I delt with Amir and he was very patient with me when I was so crazy with trying to complete the order with the sim card. He's the "MAN" that you need to get things done with.

I just switched from Verizon to US Mobile today. There were a few tweaks that needed to be made with our cell phones. I had to call the US Mobile Support line several times & I was always given Excellent assistance. Especially helpful was Support Tech "Nobel", who provided me with patient & clear instruction on how to correct my problems. He was extremely polite & helpful.

Raffia I hope I spelled her name right. What a fantastic tech-support person she did what other tech people did not. As a female she burned the other guys that tried to help me before i.e. ashi I had no Internet service and she went through all the steps and she got it to work with a Pages loaded quickly. Truly a fantastic and knowledgeable tech support person in an industry dominated by men she really knows her stuff it’s free credit to this company. Your mom and dad are proud of you, and as a customer I am as well.

Customer service over the years is always 24/7 with all staff very friendly, patient, helpful, will walk me through to do what i need to do, and offer to do it for me if i need help, always polite. I always feel great after talking to them. Never have any phone service problems. I can check my minutes, texts and data remaining online anytime. Bill is every 30 days not calendar days and posts 2 days before new prepaid month service begins. I chose the autopay to my credit card option. I can change my plan online anytime. Love ability to customize plans to fit my needs and at very competitive low prices. Just now adding a family member to be able to end our old expensive land phone ATT service.. Highly recommend.

Adeel was fantastic. US Mobile is an amazing company with excellent customer service, prices, and plans. The data speed is fast and the signal strength is very reliable. I can't believe I was wasting money on a big carrier (Sprint/ T- Mobile) before.

I received help from Usama Saleem. He was very kind and helpful. I had some technical difficulties to communicate with him, but he kept getting back to my number and even reached out to me by email, doing his best to assist with the problem I had with my phone. Though eventually it turned out my phone model is not compatible with the service I wanted, the overall service experience was very good, thanks to Usama.

I just converted to US Mobile from a really old LG phone on a different carrier. The representative who helped me at US Mobile was excellent! Knowledgeable and patient, and helped me work through every issue that came up with porting my number over to creating my Apple ID. Thank you Rafia!!

I am extremely happy with the US Mobile service. I called on February 25/2022 and Zeeshan was very friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly gave me advice that fixed my problem and he was also very patient with my questions. He provided exemplary customer service! I love US Mobile!

Hello friends, Maaaann let me tell you about my morning, I spent like an hour on the phone with one person in technical support trying to get my phone set up and activated. Needless to say, he was no help. So I got on the apps chat bot and spoke to a tech from there and they had absolutely no clue what they were even talking about. Anyways I looked up the number for US Mobile LLC and gave them a call. I was greeted by a specialist names OSAMA and let me tell you, HE DID HIS JOB! He knew exactly what needed to be done and got the problem solved immediately!! Finally someone who actually cares about the customer from the other end! But if you have issues call that main line, and try to get OSAMA because he is the MAN!!! THANK YOUUU!!

Customer service gave me an additional free month unlimited just by asking when the errors were all my doing for Activation issues I had with device. Ultimately, I will be purchasing all my households devices Plans just because of the no hassle way I was treated and never felt like I had to explain myself. I felt trusted for once. When giving my situation and explaining my story to the representative he never batted an eye or gave me nothing but honest empathy. This is a rare experience for me these days and usually get cut off or belittled to death if not bold faced lied too by representatives that don't care or think everyone trying get one over on them somehow ... Thanks again for being Human US Mobile rep. I needed that today. The network is also the best in my area with Gsm network sim kit. Runs better than ALL the major networks even inside my manufactured home. Great website user interface as well.

I called to fix some voicemail and billing issues upon setting up new service with US Mobile. Wait time was short. I spoke to Nobel , he quickly fixed both of my issues. Very pleasant and helpful.

This one call w service rep was amazing. The other 3 were half assed that didn't call in the time the state not putting forth the effort to complete the task. This last gentleman went all the way. Thank him please

Best customer service experience ever: I needed help configuring mine and my wife's phones to use mobile data. It took less than a minute (!!) to get connected to live rep (his name is Nobel), and he quickly helped me out. He patiently walked me through the phone and APN settings, confirmed everything worked OK, and followed up with a text listing the required inputs, so I had everything needed to set up my wife's phone.
