They are the worse carrier, I have two package that was delivered two different date and both of these package were delivered to the wrong address number. Per their POD, package was left on the front door which I never got. I don't know whose front door that they delivered the package, same happened to the second package. UPS needs to train their employee how to read numbers obviously they don't know how to perform their job more accurate and efficient. Bad service. FED/EX do a better job delivering your package in a front of your door. Go Fed/Ex. UPS have the worse service..

Be careful of UPS at work!!! Very disappointed with this company's work.   I was waiting for a package from my relatives. We chose UPS for delivery. UPS changed the delivery day 2 times, I took a day off at work and sat at home all day 2 times. When they changed delivery time in third time, I could no longer take a day off from work, because I was not even sure that they would deliver my parcel on this day. When I got back home from work, I saw a notification that they could not find me at home. I tried to change the delivery location but their system gave an error. Eventually I changed the day of delivery through the UPS system and took a day off again. Also, my sister (the sender of the parcel) called them and also asked them to mark a new delivery date, since the operator told her that he didn't see in the system that the day had been changed. 2 days before the new delivery date, the status of the parcel changed, that they allegedly tried to deliver it and could not. We called them again and the operator said again that the system had no information that we had changed the delivery day. The operator promised to enter our request into the system so that we receive the package on time. On the appointed day, the parcel was not delivered. And although the status was indicated by the tracking code as waiting for instructions, Oops the staff told me that it was lost. The package contained used children's clothes and a birthday present for my child from relatives. The money was returned, but unfortunately this money is not enough to buy everything that was bought for the child for growth 2 years ago. And naturally, no money will change the birthday present. And also this does not in any way justify the fact that: 1) The Ups website works poorly 2) Even after calling the support service, the employees did not see in the system that the date was changed 3) Parcel statuses are not true 4) They lose parcels in their own warehouse 5) They don't even try to search for the parcels, after the request for investigation, the result came in 20 minutes. During this time, it is not possible to review everything in the warehouse.

The person in the UPS pick up point was RUDE. Would not accept parcel as it was after 4.00 pm but they are open until 6.30 pm. They don't accept any parcels at weekends.

Late delivery, tracking system just all lies. They said make delivery attempt the 'first time' twice and we were home all day, plus camera monitoring 24/7. No stickers on door. They change status all the time making false statements. If it will be late or backed up, just admit it and use accurate tracking info. Don't lie!! Very unreliable!!

Terrible service item came all the way from italy only to be “apparently” delivered to the wrong address they said they left it outside my front door but they didn’t and now I am being given the run around. Being held on customer services line, telling me they cannot hear me they are an absolute shambles

Shocking customer service, no joke- was given 5 different answers from 5 different agents as to my missing package. Lies isn’t the start of it. Delivery man essentially stole my parcel. They first advised it was sent to the wrong address, never apologized or offered further support! Simply told me that they’d have someone in a higher escalation team contact me. Hours later no one calls. Then they tell me oh actually it was lost! And “is there anything else I can help you with miss?” Package still “missing”, we know the driver stole it. Joke of a company, appalling customer support and thieving delivery drivers. Never again!

I paid 5.99 to get my packaged delivered on Tuesday it got pushed to Thursday because of a delay. I waited for my package to be delivered and looked at my phone and it said delivery attempt failed. I called up ups and they said no one was home so they left a notice. Only problem was home and there was no notice left at my door and no delivery driver who came to my door. They blatantly lied. Now I'm waiting on a phone call from them to pick up my package and its 5pm and the office closes at 8.....this place is horrendous. I purchased my item from Amazon and expected amazon to deliver it. As soon as I saw it was UPS I knew I was screwed. They might not even call me to pick it up because they're trash

Do you want to ship something fragile? Go elsewhere. Multiple signs were stating that our shipment had glasses, was fragile, and to please handle with care. It's almost as if these neanderthals were deliberately trying to break our shipment. Imagine calling your recipient to ask how they like the painting, only to find out that the glass and the frame was broken in pieces. Very disappointed. Maybe the employees are over worked, but does that mean they need to mishandle the boxes they are responsible for? A shame I can't do more than to warn others too please please please find another way to ship your fragile items. The painting was a gift, and to hear that it was mishandled was truly heartbreaking. Attached is a photo of the item before UPS got their grubby hands on it.

Wow, what has happen to UPS? Packages are being lost they tell us someone will call. They asked me if I wanted to go knock on the door where package was delivered. They don't seem to care. I definitely will not be using them again. I wonder if the workers friend lives at that address? Getting free stuff. Package was worth over $200.00

I was promised delivery on an item I ordered three times before. Twice the box was open and the packing slip missing. Tonight, I was promised a delivery at 8pm Tuesday night. Now it is past 9pm and still no package. Why does UPS constantly fail us to deliver on time as promised and with a sealed package. The drivers like to see what's in the boxes and might keep the item if it fits then report the package as lost or delivered with incorrect address. A few times I received a package that was obviously opened and re-taped; it was a sports jersey that had fallen to the ground and gotten dirty then re-taped and delivered.

4 times they would charge me more after the shipment was set, saying weights and dimensions were off. These were not $4 charges, one was $18 extra. I always round up on dimensions and weight, and never have a problem with USPS. Recently, I had an item destroyed in shipping. Insurance is suppose to cover $100 (which the item was). I have been going around in circles with them. Telling me to put in a claim - claim was already in. They say they sent the letter back to sender - they sent it to an address that was 1. Not on the package. 2. I hadn't lived there in over a year. Go online to talk to a chat rep and the give me a phone number. Call the phone number and they say "go online" and drop the call. Go back online to talk to a chat representative and they say I need to call to talk to a chat representative. They told my customer to keep the box/damaged item in case they need to come inspect it....All for $100 claim. I'm absolutely livid and disgusted. You try to email and it's like they don't read what you write. Just "sorry" and "here's another dead end number/link/pdf"

IT DESERVES 0, NOT 1 STAR I am a sole trader, selling handmade Drums and other art. I posted a Drum, worth £300 to Canada in September 2021, which was lost along the way. I opened a claim with UPS, but they are not willing to do anything about it. I called them multiple times to get some update on the refund, but they either transfer me to somebody else or simply hung up on me. I am now taking this to an independent company, who will deal on my behalf in order to get the £300 that they owe me. I would highly recommend avoiding ever using this company. The stress they put you through is out of this world. Customer service is also non-existent with UPS. I am absolutely disgusted by the lies and misleading information that they have provided me over the phone...
