Aweful first time experience. Driver stopped more than 2 times befor me making my order 30 min late. No apologies, just $ 10 off next time. I gave the driver a $ 20 tip and she did not thank me at all. In summary: I will never order food online ever again!

The drivers will pick up other orders and driven all over. When they finally deliver the food is cold. Grubhub needs a way to change tips if the driver is bad instead of tipping and hoping the service is good.

They are literally the worse and if you call customer service they have no clue how to handle it bc some have the wrong protocol information. Do yourself a favor and use another delivery app

GRUBHUB DRIVERS ARE TERRIBLE DELIVERY DRIVERS!!! They have contact options but DONT ANSWER OR RESPOND! They don’t even attempt to contact you if they are lost or have questions. They just leave the food somewhere OR they take it!!! I will never order through Grubhub again. Never!!!

This service is a joke. I ordered the first time and my order was delayed to an hour after the food was picked up. Of course fries were ice cold and hard, so you know inedible. Wasnt impressed but maybe a fluke. Figured I would give them a second chance, ordered again. Different restaurant, time.of day etc. Again my order kept getting delayed, ended up pushed back 3 times, to over an hour for it to arrive from a restaurant within a 15 minute drive!! I have no idea what they're doing but I assume drivers wait for another order to take 2 at a time so they make more money or something?! Either way, reached out to customer service assuming that after both botched orders they would refund what I couldn't eat at least, but no they offer a credit only, $5 bucks and it didnt even cover tips on both orders. So you have to use them again, for gross, cold food that you can never rely on arriving on time. Then to top it off CS goes by the way it expires, usually if you have an account you don't loose a credit. Wanted to like it since we get cheap fees as Amazon Prime members, but just use a reliable service and get hot food in a reasonable time frame. Not worth the discount at all, save yourself the frustration.

Ordered, never received, delivered to the wrong address, with a 25% tip plus delivery fee and tax. I’m about don’t with Grubhub. Refund my money please.

Grubhub steals your money!!! Be careful. Better yet. DON'T ORDER FROM GRUBHUB. THEY WON'T ISSUE ANY REFUNDS EVEN THOUGH GRUBHUB'S WEBSITE IS FAULTY. WE NEVER EVEN GOT OUR FOOD FOR A BUNCH OF HARD WORKING TEACHERS. ALSO DON'T ORDER FROM QDOBA.THEY ARE HALF THE PROBLEM.

As a restaurant, grubhub is terrible to work with. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent. They don't respond to problems that we have internally. They continue to bring on drivers that steal customer's orders then they place that cost onto us, so we get paid $0 for a $50+ order that the driver stole from the customer. Chownow is a much better platform to work with and their cost of business is not based on a 35% commission. Avoid working with grubhub in general if you can.

Waited over 45 minutes then my order was cancelled I placed another order that order went through 3 drivers another hour later spoke with chat who was no help nothing could be done because a driver was on the way to the restaurant. Never again I deleted my account info. No more no more.

These people drive cars but can't even READ the correct addresses 100% of the time. Grubhub is about as useful as Dust. Lol and then they expect a 50$ tip for services "they can't even do correctly." I've seen actual insects smarter than most GrubHub drivers. It's no wonder why most don't get paid their all useless, lol why would I pay for someone to NOT deliver the food. Nah bruh couldn't be me.

This service SUCKS! Usually you have to wait a LONG time to receive your food. I get notifications stating courier is in way to deliver , then another saying restaurant is preparing order. I’ve had to go through hoops and bounds to communicate with customer service to have order cancelled and refunded. And this has happened the last three orders. Wind up eating chips or a glass of milk because of the ineptitude. Also compare prices on restaurants website and those on Grubhub and they are much higher on Grubhub! Service needs a complete overhaul. Amazon should negotiate with Uber Eats - they are the Best at this service! Grubhub is simply not worth it, even if I get it for free.

I cannot believe GrubHub charged me $11.87 in fees, not including tax for $7.43 of food! I live maybe 6 miles from the restaurant. What a freaking rip-off! I'll never use them again!!

I qualified for lowest price guaranteed. It was a $15 dollar difference. I submitted the photo of the lower offer. GrubHub refused to grant me the difference and also refused to tell me the reason why. Costumer support was terrible, online chat was terrible. I will be deleting the App and i will never use GrubHub again. Fraud and price gouging at its finest.

I am never ordering food from Grub Hub again. Their orders are almost always wrong or missing items. Today, I called them repeatedly about a missing Coke and they cursed at me and hung up on me five times. Many restaurants have lost their good reputations because of Grub Hub.

I only started using GrubHub because the plus was free with prime, but I’m going back to DoorDash. Every time I order something, the drivers are so incompetent. It’s either that, or there’s just no driver for an hour. Customer service isn’t helpful at all, they just continuously offer coupons, but I don’t want to use it anyways. I’ve used it three times so far, trying to give it a chance, and it’s been horrible every time. It’s just no wonder it’s not used much.

Paid for my order. Received notification that it had been delivered contactless to the lobby of my hotel. Went to the lobby, no pizza. Called Marco's and was told that they don't know where my pizza is, don't have a driver to send a new pizza, and all they can offer me is a refund. It was late everything was closed. I had my niece with me, ended up having ice cream for dinner. This was on a Saturday. I could see the charge pending with my bank but no credit. Charge cleared my bank on Tuesday, still no credit. Called the store and was told that they can't find any record of my order and there is nothing they can do. I found the email confirmation of the original order but that wasn't enough for them. Email stated that the order was to be delivered through grubhub. Called grubhub, they can see my order but refused to refund me because they only offer refunds within 48 hours of the original purchase. Stated that I failed to notify them within 48 hours despite the fact that I called Marcos 13 minutes after my pizza was supposedly delivered. I will attempt to dispute the charge as fraud through my credit card. They took my money. Gave me nothing. Left my niece and I in a hotel full of Hurricane evacuees with no dinner. Refused to deliver a new pizza. And now refuse to return my money despite offering me a refund. Essentially this is theft. The one star rating is FAR too high.

Expired freezer burnt food was delivered. They offered to only give me a credit on future purchases. Of course this site won't upload the pictures of the nasty food.

If I could give a 0 I would. Order after order is delayed for an hour customer service is a joke they need to get their act together way better off using Uber eats or DoorDash
