Avoid at all cost,I have sold multiple designers items and didn't get paid,one time I used different shipping method(I didn't thought it against the law to do so),so once buyer received item and left positive review they refunded buyer. Another time I have sent designer jeans,meanwhile vinted blocked(no idea why,they just say illicit activity without explanation. Customer service is appalling,they keep saying the same thing as unfortunately that's the way it is,the owe me around 170£,and got blame and blocked for nothing

Extremely unhelpful customer service I sent a CD with special collector's edition bits (lyric booklet, collectable cards etc) and during delivery, the CD case got cracked but the customer confirmed the CS was not broken. However, Vinted decided to refund the client (fair) and leave me WITH ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. They allowed the client to keep the parcel AND refused to refund me anything!! On top of that, the client had the audacity to refuse the return saying she ''technically paid for it'', even though she was issued a refund which I was notified of as well. For a cracked CD case, I lost out on the collectable items as well as the payment, and when I tried to contest the decision, Vinted (Habib) turned me down multiple times saying the parcel wasn't packed well, but they never showed proof of that! I know how I packed the CD, this was not my first CD order, it was in layers of wrapping and a sturdy cardboard envelope, god knows what packaging their client took the photos in to make a case. Absolutely disappointed in the company and its customer service.

Do not use this site customer service diabolical they just release your money & then oppolgise after spending your money on other people's rubbish & lost items enough said!

At first the purchases I made were okay, I did later on find out two of my purchases that I made where counterfeit The North Face Hoodies, but I just put that down to being a new member and not knowing much about clothes. However, my last order was for a pair of Nike Force trainers for my daughters birthday, I clicked everything was okay as I thought the trainers looked fine. However, to my embarrassment - when my daughter opened them a few days later on her birthday, she told me they were fakes and pointed out why. Which is very clear to me now. I've tried to contact the seller, which conveniently is now banned for a refund, no answer there! And I have tried three times via support and would you know it, no answer there either. So not only am I stuck with a pair of fake trainers, I've lost the 50€ purchase price, plus 3.20€ buyer protection fee which has protected me from nothing, and obviously the shipping costs. Vinted is absolutely loaded with fake products - which is making wonder whether it's better to just buy new rather than help the planet and get ripped off at the same time.

Worst by far for customer service, sold over 120 items in 4month space. Not one issue until one parcel went missing. 22 days currently still missing with not a single attempt on delivery by the courier (clearly stole it). Rang inpost who done an investigation over a weeks period, they concluded its missing. Gave me a reference number to give to vinted for a refund....and typical vinted (don't listen what so ever) have said they can't refund me until they have heard an update !!!!!! I literally just gave them one direct from the courier company and yet the don't liste. Look at this image for example parcel clearly states 19 days since parcel drop off....and there reply saying 14 days since drop off OMGGGG literally not reading or listening to anything.

Vinted are committing Fraud and stealing money that is owed to me. Please! Do not use this site! Upon successfully using this site to sell a jumper with no issues selling or receiving the money I made I decided to sell another item a few months later. I sold the item for £60 but could not transfer the mony from my vinted account into my bank account. I contacted the "contact page" and stated my problem. Vintd replied stating that I had to fill out a form that they sent me a link for and asked that i send it back to them. The first issue is the form you fill out is a file that cannot be used to send back to vinted via the messsage board they use. I then had to take screen shots and send the complted form back via a picture file. Vinted got back to me and said the images were blurred (see attached pic of one of the images they say is blurred) and to send it again. I didn't think to check I just found it odd as the screen shots off a computer and I have known doing thios blurs the shots. Anyway i did it again, checked the images which were all perfect and sent them. Vinted sent me the same message, i clciked on the immages in our shared message board so what I see is what they see and the images were in no way blurred. I messaged vinted asking why they were saying this and from this pint I have sent themn at least 8 times to the point now they are being so obstructional that they pretend that I have not even sent the images. It is very clear this is a tactic to rip customers off from getting their money, the fact that they asked for id in the first place even though i had already used the site. The fact they have been obstructional and now my only recourse is writing a complaint and having to mail it Slovakia. Please, if the possibility of you not getting your money because of fraudulent practices I would stongly suggest that you don';t use this site.

Schoenen (dr Martens) verkocht via Vinted, de koper beweerde dat deze namaak waren. Besluit van Vinted (zonder enige uitleg op wat hun beslissing gebaseerd was) was: geen aankoopticket= alles kwijt, schoenen kwijt + geld kwijt. Ondanks dat ik duidelijke foto’s heb doorgestuurd van de schoenen, waar het logo en materiaal van de schoenen duidelijk zichtbaar waren. Wat kan je nog meer doen? Hoe kan je nu het tegendeel bewijzen in dit geval? De klantendienst van Vinted stelt niets voor, telkens iemand anders waarmee je stuurt, geen antwoord geven op vragen, etc … Reeds jaren klant, nooit geen slechte review ontvangen op de spullen die ik verkocht heb. Niet voor herhaling vatbaar dit

Block your account for no reason and this tells the customers you've sold items too your blocked so they know to complain about the item and all the money your owed basically is kept and refund to the buyer and they keep the item aswell. The app is a joke and not thought out properly either. Your inbox will be clogged up with buyers trying to offer you peanuts for your items. It's like an online carboot/jumble sale. Horrible selling site which isn't run by humans. Thank god ebay don't charge for selling clothing now. Much better than this joke of a site

Vinted sent me a label the goods went to the wrong person ! They did nothing ti retrieve my goods I am now out of pocket!! Beware!!!

Vinted deliberately ignores problems by using bots. (Imagine the receptionist at your doctor's surgery being a toaster.) If they ever did actually pick up the phone, they would simply say - Vinted Customer Service. How can we appear to help you today ?" C.E.O. Thomas Plantenga funds Al Qaeda camps, waterboards lollipop ladies and drowns baby rabbits in his spare time. When we catch up with him, we will strip him, cover him in lemon curd, shut him in a coffin with angry hornets and push him down an escalator on the Piccadilly Line.

Absolutely Ridiculous company, accused me of having multiple accounts and blocked me and my mum from the app, I sent proof that we are not the same person but only received automatic responses. We are both still blocked despite appealing. If I could give 0 stars I would!

Vinted sent me a label which I used and posted off my goods, it went to the wrong person . Vinted have done nothing about me getting my goods back their customer service is dreadful

Got sold a fake watch by a seller who Told me it was genuine, apparently there are lots of con Merchants on Vinted. Vinted did noting and were useless at helping. Will never use again. EBay much better

I once done a mistake for posting a photo of my wife shoes and now You block me if I try to open another account. I posted 5 pair of new shoes on another account and before I got blocked you told me I sell commercially, for 5 pair of shoes, then you blocked me with your stupid robots for multiple accounts. What about other users who have 3000 reviews ?? Is not commercially? I was thinking to go pro, but for what, your stupid robots will permanently block my account whitout appeal. You app is a disaster and I will go on ebay. Better pay more fees as a seller without blocking my account for every stupid reason

As a seller It is extremely hard to sell anything on vinted without it being deleted due to the object not following vinteds guidelines. I seel ornaments, just simple ornaments yet they keep being deleted and now I have a temporary block on my account. The automated filter system in vinted is killing sellers hard work and time. I have 100% happy customers but the platform is really hard to sell anything on. Sadly I reconsider selling on vinted in the future.. I will never go back to awful, greedy ebay so will have to look elsewhere to sell.......

More than 5 business days have passed, and the package isn't here. They also made me go to the shop for nothing, as there wasn't any package. They are incredibly unprofessional and ridiculous. Probably it will take more than a month and I can’t wait such a long time, if I had known I wouldn’t have bought it. I just lost my money . Don’t trust them !!

The concept is brilliant for both sellers and buyers. If you are lucky enough to not be “targeted” by AI, all good. The second you have an issue though, customer service is not that great. You mainly “converse” with bots and only after several emails and messages, an actual employee gets dragged into conversation. If your account gets suspended or permanently deleted there is no way back. You could spend the next 30 years sending them emails to prove they were wrong, cuz there is no coming back on the bots’ decision to close the account. That being said, Henry from customer service was very polite, even though he could not reverse the almighty 🤖 decision to close my account. Also, if you do have your account closed, they at least allow you to recover all the money you had in your Vinted account, hence why they get 3stars

Misled on shirt sizes, ordered an advertised Large Hugo Boss Shirt slim fit. I am a 16and half collar size. The Recieved item was far too tight and small , 2nd item was an ordered Ralph Lauren Shirt. Not only was the shirt Recieved XL it was still far too small and looked counterfeit, have only just joined but seriously considering quitting as feel cheated

You suspended an order because your app wasn't showing the tracking. I chased down the proof of delivery myself. The buyer confirmed in the messages. I screenshotted the confirmation and him asking if there was anything he could to help (what would have helped was him confirming he received it three days ago, but that's another matter) now because his confirmation isn't worded the EXACT way you want it, you won't unsuspend the account so he can confirm he has received it and everything is ok with the order. If this guy is not honest, you have basically given him an invitation to not pay and I've now just been told if he doesn't you will make a decision "based on the information available", which based on previous exchanges is that you have no proof it was delivered when I sent you the In post screenshot showing that it was
