For the last few months their weekend driver says he tries to deliver and is unsuccessful and takes it back to warehouse, on Monday my regular driver brings it out. This Friday the driver said he came out but that is a bald faced lie as I was working on our driveway and spent the day on the property and no one came in. He then proceeded to take it to CVS pharmacy for me to pick up. Why would I pay $50 in freight and have to go pickup across town. I called at 5 pm on Friday and spoke to a lady and she said she would expedite it and I would receive a call within the hour. That was 2 days ago. I called in and was told it was instructed to hold for pickup. They cannot tell you who held it for pickup. UPcrap will soon go the way of other corporations that thought they were to big to have to offer customer service(Sears, KMart,USPS).

16 months now still no trace of my “lost” suitcase. It disappeared 5 miles from leaving my house to the depo in Tamworth and never arrived at the depo. No communication since then!

Absolute disgrace of a company! Had a delivery driver show up at my house this morning. Saying he was there to pick up a "damaged" claim. I never made a damaged claim. He said the claim was made this morning. He couldn't tell me the tracking number, shipper it came from, nothing. I get a lot of deliveries each week. So I can only assume that UPS has damaged/destroyed one of my packages, that was still in there custody. And I will have no idea which one, until enough time goes by to tell me which package never shows up. I called customer service. They can't help you. Without a tracking number. Well, the driver didn't give me one!!!!!!

Such a bad service have to call alleast 10 times for pickup and one of my parcel of costco is still not received nd they r saying receiver rejected how this is possible if I don’t receive any call for ups have to call them again and again

Lately UPS stinks. Lost a package at the delivery terminal (expensive camera sent to dealer for service), no scan or status updates for weeks (just "Delayed"). Dealer paid shipping and is filing a claim for lost camera. They sent a new one, but after several days the only status is "Label Created". Maddening. Really wish dealer would have used another service (Fedex, DHL, etc.). Blaming it on Covid at this point is ridiculous.

False delivery attempts are used by company and delivery drivers. Extremely poor service from a well known company. Offer people a honest delivery slot and stop wasting clients time.

Driver forged my signature and made off with an expensive package. Called UPS and informed them cameras show no delivery just the UPS man knocking and leaving ( no one was at the office) The reply I got was on behalf of UPS we are sorry. Apparently, UPS is pro forgery and package theft.

Terrible company to deal with. Not reliable. Changed my delivery 4 times already. No real communication. Can't reach anyone. Not a user friendly site either. If I knew the company who used UPS for my delivery, I would not have ordered from them.

The worst of the worst. Not a single time (+10 orders) when I have received my package on time. It always has been at least a day late but my go pro accessories apparently have been held and released by several different services time and time again and 5 days after the original set delivery date it’s still not delivered!!!! Of course they say they are going to deliver it tomorrow but it won’t do me any good now as I needed it by today latest. Truly disappointed and will do my best to NEVER NEVER NEVER use UPSs’ services again. You don’t deserve to be in business

Paid £139 to send a parcel to London next day. On the day it was supposed to arrive, got a message to say there was a sorting error and it was at a depot only 20 miles from where they picked it up! Complained by phone (waste of time) and then by letter but no response. Will never use again!!!

This is my third time when I don’t get my delivery on time ( unfortunately I couldn’t choose the delivery company) and basically I have to go to collect it. Absolutely unacceptable!!! But this third time is even worst as my parcel is not elegible for an access point. With this third pathetic situation UPS sent me an email telling me that they missed me (which means that they tried to deliver The parcel but they couldn’t as no one was at home) and that is totally false as I have been waiting for that parcel all the day due to the delay time that they had so I just wanted to be sure that I didn’t have to request more days on my work place because of the unacceptable service of UPS. After I saw the email I called customer service trying to reschedule the parcel for the same day (as mentioned before I can’t request every single day that UPS says that is gonna deliver the parcel but they don’t) so basically they have told me that the parcel has been rescheduled and it has to be delivered by the same day (I called them twice just to be sure) and basically my parcel never came. The most disgusting service I have ever seen so far. UNACCEPTABLE UPS , please stop doing that and playing with people’s time

Keep sending packages to wrong address, when you try to fix it via login they cant access your account and lock it when you try to change passwords. Horrible everything

Ups collected my parcel, the collection driver moaned that they had more than my collection and said is it wrapped properly? Our parcel was an unopened undamaged shower screen from Victorian Plumbing, UPS SAY IT HAS BEEN DAMAGED NOW THEY SAY ITS LOST CAN'T GET HELP BAD COMPANY GOW ARE THEY STILL OPERATIONAL AVOID UPS ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE SPENT MONEY ON A COLLECTION AND ITEM AND THEY CAN'T DELIVER BAD BAD BAD

My shipment was hold by them for 6 months and I had to drive to swords to speak to them and in the same day they send me an email that my shipment is coming tomorrow and they charge me a storage fee 800E for 6 months
