UPS have lost my package and are blaming me the sender and the receiver for abandoning a very important package. When told that neither of us have abandoned they then said the address was incorrect. Not so. I have been sending items to that address in Jamaica by other couriers for a long time without any problem. I have tried claiming on line but was directed back to their customer service centre who sent me back on line. It has been over 6 months now and cannot see a satisfactory conclusion. UPS needs to get their act together. There are other good couriers out there and I would suggest using them.

I usually LOVE UPS and go there for everything. But, the manager of the one off Cumberland is so rude every time I’m in there. From talking bad about corporate to complaining to customers and mumbling and cursing under her breath. Normally I don’t complain or write bad reviews but she’s very rude.

3rd time driver left package by dumpster 10:00pm delivery. We live in the country. Package damaged by rain that night soaked through. Will return damaged items. Waste. Item # 1Z6817R00323067127 I called customer service. Could hardly understand the guy. I give "0" stars. Not the first time this has happened.

The delivery guy is extremely rude by making rude comments unprompted and unprovoked. UPS needs to make sure they are hiring people who know how to treat customers.

Terrible service. Total timewasters. UPS keep emailing delivery notifications and then do not bother to turn up. UPS could not careless about their customers. I do not know what UPS have done with my Package. I will never use UPS again.

I had a total of 8 packages delivered i didn’t order It was supplies for my daughter. I had to leave them a note because I was going to be gone no one here It couldn’t be canceled once in route. Amazing job ty They returned it for me without hassle

One does not need to look far to see the poor quality of UPS. I run a business that has a five star rating, that is not easily done. UPS in almost any review you look at is a one out of five star. UPS will not pay out for anything you pay extra insurance for. I was expecting a delivery today and they're shipping it to the wrong address. I have tried contacting UPS on their website, on their app, three phone calls to no avail. So the medicine that has been delivered to us today will not get delivered for a minimum of four days. The simple fact that there's no way to change the delivery address of a product is disgusting.

Facts many of us don't know about UPS. I did not know either until I went to the UPS to do more than only shipping a package. I discovered that UPS are owned by individuals who in my case was living overseas who knows where. So when something went wrong and I tried to get hold of a supervisor I was told the store had an owner who lived overseas and could not be reached. So Beware you are dealing with foreigners who are safe somewhere and you can not reach them. Another fact, if you chose to ship your package USPS through them you will pay double at the UPS store and they will not tell you there is extra fee. Also if you want to add insurance they charge extra but the USPS does not approve that insurance and your package will be shipped uninsured even though you paid for insurance. The people who worked in the UPS store I visited were absolute liars and unprofessional in every behavior.

It doesn't even deserve a star. I sent a package from the United Kingdom to Spain 2 weeks ago, it has not been delivered yet, and although I paid all the taxes, the recipient received an email in which he has to pay an extra 253 euros. UPS IS A SCAM

I paid extra for 2 day shipping. My package didn't arrive in 2 days and the excuse I was given was it wasn't delivered because of drivers workload. Pathetic.

Absolute worst delivery company ever. Almost impossible to talk to a representative. They make notes in thier system and drivers have no idea about them. Package sits in my own home city for 5 days because of them.

This is the shi*tiest delivery company I have ever come across. I try to send a brand new iPhone 13 pro max with them to Germany. First, they told me that they lost the package, then a couple of days later they came up with a different story, now the package was damaged... I asked then if the package is damaged as you say, can I please see a picture of it. I started a claim process, no pictures of the damaged phone, no money back and nobody answering email, fax, or phone calls. The only information they gave me is that I have to wait up to 2 months for my claim to be finished and to get my money back. The phone is worth 1700 EURO that's a lot of money and with no phone. Don't use this company, they are several others that are way much better, and at least their customer service works

Ordered a phone through T-Mobile they unfortunately used UPS. So I received a box completely demolished and tape back together and guess what... the thieves of employees they hire stole the phone put the empty phone box back and taped it. How bout do a background check and stop hiring petty people

I live in Pomona, I came out my home at approximately 1:20pm on a Wed and I see UPS delivering a package 📦 to two of my neighbors that's normal but what I found disturbing was the Asian guy that was delivering the packages 📦 was throwing them in my neighbors yard🤔. I was leaving anyway so I followed the truck to his next stop and took a picture of the truck and license plate. This is very unprofessional I hope the package 📦 wasn't fragile 🤦🏻‍♂️

The worst carrier. Never on time with anything. Always takes twice as long as they say it will when you book it. 'Expedited shipping' in one instance took 5 weeks to ship from Germany to USA - a major route with dozens of flights daily! Germany to Australia, minimum 2 weeks. In both cases they advertised 1 week. . With other carriers expedited services deliver in 1 week. Never using again. Bad experience every time.

UPS is hands down the worst delivery service ever. They'll charge you for expedited delivery or even a regular delivery knowing in advance it's not going to be there on time cuz none of their deliveries on time. And then they lie customer service sucks it definitely leaves a lot to be desired. Don't waste your money or time
