If anybody ever uses GrubHub let me tell you they are horrible. Our food is now an hour late and they're only going to Comp $5. And we know that the food is in our late so it's going to be yucky and Soggy and cold. Do not use GrubHub it's terrible.

I'll never use GrubHub again after today. The driver was at the wrong location even though the app said they were here. 75% of the order was missing once he finally arrived. I've had more issues with the app and service in the last few years, but today, I was essentially hung up on by a supervisor after going 7 rounds on why the service fee should be refunded when there was a clearly documented service error. Once it was finally refunded (after being told numerous times it was not possible), they abruptly left the chat before I could even say thank you. The entire experience was dehumanized and clearly scripted. Gigantic waste of time. I won't be using the service again.

Do not use this service. They charge you even if you Request pickup. I Request delivery and never received my order. I had to pick up my order. Either way they ripped you out. Buyer beware ...

We had never used GrubHub. They are thief's and have many hidden fee's. They also add tips after you tip. Then you really realize you double dipping. Customer service is not the brightest bulbs on the tree. I don't recommend GrubHub to anyone šŸ˜•

They took my order, they charged my card,they picked up the food from the restaurant and the driver stole my food. I'm waiting for my refund. Be careful never use this app, better use doordash or Uber

When we first moved into Santa Monica, I tried Grubhub. All information was accurately given. I added instructions to make parking and the delivery as possible. The driver showed up at an address on the beach. Our address was 28 blocks away. That was 2 years ago. I placed an order with Sweet Lady Jane today. The driver calls and is lost. He asks me to drive 26 blocks to meet him and get food. Then, customer service calls. I am inclusive. But, the comprehension was so difficult with simple information, ā€œTell him to make a u-turn and dive 22 blocks. Then, take the first parking space if need be, I’ll be standing and waving with a flashlight. The food never arrived. I have asked for a refund. According to some of these reviews, I might as just save time and call the bank.

My husband ordered pizza thru Grubhub at Straw Hat. They never received the pizza order and of course, never delivered it. Yet, Grubhub took the over $50 including the tip and will not refund him. Never again will we use Grubhub.

I placed an order and Grubhub could not find a driver so they canceled my order. The order was ready and no one to pick it up. I was unable to leave the home however I was able to get someone to pick it up.

They do not care. Order was over 1 hr late. Called GrubHub Corp. 1st lady couldn't resolve late issues since A. My order didn't originate w/them B. The merchants order # wasn't a 15 code order #. C. I didn't have an acct on file Asked for supervisor. Heard "I'm so sorry" @ least 50 times. I told them I called "merchant" - merchant referred me to them. I messaged GrubHub's local courier saying I'd received 2 emails - now indicating the product would be delivered 1.5 hrs late. Alberto was my courier. Again, after "I'm so sorry", I asked if employees were ever reprimanded or if notes could be taken so that this doesn't happen to another customer. No, they don't reprimand customers & no, no notes taken. They would not contact "merchant" because they didn't have merchant's info. I gave them the merchant's name, address & phone #. Also told GrubHub an application for employment because I'd like to go to work for a company wherein I collected a "delivery fee + tip" & could deliver products whenever I chose: it could be 2, 3 or 4 hrs from time order was placed because I'd never have to worry about any ramifications or getting reprimanded. "I'm so sorry" but have to ask, 'do the employees run the company '? No one seems to take any accountability whatsoever. Oh, & "I'm so sorry", but this phone convo was over an hr in length.

waiting time has become impossible and they wont refund you become order was placed no matter how late it comes i am done i have been with them for almost ten years thet dropped the ball going to doordash

I don’t know what changed with this app but I am by far disgusted. I have yet to get a hot meal no matter how much I pay in delivery fees and tips. They have allowed others to pick up more than one delivery, which means you could get your fast order an hour later. They DO NOT CARE. My food has been soggy and gross every single time. What a waste of money. You complain they only offer $5 for a $45 meal. The people delivering are not following protocol and pull your food out of their truck or off someone’s lap that’s riding with them. By far the most unprofessional business I’ve ever experienced. If you work hard for your money and like hot fresh food. DO NOT USE THIS APP. Ps door dash is just as bad.

I wish I can give it zero stars, I made an order for food xmass day and I never got it, restaurant confirmed order was picked but it wasn't delivered to me , imagine xmass food and you don't eat because someone somewhere couldn't do their job right, are happy now you have ruined my xmass?.

Ordered a meal at 4:00pm for 5:00pm delivery time. Grubhub pushed the delivery time out twice before they canceled it all together around 6:00pm. I called the restaurant and they said it happens all the time. They leave bags of ordered prepared food there and it gets thrown out. Grubhub compensates the restaurant for the food regardless of whether it actually gets delivered. Awful way to do business! šŸ‘ŽšŸ¼

Ordered food, pick up time text came in to cell. Went to pick up food and there was a glitch restaurant had never even received the order. Over an hour wait for food. Skip GrubHub!

I drive for grubhub, their app doesn't work most of the time. You have to call customer care to get help marking an order as picked up. You will call customer service or the customer to find a delivery address, Then you will have to call customer service to get help marking an order as delivered. And a majority of the calls to the customer service, the people who respond with Indian accent sound very arrogant. Anyways the Company is losing its market place because of poor management and widespread dissatisfaction

Order was over 30 minutes late. I called the driver and he said GH assigned him a double order. The first order was to the local hospital after visiting hours. He claims he waited 20 minutes for the customer to answer the phone so he could deliver the food and was on his way. Of course my entire order was ice cold, my sons chicken was burnt and dry, and my drinks were missing. I called the customer service line, the first rep was extremely rude. I escalated to a supervisor who said the only thing he could do was either give me a credit to the account for the amount my order was for or a refund for 1/4 of the cost. I will be contacting corporate tomorrow during business hours and make a complaint. A driver should not be allowed to pick up two orders at once.
