“Why UPS? Just why? Cant you just work normally? Why don’t you just deliver packages to the right address, not to the pick point?”

“The worst shipping company I have dealt with. Parcel delivered destroyed with things missing. UPS took no responsibility despite proofs. Demanding illegal brokerage fees paid before parcel delivery with threatening attitude. Billing department demanding credit card details without invoice being process. Extremally rude hardly any English speaking customer service. Courier did not knock the door but put delivery missed note through the door and disappeared immediately Other call services want to talk only about payments and bank details. Rude, unpleasant unhelpful, impolite, obnoxious people . KEEP AWAY if possible choose other services”

“delivered the parcel to the neighboring house. did not notify me, did not call. I ran and looked for my box by myself . I had to carry a heavy parcel across the street! disgusting service😠”

“The delivery was a rug. The driver clearly had decided that they didn't want to deliver the rug and so took it upon themselves to sneak around and slap notices on my door rather than knocking. I desperately tried to change the delivery time and date to a point where I could be at home and they'd have to deliver that stupid rug. The company was totally unhelpful and now I have to rent a truck to get a rug for whose delivery I already paid. This is a horrible experience that has cost me hours of my precious time. Thanks for nothing, UPS.”

“I ordered 18 bottles of wine from Germany to Finland. I was surprised when the original packaging, which usually has each bottle in separate thick cardboard compartments, arrived inside a larger cardboard box from another company, with the original package inside UPS plastic bags. The original package was crushed on one side, indicating it had been thrown or dropped. One of the bottles was broken, resulting in red wine and glass shards all over the box, and the labels were damaged. There was a warning label about glass packaging, but UPS did not seem to care. They did not bother to notify me about the damage.”

“Hi I would like to left a review about UPS That I supposed to get a delivery today on 06/08/2024 and I was waiting all day on my door and delivery didn’t came did not came to my door even I checked I tracked my parcel all day at least 7 time but delivery driver up date into system that access issue But my point is I never get I didn’t get any phone call or any message from UPS delivery driver so delivery driver supposed to be contact me when he came or when he is coming to my door but he didn’t and it wasn’t nice because I was waiting for all day and he was wrong that access issues and next time I never ever want to contact again in my life with UPS driver because absolutely a very very bad service about UPS”

“This company is such a nightmare! Packages are delivered in the wrong address, arrive 5 days later, and they don't honor their deliveries! How can a service be so crappy and customer service so awful! Shut the front door, your backyard business won't survive if customers keep getting bad experiences!”

“rate a zero but that option is not available. The driver is a liar and never made any attempt to deliver My package. never rung the bell I work from home, so there is no excuse. I was waiting for my package. Worst service I’ve ever seen. I see all the reviews are one star really sad”

“I paid for guaranteed overnight delivery of four live koi fish from UPS. They were supposed to arrive today by noon to my home in New Orleans. UPS emailed me today to say that the fish will not arrive until tomorrow despite being in the New Orleans warehouse today. I called them and begged them to work with me because the fish will die if not delivered as guaranteed - they wont even allow me to go to the warehouse today to try to save them from running out of oxygen and dying tonight. I will never use their overnight services again.”

“I received an email stating that they missed me on what is a signed package. I have a RING video camera and they never came to the door nor left a message stating they did. I called three times and was told three times my package was on its way. They lied three times and now I have to be held HOSTAGE again for another day while they maybe bring my package. What is wrong with your delivery people lying constantly to customers. The customer reps on the phone are lied to by the drivers so it's not their fault. Your company has done this to me several times and I want you to be aware that your drivers lie on the regular about not finding people at home. I am always home when I miss a package. Of course I'm home, the package has to be signed for. Please do something about this awful service.”

“Be careful with UPS I rejected a parcel because the item was $29.99 but UPS wanted $38.70 in their own shipping charge calling it fee for calling duty on behalf of the government. I rejected parcel and seller got their product 3 month later I got sent to a collection agency for the UPS PROFIT CHARGE NAMED: DUTY COLLECTION FEE SEE PIC:”

“This company just scammed me for 74 euro for imaginary package they never delivered. I told them I haven't ordered anything from them, so they should refund the fee because it's a mistake. Then they send me a debt collector. Absolute scammers. Avoid in all cost.”
