“This company is a joke from lazy drivers to poor customer service deliver keeps being sent out they show up at my house but don’t leave my package then tell me I need a different address for delivery makes no sense. Just cost me time and energy dealing with ignorance.”

“I was notified my parcel was on my doorstep which it was not. I was in all day, so they definitely did not deliver it. Unable to talk to anyone in Ups to complain, just automated service which was useless, unable to email as they don't take reports of missing parcels. So no parcel and unable to contact company, what a waste of time this company is.”

“Order shower tower. The box arrived smashed and someone tried to tape it up. Upon opening the box the glass was shatter into hundreds of pieces. Not sure what happened but this is pretty sad. Now have to return it and wait some more. I just have to laugh. People just don’t care.”

“UPS has deliverd my cancer medicine to different city one time and Houston lost it another time. My husband and I were on the UPS site, talking to different employees and were put on hold for multiple times, for a total of 5 hours spent trying to get my chemo drug. I no longer use, I use Fedex for chemo med, no problems with them. We now have an Amazon parcel that has been sitting at the UPS site for over 2 days and still not out for delivery. If I could find out where to go to sue UPS, I would.”

“First they tell me my package is due between 10:15 and 2:15 it’s now 3:30 and still not here I check the updates now it says before 7:00 pm … like I don’t have anything to do except wait on their incompetence”

“Terrible I paid for express shipping and my package takes extra long and now it’s lost. I’m pretty sure someone working there swiped it and it’s the first time it happened to me. Worst service ever don’t ever use ups. They are terrible.”

“UPS is by far the BEST delivery service I have ever used in 20 years. By comparison, the competition is mediocre or average (at the best) - DHL, Fedex, etc.. I don't understand how people are not satisfied about UPS, because they get it Right, In time (or ahead of time) and with competing prices. I just stopped using the other companies service, too much headache and bad service. Now I use exclusively UPS. Year after year, delivery after delivery, they ALWAYS excel. Congratulations and keep up the good service, UPS!!!!”

“Trying to charge me import tax and duty twice… fantastic! Love paying an extra £181 because UPS say so. I’ve already paid it and now I have to pay it again despite proof that it’s already been taken. Trying to sort it by phone is a joke, need an interpreter to get anywhere and you just get bounced from one extension to another until they cut you off. Email response same thing…GREAT!”

“Delivery was never attempted. They say the address was wrong, which it isn’t. Now it’s sat in a warehouse and there’s nothing I can do…never using UPS ever again, not the first bad experience and probably not the last”
