lost my package, customer service is 100%useless, they keep lying and giving lots of contradictory information. Sent a parcel the 14th of December. Chased them a million times, on the 15th of januray they confirma package was lost and I now have to wait

Ordered goods on line mid December - coming from the Netherlands. Have had 5 delivery dates from UPS - stayed in on each! Still no delivery - Brexit could have partly caused this - BUT DON’T over PROMISE and UNDER DELIVER - a simple thought for a large organisation. It’s still awaited!!

I had ordered an item from PHILIPS and they were sending it to me by UPS delivery. A few days ago I received an email from UPS and they were told that the item will arrive in 20/01/2021 but half an hour before that last hour of delivering it to me they sent another email and wrote me they will deliver it tomorrow which is today. And today’s morning when I checked my item in the UPS app it says my parcel will arrive in 26/01/2021. Without any apology or alerting me before. And when I contacted them with the customer service they were just lying to me. This company is a joke. DO NOT USE UPS AT ALL.

WORST SERVICE EVER - AVOID! AGENTS HUNG UP ON ME 3 TIMES. THE APP WOULD NOT LET ME CHANGE THE ADDRESS (I MOVED HOUSE WITHIN THE DELIVERY TIME WHICH TOOK 3 WEEKS TO BE DELIVERED.

They are scammers! and are tricking customers by tellings us "they have tried to contact us", something they have not. Now I have to get the packed myselv- something they do with almost every customers from what Ive read from other revies. Horrible, they should not be able to operate like this. Worst company i have every expieriensed when it comes to delivery

Appalling business with dreadful service. Do NOT use. Failed to deliver package of expensive item by stated deadline. UPS cancelled delivery day before delivery was due. Tracking system is appalling and provides no useful information as to location, progress or action being taken on a package so completely unhelpful to sender/receiver. Called customer services to obtain more information but had to endure 45 min wait during normal workday to get put through to service rep. Individual was pleasant but had no useful IT supporting systems to be able to provide any information as my package progress or expected delivery. Appeared to be providing a "standard rehearsed" company excuse of "delays due to Customs check - not our fault." This is a complete lie - the customs clearance processing procedure is a standard checking/billing process carried out by the operator (e.g. UPS, FedEx etc) which they charge the customer for. It rarely involves Customs staff (circa 0.001% of time) and only when a consignment is pulled due to suspicion of smuggling etc. The only reason there are delays is due to poor business operations within UPS and the opportunity for them to create extra profits by charging customers extra for storing their goods due to make-believe "Customs problems" when the failure to deliver is their own inefficiency and incompetence. I have regular imports with FedEx, DHL and DPD - none of whom are experiencing the "stated problems" of UPS and are delivering as normal. I have made a significant purchase that I've paid an additional sum to UPS to quickly deliver. UPS have failed with a complete disregard for customer service - in fact it's customer contempt with added RIP-OFF. I am most concerned about my valuable purchase now "kicking around" the UPS system, days overdue and no information from the company. I will never use them again. AVOID COMPLETELY IF YOU VALUE YOUR PROPERTY OR BUSINESS.

Constant delays I had one order coming altogether from one company in 3 packages. The clowns at ups couldn’t even keep them 3 together even tho they came from the same place and we’re going to the same place, not rocket science.

Customer centre support is poor... agents drop calls give wrong misleading information , impossible to complain about service Parcel delivery wrong. Deliver to wrong location change it without consent. App does not work properly ... it could go on and on. This review is after having continuing problems for some time not just one delivery

Waiting for a new mattress to arrive since last week. Initially they claimed the address was wrong so they returned it to sender. The manufacturer sent me another one which was due to arrive today. I received an email saying nobody was home yesterday. And a redelivery will be attempted today. We'll obviously because I was told it was coming today. Today I get an email advising me it will be delivered tomorrow. This company IS unprofessional and a JOKE

HANDS DOWN THE WORST DELIVERY COMPANY I'VE EVER COME INTO CONTACT WITH!!! Waited for a parcel to be delivered today, why? Because the UPS TRACKING SITE told me it was being delivered, did it turn up?......Take a wild guess! After what seemed like a lifetime on hold to the CS phone line I was told the tracking was incorrect my item that was showing as being in the UK still hasn't even left Belgium...WTF!!! Funny thing is that its still showing as being delivered today...GO FIGURE/:o(

E-mailed me to inform me that my package was being delivered yesterday (Fri 15/01/21). Waited and waited, and waited. I have a dog that needs walked but I didn't leave the house all day. No package by midnight. No e-mail to say there was a problem. No update on my package which is 'out for delivery'. Waited all Saturday morning (just in case), but nothing. Why e-mail people and tell them something and then not (literally) deliver? Should be running a government somewhere; over promise - under deliver, or in my case don't deliver. Ridiculous, when you see how many people have left such bad reviews.

Rip Off with atrocious customer services, avoid! Delivered three parcels through Parcel Compare, Parcel Compare then charged an extra £250 on top of the £130 I'd already paid for 4 large x7kg parcels within UK due to wrong sizes apparently I submitted (I know different ) I complain ,P C state they've been charged the extra by UPS ,I ring UPS their customer services who then state verbally there were no extra charges to Parcel Compare ! I email P C to state this who insist they have been charged , ring back UPS to ask for something official stating there were no extra charges and they will not supply anything and won't discuss it any further even though I opted for a recorded conversation when their rep stated no extra charges Parcel compare have no customer services tel wise so everything is emailed , spent hours trying to get it sorted but to no avail.What started as a reasonable price for parcel delivery has cost me over double and there's nothing you can do about it,I believe I've been scammed out of the extra £250 .AVOID THESE TWO COMPANIES When you place order ,they state there will be a surcharge if your sizes are wrong, their calculator accepts your measures and gives price on weight , it doesn't flag up volumetric size and this is where your caught out and charged extortionate surcharges !It cost me nearly £400 for 4 lightweight parcels instead of the £130 initially quoted.Ripped off.

Lazy incompetent delivery driver consistently ignores delivery instructions. He doesn't even bother to try to deliver to my home address, instead he immediately takes my parcels to a collection point, which is not the delivery address! Due to the virus, I am shielding and I'm not supposed to leave my home. Because of the driver's laziness I have been forced to go to the access point THREE time to collect my parcels. My local collection point is an off-licence run by staff who do not wear masks, this incompetence is putting my life in danger!!!!! I called customer serve on 14/01/21 to make a compliant. I was told a Manager from my local UPS office would call me that day to discuss this ongoing problem, I didn't receive a call. I called again today asking to talk to a Manager and again I was told I would receive a call from a Manager today. No call!!! Terrible service!! I wish I could give a zero-star ratting

I will never use UPS ever again to send parcels. I paid for a parcel to be delivered to France. After 3 months, they returned it to me saying the recipients name was wrong on the parcel. They then admitted to me that the non-delivery was their error and subsequently refused to refund my payment. This is theft and a breach of terms and conditions. I have complained and they refuse to deal with it. Seriously the worst company I have ever had to deal with.

Appalling service Update on ups Appalling service, or rather lack thereof Item posted via a UK company to Cork, Ireland in time guaranteed Christmas delivery. No sign of item, no update on tracking reference. Inconsistent stories from staff when you eventually get through to someone. Promises of call-back within the hour that that are never honoured. When I called again to ask why I have waited for two responses, not received, I am told that the department is, already closed so the call would never have been forthcoming. I was told they do not have a section that deals with complaints and there are no senior staff in charge. I shall be boycotting companies that deal with UPS in favour of those that use professional Couriers. This blatant disregard for clients and their customers is either a very arrogant move or a fast way to give the competition more business. Good Afternoon Today has been the final straw. Having noticed 'returning to sender' on the status of my parcel I wasted my time this morning making countless calls to your number only to be passed from pillar to post and no further forward. Struggling to understand the accent of the staff on the lines, I managed to glean that apparently it was refused by the recipient, which is pretty impressive given the fact that we have been told: the address is incomplete (email confirmation that all is correct) it has been lost, damaged and the final story was tha it has been mislaid so how they managed to attempt a delivery to someone who is retired and in lockdown and has been contacting the same helpline for updates, is a complete surprise. No attempt has been made to deliver this and despite an attempt to halt the item being sent back via Niteline, I spent a further hour trying to do just that with a tracking number for UPS and not the correct number needed for Niteline, despite your staff saying we had to call them ourselves to put a stop on it. The call back promised within the hour at 12.00 still had not arrived at 1.00pm but this is no surprise as the last four occasions of such a promises remain outstanding. No one will give me the name of the CEO or an email address for anyone in authority, presumably to protect them from seeing the colossal lack of service offered by all concerned. On purchasing this case of Champagne via Laithwaites, it was scheduled in time to make one of the last posting dates before Christmas and Brexit. I am therefore unable to re-order becuase of the block on delivery to Ireland etc and have lost the opportunity to order at this offer price now anyway. I am beyond furious and have decided to update Trustpilot to warn other unsuspecting consumers of the difficulties and disappointments that lie ahead if you purchase through companies that use UPS. The lack of service and process defies belief in 2021 and I can only assume that as a company you must be winding down and therefore no longer have any pride in what you offer. You should be ashamed given the size of your Company - truly the worst service I have ever encountered AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE!

UPS Ridiculous Delays And Atrocious Customer Service Personnel I ordered through an online store, UPS were their chosen courier I opted for next day delivery. The supplier shipped next business day and it appeared on UPS tracking with a delivery day of two days acceptable I thought considering difficulties of covid situation. Delivery time came and went and on checking tracking delivery had changed to following day. Waited in following day no delivery again and on checking tracking had again changed showing next day again this happened on 3 more days and then the delivery date changed to a whole week more! I rang UPS and got told it was suppliers fault nothing they could do absolutely no interest from their staff even suggested I reorder from supplier and use a different courier. Now tracking had just said in transit for last 4 days assuming my package arrives end of next week as it says that two weeks from Holland to UK. I ordered other goods from Japan and Italy on same day via DPD and DHL both arrived with in three days. The service update presently says in transit and has done for two days. In transit generally implies movement, I guess this is not the case at UPS. Absolutely despicable service. If I could give no stars I would.

Promised delivery by 2.45 pm Friday the 8 th Jan no delivery now it’s just saying either in transit somewhere between Stansted and Thornton Cleveleys but nothing more. Either that or error we cannot track at moment. No Saturday delivery. Sent them email but not even read till next Monday. £400 value goods, better not be lost.
