you to change delivery to collection point. Everytime I get a delivery via UPS it ends up returned to sender. Useless and uncontactable company.

SO behind the times with servicing deliveries. You cannot amend your delivery address without enrolling in their scheme and even then I couldn’t amend my delivery address or date!! UPS put a slip through my door when I missed my initial delivery to ask what I wanted to do next…I ticked the box on the form saying that I am happy for the parcel to be left behind a planter in my front garden and I take full responsibility for the decision. I then taped it on my door and the driver read the note (ring door bell footage) and still he took my parcel away. So now my purchase on the way back to the warehouse to be sent back to the sender…no wonder so many businesses are going under when they have UPS to rely on!! Why ask your customers what they want to do next if you’re not going to listen to them?

Slow delivery times. My shipment has been stuck in customs for over 10 days even after paying fees. Very dissapointed.

UPS is just horrible. At this point I wonder how they are still in business with this terrible customer service. Was supposed to receive a package yesterday and was home all day. After 6pm when I tracked the package I was notified that attempt delivery failed although I was home and no door tag was on my door. Was told that it could be picked up at a UPS access point around 10-15 minutes from my home which turned out to be a grocery store. When my husband went there the next morning parcel wasn’t there yet. I called ups and made an address change to my location and it was posted on their site, but still delivered to that grocery. I know they never delivered it to my place to begin with. Wether it was traffic or drivers laziness I don’t know. Never ever use UPS. There are so many other good couriers out there.

My parcel lost 2 time in a month My Bp is up the roof. After replacing my parcel that got lost a month ago I have been told the parcel is missing for the second time. I assured my client I will get them the items. Worst company ever. Is it someone targeting my shipments. Same as last time. Next thing it’s missing. CEC UPS Header Dear Hadley, Good day! I hope this email finds you well. Please let me apologize that it happens on your package for the second time. This is not the service that we want you to experience. Since there's no further scans on the package since the 30th of May we need to raise a tracer. I have here an investigation template. Please see attached. Kindly fill up the form for me to initiate an investigation. And to give you a proper expectation the investigation would take up to 8 business days and the investigation updates will be directly sent to the shipper of the package. This is joke UPS. Need to sue for mental distress and loss of business. They don’t care

Amazon used them to deliver 2 dozen roses to my sister. They didn't follow basic delivery instructions. Instead of delivery to to the front desk of the stroke rehab, they gave the package to some passer-by. They got the guy's name, but staff said no one by that name worked there. I spent hours on the phone with staff and Amazon trying to get my money back or locate the flowers. UPS hung up on me, staff manning their Twitter account flat out refused to be helpful, and those manning the customer service email were flat out rude. My husband's bank, the biggest in the nation, just went with FedEx instead, because he told them how UPS staff behaved in this matter. Actions (or in this case inaction and passing the buck) have consequences. I'd definitely fire some staff who obviously don't take their jobs very seriously and have cost you business UPS! Shame on you all!

They are refusing to deliver our packages from a certain company (for no reason, they are sending back our monthly subscription packages) and will NOT let us talk to a human! AI cannot fix this

We were out when ups tried to deliver today. They left a card to say we have to collect the parcel six miles away. All our neighbours were in at the time ups came. Utterly hopeless company.

Useless ... Simply useless ! There concept of customer service is nothing but excuses ! On day five (5 days past the quoted delivery date) still waiting to find my package ! UPS WILL NEVER EVER GET MY BUSINESS AGAIN !!!
