“Was having problem and wasn't able to make my device work with US Mobile.. everyone in US Mobile support including myself after doing a lot of troubleshooting almost gave up ..but out of nowhere spoke with a guy name Omar...He told me straight off the bat "this device should work" and after 30 minutes it did...Omar deserves a medal Hats off 👏”

“I spent an hour troubleshooting activating my cell phone because I used the wrong sim. The instructions say nothing about which card is which. AMIR at customer service was patient and thorough.”

“I have been trying to get phone unlocked from straight talk now for 5 days,with u all by very kind everytine u would have to tell me it wasn't unlocked,thank u ,then finally after spending over 35 min talking to Sheetal, which all the trouble shooting,& bn patient while I was over talking,she DID it...yay thank u Sheetal u were very professional..God bless”

“I switched from Verizon to US Mobile because my bill was outrageous and customer service was meh. I couldn't be happier with my switch to US mobile. Service is not quite as good as Verizon, but their CUSTOMER SERVICE make up for it!!!!! Every time I call or do a message, they are QUICK to get with me and they actually act like they care (rare these days). My rep, Imran, answered my question in a breeze and was so nice! Keep up the good customer service and you'll have a customer for life!”

“I just recently signed up for US Mobile. I have been with the same mobile service for a while so it took me a little while to figure out the new process of signing up. I called the Customer Support number with lots of questions. SEHRISH was my agent and did a PHENOMENAL job walking me through the process and helping me figure everything out. I would try to request her (if that's allowed). So far my service with US Mobile has been excellent and I would highly recommend it to others.”

“Was so worried that I would have to get rid of my phone and get a new one, luckily Amir solved that problem. He really took the time to walk me through and troubleshoot the problem I was facing with my phone not being connected via data which was really important for me to use my map to get to where I’m going. Amir was very patient and thorough, boy I really don’t enjoy staying on the line or calling back customer support but USMobile have been great with connectivity.”
