It not very often I give a review. After 2 days of trying to port 5 phone lines over to US Mobile and wasting hours and hours and being given wrong answers, I was greeted by a very patient, professional US Mobile technical support Rep by the name of Kamil. I was so mad and so frustrated after endless support reps telling me my phone was not compatible with US Mobile. Kamil patiently walked me through a series of setting changes on my phone and finally got it working correctly on US Mobile network. Respect is not given, its earned! Kamil deserves this Review, it is customer support like his that makes reflects the quality of service of the Provider. Thank You Kamil! :)

I am rating their customer support, not their service per se, as I'm still trying to get an older phone to work with WiFi calling. It was excellent. I got ahold of a knowledgeable and personable rep with good communication skills (Nowshervan) who worked diligently to address my problem. While there may not be a solution to my issue (I'm currently waiting for a new card to check out that possibility), the degree of care committed to customer support is a breath of fresh air in a world in which customer support is frequently, to put it mildly, sorely lacking.

Hi! I have a Samsung Galaxy 10+, which apparently needs updates to work with US Mobile's system, but Hassan made the experience of fixing it much more enjoyable than usual! He led me through the process of fixing it very well, and for a very long time, he did not give up. Very knowledgeable and friendly customer service. Other than a few recent updates I've had to call in for, my experience with US Mobile has been very good, but really what makes the company great is their wonderful customer support.

I switched to US Mobile few days ago and was having trouble to connect to internet service. I called few times to customer service, they try to help but to no avail, of course I was disappointed and was ready to find another provider till I was connected to Ms. Fatima Zahra . She made my day..super professional, knowledgeable and patient. She spent an hour or more with me going for different settings patiently navigating me through till she nailed it. Fatima, thank you very much, great job!

I had trouble renewing my mobile phone plans online because I lost my card on file. I called and spoke with Zeeshan. He helped me renew and set up auto pay for each line. He was professional and patient throughout and I was treated like a valued customer.

Today I received EXCELLENT technical support from US Mobile support rep IMRAN (and received the same very high level of support from Hina Shah, last week). I have an iPhone7, which is old enough to cause a few complications. For example, it's not compatible with the US Mobile black SIM for Verizon cell towers; instead I must use the white SIM for T-Mobile towers (lesser coverage). And there are other limitations too, due to the age of my phone. Despite that, US Mobile has ALWAYS been very willing to assist me, and today IMRAN patiently and professionally guided me through trouble shooting procedures that seem to have resolved the problem. I've been with US Mobile for more than two years now. Several "discount" cell service providers have joined the market during that time. I can't comment on the quality of their service compared to US Mobile, but their prices are not as good. And frankly, US Mobile was offering HONEST, AFFORDABLE cell phone service years before those recent competitors appeared. I have ZERO complaints about US Mobile, and have referred friends to them. My friends are very happy with the service and savings, and I intend to remain a US Mobile customer always. It's startling to realize just how crucial reliable cell phone service has become in our lives (yikes)... Thanks to US Mobile for exceptional Technical Support, and thanks to IMRAN for his time, expertise and willingness to assist me.

I worked with an associate- Hannah ( I hope I spell her name right). She was incredible- we spent 45 min on the phone because I had a gazillion and one questions. She handled me like a pro (and trust me sometimes I can be the male version of a Karen). She was patient, kind, focused, pleasant, engaged, knowledgeable, professional and not for a single moment did she rush me. I was her most important caller at that moment. She even double checked any information she was unsure of. Wow, just how amazing!

Miss Fatima from the technical support team was absolutely awesome. She was very patient and extremely helpful in resolving my issue with one of my lines. She is very polite and pleasant to speak with and went all out to help me with my problem. True 5 star service, I was very grateful for her help!

US Mobile's technical team in Islamabad, Pakistan, demonstrates the technical competence, exemplary communication skills, and personal commitment to customer satisfaction that defines the standard of performance for Tier II technical support. Special thanks to Ali, Hina, and Arsalan for their technical-troubleshooting prowess and ability to resolve my iPhone 6 challenges. I was having issue with sending SMS. It was odd that I could receive SMS but no luck with sending them. Still not sure what the issue was but I'm glad it is working now. Thanks Zeeshan for helping me out!

I just have to say that I have had service w/ US Mobile since 09/21 and I have NOT EVER had this level of service/support w/ any other provider (and I have used them all), they are cr*p compared to US Mobile. US Mobile agents, especially Nobel has been exemplary in his understanding, knowledge, and support. His/they're the kindest and take the time that is needed for the customer to understand and get the Issue resolved in a timely manner. I/we are extremely happy with US Mobile and will NEVER switch back to the 'common' carriers again. 👏

Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. I had an issue from the beginning and spent a couple hours on the phone with their techs. It turned out that the problem was with a setting on my phone from my previous carrier (phone was built specifically for the original carrier). We found a workaround and I'm more than happy. One tech in particular was an immense help. His name is Nobel. Very knowledgeable and super patient with me. Nobel figured out the issue and solved it. Nobel is the best! Another great tech is Usama. Both are wonderful and helped a bunch. Would recommend the company just for the customer service.

I have been a customer of US Mobile for 4 years. I purchased 2 new phones today at the apple store and they could not get my US mobile SIM cards to work in my new phones. When I got home with the new phones I called to get help getting my phones working and the first guy I talked with was no help at all. The second guy I talked with told me I needed to call back on another line to get help. Once my husband got home and I could use his phone, I called back and ended up talking with Aaron Wiley. Aaron was super patient and helpful assisting me and got my new phones working right away. I am retired so not too technological savvy, but Aaron was very kind and helped my through each step of the way in a courteous and respectful manner. I will always ask for Aaron if I need help in the future. Hang on to this employee as he is the kind that will retain customers and keep me recommending US mobile to my friends and family. Thanks Aaron!!!! You made my day a lot easier!

Sehrish was amazing! She waited so patiently while I had to install the app, login, recover a password, put in a new credit card, get a new phone number, yada, yada, yada! She was so kind and courteous as I stumbled through getting a new e-sim added to my existing account. Five Stars for this girl! She's why I stay with US Mobile! Great customer service!
