Ups can suck it. Made plans for the family to do something tomorrow on Thursday. Nope not going to happen. I get a last minute email saying a package which requires a signature arrives tomorrow between 130pm - 530pm. Great has to late afternoon to late evening. No biggie just have them drop off at UPS store not far from my house. Yeah right. $10 dollar charge for reroutes. Screw that.. Thanks a lot Ups for ruining my family's and I day.. I do not recommend ups to know one..

I went to the UPS on Grayson GA on May 25th to get a form Notarized and the manger was very rude. Didn’t want me to explain what he has to do on the form and just grab up all my forms shoved it at me and tell me to get out that he is not doing it. From the time I reached in he had an attitude, not smiling or welcoming customers. I told him he is a racist cause everyone else in the store was white. Where I come from we don’t tolerate anyone talking down to us so I let him have it. He is a nasty manager and needs to be replaced. He has a serious problem and doesn’t need to be in Customer Service.😡😡😡😡

Monday morning 5/16/22, I stopped by UPS in Bellevue to check how many days it will take to deliver A4 envelope with a notarized doc to Israel. The answer was 3 business days. Later the same day, Monday 05/16/22, on my way back from Olympia I stopped by UPS store in Kent to mail a package in Israel. I chose the fastest & the most expensive way, the guy/manager/who knows said it will be delivered in 3-5 business days and... After 2 days I started to check the status of the shipping on UPS website (using their tracking number), spent a couple of hours, called to UPS and found out that the store operates as USPS store (UPS customer service explained to me that it was USPS store and I paid double price for the shipping, $130 instead of $66). OK, this time I checked USPS website (using the tracking number) and found that the package was still in Seattle (May, 19th), after 3 days! it was still there. I called to USPS customer service, they couldn't helped me and recommended to wait when 5 days will expire. After 2 more days I got a text message that the package arrived to Carson California on May 22nd early morning and later the same day it arrived in LA California. And today, when I'm writing my review, 05/24/22, 9.20pm, it's still in LA. No words... Yesterday I had to notarize this document again, went to Olympia to get an apostille again and mailed it with DHL. Let's see who win this race...

I paid for overnight shipping two days ago from Florida to Nevada; yesterday, the package went 30 minutes from here (not across the country); it is sitting 'somewhere' in the town of Davenport, FL; one hour on the phone being passed from one department to the next, and NO ONE at UPS can even find the package! They do not know where it is or where it is going or if it is going! And all this for about $50! Crazy! Such horrible service and customer service!

UPS always leaves my packages where they get stolen .. I decided I would go out of my way and go pick up package at their warehouse .. 20 miles away ..I did it a few times .. now they want to charge me 8 dollars as a fee for letting me pick up packages.. which they leave to get stolen !!

It seems no matter where I order from from in the states out the states if UPS is involved it’s ridiculous time even take longer than USPS FedEx DHL anything honestly it’s ridiculous how long this place takes a snail can bring it faster i’m surprised anybody even uses UPs anymore I honestly don’t even order from places if it states that they use UPS

Worst customer service ever, I’ve been waiting 5 days for pickup! I leave my house 12:15 for work come back after midnight, this huge box is still here, I mind you there’s a time limit on when to return this washer, I’ve made several complaints they keep lying and telling me to put on porch it will be picked up, day 5 today, the representative tells me to drop it off! It a scheduled and paid pickup!!! I hate this company! Last month they left my 55 inch flat screen on sidewalk, I reported missing because my neighbor seen two guys pushing it down the street! I live in a house with 3 steps! Is it gonna kill you to put it there? Nothing was done!! Worst customer service

No Stars sent a forgotten charger for my disabled fathers buggy to Spain. It is now lost in customs asking for an importer number…. Why would I have one as I’m not a business? Absolutely nothing has happened for over a week. All robotic and automated replies. Happy to take the money. No more reviews allowed on Trust Pilot as they are so bad. If I had spoken to a human and they had explained the situation I might have been more sympathetic. My poor father will be unable to get about now.

Was sitting at my address waiting for a package when I got a notification stating “it could not be delivered due to signature requirement”. No truck in sight. Just pure laziness and incompetence at this point. Worse than fedex if that’s even possible.

Horror office! How do companies like amazon use their services and make fun of their customers ?! UPS sends an SMS that the shipment will be delivered during the working day, the courier calls and when the customer says that half an hour will be in place, the courier refuses to deliver!

UPS Greece. 0/5 I had to put one star which was the lowest I could. Bad manners, bad drivers, bad customer service. They deliver whenever they want, they can not give ANY notice in advance, the driver can not wait for you even for 10' in order to rush from YOUR WORK (since they do not inform) and when you call them to complain, they repeat "we do not offer this service" (to call even a few minutes earlier). Ridiculous, stay away!!! Use them ONLY if you have a person who stays at home the whole day!! But if you can avoid them, then do it!

the customer support is 100% useless cant even tell me where the package was last scanned in at but is claiming it was delivered despite my camera saying otherwise... guess ill just need to contact the general postmaster

On May 10, 2022 I went to this UPS #365 at 6045 Creditview RD, Mississauga, to get 2 photo for Canadian passport. While driving to Service Canada I noticed the photo on top of my forehead there was a yellow glare. I called and spoke to Ashley, who took my picture, and explained if these were be ok. She said the computer would not print if not ok. After waiting for about 2 hours in queue at Service Canada, the officer said these were not acceptable due to the yellow glare on my forehead as it did not match my skin colour. Afterwards I went to local Shoppers to get them done. On May 13, I went back to Service Canada and lined up for 2.5 hours. With the new photos at Shoppers all went well. Today, May 17 I finally found the time to go On May 10, 2022 I went to this UPS #365 to get 2 photo for Canadian passport. Although the other female employee served me, Ashley was there and claimed she did not speak to me May 10. They demanded the rejection letter to prove the photos were not accepted. She showed me a box filled with rejection letters. Wow, so many complaints already. I wasn't aware Service Canada would issue such letter in person. Maybe if you mail the passport application. Now do they think I would line up again at Service Canada and request such letter? After leaving without a refund. the other customer told me she had the same issue with photo with her young daughter on the side of hair with yellow glare. She said she would never go back to that store for photos. Very disappointed for poor quality of the photos. See the attached picture and photo instruction from Service Canada re glare.

Went into the Milton Park customer centre and treated with disdain and contempt by the girl behind the counter, I have used their services before and it was good and efficient, thankfully I have the option of other delivery companies. The counter rep behaviour was appalling and extremely distasteful. I had to go online to get the information and when I relayed it to her, she said, sounds about right. Imagine being the face of a company and don’t know anything and apart from that, you wasn’t even friendly??? I visited UPS on the 17/05/2022 between the hours or 12:00-13:00

UPS is now charging $8 just to allow me to pick up a package that I was not home when they attempted to deliver it and the package required a signature. They would not have charged if I just let them attempt to re-deliver but I work full-time and will probably not be home when they try to deliver it tomorrow (Mon.). I am picking it up at the UPS center down the street which is likely where they are keeping the package anyway. This is just a racket and should not be allowed!
