I sent 3 parcels to Germany on 14/01/2021. The status now: Tamworth, United Kingdom 27/01/2021 - 01:27- Arrived at Facility I'm expecting a parcel from Ireland sent by UPS - posted 21/01, received the invoice for payment in 22/01 (after 1 day- the driver had my parcel, but gave me the invoice only). I paid customs taxes by phone on Monday. (after waiting 30 minutes). They said I will get the parcel on Tuesday. Wednesday I checked the tracking, my parcel was in FRANCE!!! Guys the driver was with that parcel to my house.. and now my parcel was in FRANCE in some city. Called them, waited 25 minutes, the first guy pass me to another guy 30minutes more. They said will get the parcel Thursday. Today Thursday I received the message the parcel will be here tomorrow Friday.. Do you believe that?? Guys avoid UPS, sending by Royal Mail became the best way, ( I didn't believe that before) After I will sort the other 3 parcels sent to Germany, I will not be using anymore UPS.

I ordered something and was given a choice of UPS or DHL. Previously had probs with DHL, so chose UPS. Parcel weight total 700 grams. Charge £25. English address to English address both mainland. Monday = parcel despatched. Due with me on Tuesday. NOTHING! Tuesday = Contacted my sender, made excuses about covid and delays. After me losing my temper, he begrudgingly contacted UPS. Apparently parcel was sent to wrong depot. Don't worry they will get it to you tomorrow, Wednesday. Get email from UPS = parcel will be with you by 12 noon. Wednesday = No Parcel. Contact sender again. They don't care, but they will refund postage costs. ??????? Receive email from UPS = Parcel will be with you Thursday by 12 noon Thursday 12 noon = NOTHING. Thursday 15.30 = Email from UPS, your parcel has been delivered. Really? I have been in all day and no one has come to my door? Go downstairs to COMMUNAL flat door and find parcel. Did they deliver to my front door? NO Did they ring my bell? NO Did they ring me? NO The parcel contained a £300 piece of electronic equipment. Thank you UPS - I will never, ever, ever use you again. I will never buy anything from anyone who uses them. I will do my utmost to tell everyone NEVER to use them. This review was written on Thursday 28 January 2021, the day my parcel eventually arrived. DO NOT USE THESE U nprofessional P athetic S lackers

2 hours on hold and still no sign of life. Web site has no useful information, in fact, it is clearly wrong and misleading. Don't risk it. Use another carrier.

Simply the worst delivery company in the UK! I have waited over a month for a parcel, spent one and a half hours on the phone, emailed the CEO, emailed customer service and still no parcel. Today the website says it has been delivered, it has not! I have no idea how they are in business compared to the competition they are miles behind. Useless!

Diabolical. Kept on hold for 25 minutes with no answer. Website is terrible. Doesn't track their own codes. Instructions unclear. Online help useless. I will never again order anything from anyone that uses this company to deliver and I will say that to the company I ordered from.

Terrible company, avoid! waiting for package, tracking was useless and item was delayed, then on the day it was supposed to be delivered they said it has been delayed again and it will now be delivered a week from now, automated chat is useless and I spent half an hour trying to get through by phone and gave up, they also charged me £17 in brokerage fees that I wasn't told about and never agreed to prior to receiving the invoice which of course arrived very quickly as they new they'd be scamming me out of £17

UPS - never again. It's 25th January I am still waiting for an international parcel delivery (UPS Express) that has been stored at Castle Donnington since the 19th January. Not mentioning that the parcel should be delivered long time ago, it took UPS a day to locate it in the warehouse after my 3 phone calls (wow, they have not lost it yet). They claim that they have disruptions due to Brexit so they are completely not prepared for something which is known to come for years. There is no information for customers on any pages, mobile app about disruption and longer delivery (you pay extra money for 1 day international delivery!). It takes ages to reach the call center. If you reach, you are informed that your parcel is stored but there is no reliable system that estimates the backlog and new dates - very surprising and disappointing for a large international carrier. Parcel tracking is very poor. A perfect example for a business case how to frustrate customers and loss the image.

For the second time in 2 months, I've taken the day off work & waited in all morning so that I can receive a package, & for the second time, I've watched the tracking status change from an expected delivery time to telling me that delivery has been attempted. NO DELIVERY ATTEMPT WAS MADE! I'm sick of this company & their complete incompetence!

Ups refused to deliver a package from the U.S. to me unless I paid 43euro and 52 cents. The contents value of this package is 43 U.S.D. The T shirt and calendar in this package were bought online from a registered charity called flatbush cats. The taxes and other charges were therefor ridiculous. I called their so called helpline on approximately 10 separate occasions. Twice I managed to get through to a person. Their telephone system is not fit for purpose. The first time I got through I was told their customs department would phone me. They never did so. Their customs department is not fit for purpose. The second time I managed to get through the operative told me he could see the taxes were not to be applied but there were still charges. He could not explain to me what these charges were or do anything about them. The helpdesk is not fit for purpose. They do not have a helpdesk email on their website which can be contacted without making an account with their company, absolutely ridiculous. When I try to make an account their webpage tells me there is already an account associated with my email address. When I press the 'forgotten password' button and fill in my email address for them to send me a link to change password not once has their system send me a link and I have tried this action repeatedly. Their email system is not fit for purpose. Finally at the end of December 2020 an email address has turned up on their telephone system messages, about time. I emailed ups. I told them that the charges were not justifiable and to deliver the items to me without them or to bin the items. They did not contact me in any way but if the tracking number is entered into their website the message that now comes up is: package not wanted by customer. This does not address any of the issues which I brought up with them. They just took the easy way out. Their performance in this matter has been abysmal. In a completely unrelated matter I had a ups prepaid parcel label for an item to be returned to Thomann in Germany this month. I twice used their telephone system to book a pick up and twice no one collected the parcel. I asked Thomann to cancel the label and provide me one for An Post, which they did. Their parcel collection system is not fit for purpose.

They tried to deliver to the wrong address, as advised me that I wasn't available to receive my parcel! Funny that as I don't live there. I have tried to contact ups over the last 5 hours but get automated messages, no real person to speak to. I doubt I will ever get my parcel. The only way to contact them is to register on their site, so they can spam, sell my details and so on. Totally unacceptable.

The first parcel I had shipped by UPS ended up in Holland & not the United Kingdom & I never received it. My current parcel which I paid express delivery for has been sat in a warehouse at Castle Donnington for a week, tracking constantly says 'delayed' with no sign of it ever moving. I phoned UPS customer care line was left on hold for over 35 minutes only for the advisor to tell me that he couldn't give me an answer or help in any way!!

Ordered 2 throws from Urbanara on the 8th and 13th January. Tracking shows one should have been delivered last Thursday still no sign of it. Now it’s showing it’s stuck at Stanford le Hope! Second parcel got stuck in Germany. That’s now showing it’s going to be delivered next Thursday! Your delivery service is chaotic! Now wondering if they will ever show up and if it’s even worth chasing them as nobody answers the phone or emails according to other customers!

Ordered a camera 7 days, ago on 3 day delivery. Never and still has not appeared. According to the tracking its getting delivered YESTERDAY!!!! Will avoid like the plague in future. Blaming Brexit related problems, absolute rubbish a company if this international presence should have been well ahead with potential problems.

lost my package. Their Customer services have been difficult to deal with as they keep giving lots of contradictory information and keep transferring my call to a different department which then cuts the call.
