"I ordered a package with a total of $194. The carrier placed the package on the wrong porch and took a delivery photo. In the photo you can clearly see the address on the house as \u201c317\u201d which is nowhere near my shipping address. The carrier advised me by email that they notified fashion nova that the package was lost by the driver. Fashionova refused to reship or refund my order. They repeatedly told me \u201cthe order says delivered\u201d but never addressed that it was delivered to the wrong address. They showed no concern or regard. 2 weeks later and past my trip, I still have no package and they refuse to replace or refund. The photo with the incorrect address is big as day when you track the package. They asked for a photo of my house showing the address (even though my shipping address was obviously not 317 from the start). I sent the photo 4 times just for them to still tell me that can\u2019t help me. Ridiculous scammers. I will never ever order from them again. I\u2019ve never dealt with a company so this ghetto or shiesty."

And fashion Nova sends a email saying package is delivered and I didn't receive that either. I think fashion Nova and LSO delivery company are ran by the same co. You can't call either and they send out senseless emails. As you can see I uploaded several stating delivered to front door, but the package in question just says delivered. But delivered to who? And fashion Nova didn't send a your package is delivered for Feb."

"I prefer clothes February 14 and still haven\u2019t received my clothes and fashion nova customer service is no help at all horrible service. And they use a worse delivery service which is LSO who is LSO and why don\u2019t they have a number to call why don\u2019t they have a way for you to tell them where to put packages . Fashion nova is a disappointment. Local boutiques are better . Even sent me a message because I keep contacting and they sent me back by me keep contacting them it will take longer . Hell no some one is going to sue your company one day and it\u2019s going to be soon"
