UPS Greece. 0/5 I had to put one star which was the lowest I could. Bad manners, bad drivers, bad customer service. They deliver whenever they want, they can not give ANY notice in advance, the driver can not wait for you even for 10' in order to rush from YOUR WORK (since they do not inform) and when you call them to complain, they repeat "we do not offer this service" (to call even a few minutes earlier). Ridiculous, stay away!!! Use them ONLY if you have a person who stays at home the whole day!! But if you can avoid them, then do it!

the customer support is 100% useless cant even tell me where the package was last scanned in at but is claiming it was delivered despite my camera saying otherwise... guess ill just need to contact the general postmaster

On May 10, 2022 I went to this UPS #365 at 6045 Creditview RD, Mississauga, to get 2 photo for Canadian passport. While driving to Service Canada I noticed the photo on top of my forehead there was a yellow glare. I called and spoke to Ashley, who took my picture, and explained if these were be ok. She said the computer would not print if not ok. After waiting for about 2 hours in queue at Service Canada, the officer said these were not acceptable due to the yellow glare on my forehead as it did not match my skin colour. Afterwards I went to local Shoppers to get them done. On May 13, I went back to Service Canada and lined up for 2.5 hours. With the new photos at Shoppers all went well. Today, May 17 I finally found the time to go On May 10, 2022 I went to this UPS #365 to get 2 photo for Canadian passport. Although the other female employee served me, Ashley was there and claimed she did not speak to me May 10. They demanded the rejection letter to prove the photos were not accepted. She showed me a box filled with rejection letters. Wow, so many complaints already. I wasn't aware Service Canada would issue such letter in person. Maybe if you mail the passport application. Now do they think I would line up again at Service Canada and request such letter? After leaving without a refund. the other customer told me she had the same issue with photo with her young daughter on the side of hair with yellow glare. She said she would never go back to that store for photos. Very disappointed for poor quality of the photos. See the attached picture and photo instruction from Service Canada re glare.

Went into the Milton Park customer centre and treated with disdain and contempt by the girl behind the counter, I have used their services before and it was good and efficient, thankfully I have the option of other delivery companies. The counter rep behaviour was appalling and extremely distasteful. I had to go online to get the information and when I relayed it to her, she said, sounds about right. Imagine being the face of a company and don’t know anything and apart from that, you wasn’t even friendly??? I visited UPS on the 17/05/2022 between the hours or 12:00-13:00

Somebody need to report UPS to the BBB or their local news. I swear the employees is taking the packages. This company has to be accountable for their bull$^#t. Seriously......!

UPS is now charging $8 just to allow me to pick up a package that I was not home when they attempted to deliver it and the package required a signature. They would not have charged if I just let them attempt to re-deliver but I work full-time and will probably not be home when they try to deliver it tomorrow (Mon.). I am picking it up at the UPS center down the street which is likely where they are keeping the package anyway. This is just a racket and should not be allowed!

Shocking service avoid at all costs, honestly hermes is a better option. Paid for next day delivery and arrives to the buyer 4 days late and to top it off they have the cheek to charge a sly 4.99 overcharge fee through packlink with no given reason or explanation. Dispute opened, will never use again.

Dreadful service, we sent a parcel on 5th April to a customer in Switzerland who had an event on 25th April. The parcel was delivered on 9th May. We were not compensated for the loss of our goods as the customer naturally did not pay us. We were told on 13th April that the parcel was in Europe in fact it did not leave the UK till 5th May after the event took place. We must have spent 100 hours on this and are £95 out of pocket. Good Lord! UPS will not make the smallest of attempts to get your package to you. We will insist on other delivery options when we order product in the future.

Wish I could give 0 reviews. Two weeks and I have no idea where my package is. The customer service was not very helpful either. Never going to use them again. Fedex is by far the best for international delivery.

Be carefull this is a total scam. When importing to Switzerland they add 21€ import fee (for absolutely no reason) even if your item is worth 10€ and you already paid 26€ for a very small parcel shipment. Worst experience ever this is to avoid at all cost !

Ummmmmm, first time I have ever used UPS, was expecting a delivery today as advised by UPS, 1hr after the delivery window closed they changed the expected time to tomorrow. Naughty, as this package is critical and tomorrow is too late - I will be out of the Country. So I tried them, they failed, wont bother again!

UPS customer service is SHOCKINGLY bad. No-one seems to have a clue. It was impossible to change the delivery details of a shipment (something that DHL does as a matter of course) and it's proven horribly time-consuming to set up UPSMyChoice. The activation code does not work, endless phone calls with people who refer you to other people or whose "screen is temporarily frozen" and let you wait on the phone for 10 minutes. I would NEVER use UPS to send anything anyway. But even receiving a shipment with/through them is an ordeal. Would give fewer than 1 star if possible.

Very dissatisfied with the time it takes to deliver a parcel, if I had know seller used them I would have took a chance on another site, there not far from the bottom of the list for good service I’m sticking with Royal Mail or herms(Evri) as they have never took this long.
