I spoke with a gentleman named Ammar from Pakistan. U.S. Mobile should be honored and proud to have a associate like him in your company. Ammar is the type of person who can take your company to greater heights than anyone can imagine. I must say it was a honor and a pleasure speaking with this young man today, he is a precious jewel of humanity.

I was helped by a young man named Nobel. He was very efficient, courteous, respectful and really knew what he was doing. He helped me get all of my problems solved and I am very pleased. Kudos to him.

I wanted to transfer my number to a different plan, I was working with Nobel, he did a great job of working with me, I am not great with a computer of the phone, Nobel did a great job in walking me thru the process.

I was in the process of adding a new line as well as transferring a number to US Mobile. I was kind of lost. I called to seek help. Ahsan answered the call. He guided me step by step to get the job done. He was very patient. He took time to explain the process and instruct me what to do. He thought of everything. He provided all the necessary information. He was also very considerate. He went above and beyond to make it simple and save me time. Ahsan's effort and kindness is deeply appreciated.

My new phone pixel 5 broke today and I tried to use my very old phone. Faisal is extremely patient in helping me to use the old phone. He took over 1.5h making the old phone usable

THANK YOU Semab!!!!! We had difficulty connecting to US Mobile network on the new phone. Semab stayed on the phone with is for almost an hour. The whole time she was patient, sweet, and never gave up. She got it to work. Thank you! She's the best

When I first received my SIM card I had a little trouble with some of my phone settings. I couldn't believe how helpful the customer service was! Ammar Shaukat was extremely helpful! Thanks!

Nina was super nice helping me with an APN issue. Nida was very clear, concise and very patient explaining all the inputs. I am super happy with the service quality Nida provided today and I can't even fathom why everyone on high priced networks have already switch. US Mobile rocks! Nida's Customer service rocks too! THANKS Again Nida!

I would like to thank Ms. Aysha Khan, she was so knowledgeable, kind, caring and professional. The minute she learned of the problem with my phone, she was persistent until she got it resolved. I have worked with other agents that were good however, Ms. Khan was an is bye far the best I've had the privilege of working with. US Mobile should be very proud to have her as their agent. In closing, hopefully I won't have any more problems with with my phone or service but if I do an I have to call customer service I hope its Ms. Aysha Khan on the other end of the phone line. Thank you, PS: Ms. Khan you are truly a asset to US Mobile and a very wonderful lady

NOBEL is an excellent agent!!!!!! I cannot say enough of how good his service is. He took me through the (admittedly) difficult online payment routine, showing me how to do it in simple, plain language. Please, US Mobile, make your front end more user friendly. Nida did an A+ job getting my data reconnected, finding a way to work with the security systems despite my not having access to internet. And, Nida found a cheaper plan for me with the same service I had before. I'm a happy US Mobile customer and recommend to others.

I’ve been with a lot of wireless providers, but US Mobile just feels like a “big 3 carrier” not a normal prepaid brand. You get the big carrier network, but with exponentially better customer service.

After years of dealing with other carriers, and losing my faith in the tech world, it is refreshing to get such knowledgeable and friendly service from the representatives of US Mobile. Omar and especially Nosherven have been especially helpful in Troubleshooting and diagnosing my signal problems. After a series of troubleshooting we were able to figure out what was causing a confliction... And is tlbelieved to be multiple APN's conflicting with eachother. I now only have the US Mobile APN and it seems to have corrected the problem Thank you so much Omar and Nosherven!! Thank you US Mobile for helping me restore my faith in tech support. 😃👍👍💯👌☺️🔥🔥 ONE LOVE ☝️❤️

I was very fortunate to be assisted by Fatima when activating 2 of 3 lines which were ported from Verizon. There were some problems but Fatima was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind when helping to complete the line activations and porting. I was very happy to have the task completed and no issues remaining. US Mobile is lucky to have Fatima as a customer service tech… and so are all the US Mobile customers who receive her assistance.

I had my worries about changing carriers and have had several phone calls to USmobile in my first week to get my phone set up. All calls were answered quickly with all the workers pleasant, helpful and patient for those of us who are "technology challenged." Today my phone stopped working completely, no phone access, no network, nothing and after 45 minutes with the greatest services i could ask for I am up and running again! Customer services is EVERYTHING and I cannot thank you enough. You have me for life! :)
