Terrible company I bought plates on Amazon and it was shipped via UPS and the plates were damaged by the careless driver who threw the box on the driveway damaging the plates I had to get a refund via Amazon and UPS refused to claim responsibility for the damaged plates

Unbelievably Bad Customer service! I called with an issue, A robot answers and deciphers my request as something completely different and hangs up. You keep repeating agent, customer service, or anything to make the stupid robot understand that you need to speak with someone, but it hangs up every time. I never use UPS because I already know about their "legendary" customer service, And I'll keep NOT using them. Understandably big carriers like UPS have a certain monopoly because you don't have a lot of choices. But I hope that changes in the future...Been trying to speak with someone at UPS for 2 days

If I could give UPS less than one star I would. I paid for a package to be delivered the next day. Not only was my package NOT delivered the next day, but it is now day 4 and still it has not been delivered. By NOT having my parcel delivered, I have lost hundreds of dollars I didn't have to lose. I have reached out by email over 10 times and still my package has not been delivered, nor have my emails been answered. I have asked for a refund over 5 time, and I have not been reimbursed, nor have my requests been acknowledged. UPS claims bad weather on their website, but I have watched the USPS drive by, FedEx drive by, but no UPS. For two days, their tracking site has said "delivery by 10:30 am". It's now 6:00 pm and still no package. Please don't waste your money. Use FedEx or USPS for your parcel deliveries. You'll have much better luck getting your packages where they need to go.

This is a complete scam.they great to collect your money but they never deliver. I am waiting 2 months for a package and have spent hours on to customer service without any help.please,please save your money. Worst courier service in the world. Fact

They do not honour their guaranteed delivery refund terms and give your the run around when you try to claim. Will never use again, awful company.

UPS is the worst ever! 2 deliveries from abroad returned because they "couldn't find the address" and "Duty was not paid". Well Fedex, TNT, DHL and Royal Mail deliver here every day. I will make sure nobody ever uses these clowns as couriers to us again!

90% bad reviews what an achievement!Bravooo! I am updating my review because the situation is getting worse. I paid customs fees upon delivery to ups but ups sent me a letter to pay £5.35 for late fees . Then I received a second letter from control account to pay £70.92 on behalf of ups, like I never paid customs fees. I paid control account because if I didn’t pay them within 7 days they would have charge more interests. So I opened a dispute with both of them and called them several times to explain the situation. Finally ups admitted that I paid customs fees upon delivery! I sent my first email on the 14th of January today 2nd of February but still waiting for refund. Ups replied : Please know that I have forwarded your concern once more to our team in charge, for them to follow up and to provide you with a resolution as soon as possible. Ups recognised that I am right and they made this big mess but they still haven’t refund me! That it’s called stealing! Please don’t use this company it is no serious and reliable!

worst company ever. They keep failing to deliver my parcel, and they keep telling me I will get my order the day after, but have yet to deliver it on time. UPS are ran by idiots.

It is a bad company. I paid for an express shipping last Friday to be deliver today (Monday). I tracked the package and called the store and customer service. But my package was never sent. Advice: never pay for extra fee so the delivery will be fast. Plus, they're never going to refund me. This is not right. You're taking people money and don't provide the service.

UPS claims they delivered a parcel with proof of delivery. They did not deliver it and lied that they have proof of delivery. They are not able to present it. Very disappointed. Avoid them as much as you can.

Never never use ups they steal packages, they damage, only trust FedEx for large packages and usps for small. Take my advice. Ups is the worst. Thank god they offer insurance, because I had to use it and get my money every time. How do they stay in business??

Expensive rare hatching eggs shipped from USA to Canada. They were well packaged and insulated by the breeder. They were scrambled in their shells on arrival. I have worked with eggs for awhile. grocery stores have eggs shipped in from all across the country and over the border. I cannot imagine how hard they would have had to shake the package that was clearly marked fragile in order to scramble the eggs in their shells. I will go out of my way to never use UPS again

You can't even get through to speak to anyone anymore, their bitchy automated voice just kicks you off instantly. I have always had good interactions with the service people, but it sucks you can't get any help.

UPS sent my package back from Sweden to sender in Germany without ever informing me in spite of me be being registered for shipping updates. When contacting UPS, UPS will not tell me what happened so i'm not sure if they even bothered any attempt to deliver at all. Now, i will most likely have to pay for new shipping out of my own pocket but rest assured i will not select UPS as carrier this time Based on my experiences with UPS Sweden, it appears highly likely to me that UPS is a rotten company (or at least their Swedish branch) that deserves to go into bankcrupcy

I would rate it -5 if would be possible! It's been about a year since they STOPPED DELIVERING to my address , which is PO BOX, ignoring PHYSICAL ADDRESS. FIRST, if you don't deliver, why you even accept packages? Second, I always include PHYSICAL ADDRESS, and they DON'T WANT TO DELIVER !!!! THIRD, they have phone number, instead saying: we cannot deliver, they could call and ask: HOW CAN WE DELIVER? But they just send packages back without any calls and notifications! This is being a year, since this started and so annoying and disturbing: I have to spend time and the stuff I accept don't arrive when I need it!!!! Ridiculous service!!!!

UPS is absolutely terrible. If I'm not home they've taken the package to some drop off site instead of my home, even though there was no signature required for the package. My last package was lost for 1 month because of their negligence, and I've received crushed boxes even though the front of the box says "fragile". They are completely careless and unprofessional.
