“If I could rate your Borehamwood Tesco branch a zero I would! Your staff refused to serve my daughter who was trying to order something.
I brought this up with Elena the manager and she said that she told her staff not to serve my daughter as apparently she was rude. Give your staff more training to deal with customers if this is how they behave.
I would like to see where it says in your policy that you reserve the right not to serve customers. Youre an absolute disgrace!!”
“Manager in Portlaois was very pleasant one member of staff was extremely rude aggressive in fact obnoxious.I mentioned to the manager that I had a perfectly pleasant interaction with her but not with another member of staff. This member of staff then apperared at the till to interject but I simply walked away.The level of aggression was outrageous”
“Very stuffy inside, very slow service, after paying for my coffee I was told they had no sugar whatsoever, only sweetener which I don’t want. Apparently not allowed to put a sign up letting people know they had no sugar!”
“Nice environment to study and work in but their is no air conditioning or windows to open so gets hot and stuffy quite easily. There is also very few plugs available to charge devices.”

“I have just left my local Costa In binley Warwickshire shopping park, I have been there with my dog multiple times because I was told dog's are allowed in not just service dogs other dogs my dog is so friendly alot of the customers and their children come and say hello to him when we are there he looks forward to going there....today the staff member kirsten was so rude to me she proceeded to tell Me on atleast 5 different occassions that only service dogs were allowed this was infront of other customers but I could sit outside although its raining today...having told me there was a bowl for a drink for dogs she then said she couldn't find the bowl because there had been a clear out ....she is a very rude member of your staff to me and other customers and will do nothing for your business except give customers a bad experience she shrugged her shoulders at me when I said does this mean I cant bring him in again suggesting no...itwas a very bad experience”
“As always quality of Costa Coffee is brilliant that’s why I always look for Costa coffee shop in the UK and overseas but quality of service and attitude of barista today Thursday the 6th of April in Clacton-On-Sea is below par. I suggest staff requires retraining on acceptable level of customer service at least. The shop is not that busy; why such ATTITUDE which puts off customer to drink coffee?”

“Costa Coffee White Rose nearest to the entrance -
Mums latte was luke warm and resembled a flat white (normally have this at Kingsgate in Huddersfiled and it is superb)
My cappuccino was luke warm and the froth on top, which is normally think and creamy from Kingsgate, was barely there. The coffee was bitter.
I wont be back to this one unfortunately.”
“Why have Costa started letting in all dogs apart from guide dogs, who generally lay on the floor. Others are carried in and sat up at the table and even allowed on the chairs ?
Apart from the hygiene factor are we not able to go and have lunch or coffee without being forced to share with wet dogs on occasions!!”
“The service was very substandard. We went at 17.45, we wanted to have a coffee with my husband. The staff did’t like this, they indicated that they would close at 18:00. Closing at 19:00 is stated on the door and on the website. They behaved horribly, prepared the coffees with grimaces on their faces (we wanted flat whites, just got milk instead) and didn't even return our goodbyes. We will never go to Didcot Costa cafe again!!”

“Rude staff and terrible manager
I have been in costa coffee in Manchester arndale shopping centre which based behind the lift opposite the sport direct the staff are very very very rude specially store management and girl working there with red hair, she charged me two times and gave me one receipt she scanned my card few times and she said your card didn’t go through after 10 minutes I backed to her and I complained and I said you took money two times from my account, even I have shown her my account but she passed me to another person and that person passed me to someone else the store manager, from 17 of march till now I still didn’t get my money back. Just look after your money when you go there just pay them cash their card machine is not safe at all. I think this job is too big for store manager which already managing the store. Cost coffee was one of my favourite coffee shops but not any more
