I usually use GrubHub since my college gives me a free membership with them, but I recently had an order that was delivered to another building two blocks away and (obviously) issued a complaint. I was glad to have found my lost breakfast on my way to class, and I know campus addresses can be confusing for people sometimes, even if it’s just a regular street address close to the restaurant I ordered from. What bothered me, however, was when I went to reorder my meal because I still did not feel like walking thirty minutes for breakfast, the prices on my Grubhub had increased. Same restaurant, same menu, except everything was at least .50 more expensive than it was when I ordered an hour before. I don’t want to say I was penalized for politely complaining, but I honestly think I was. Complaining more won’t really do anything, but it does make me feel better, so here I am.

I have an issue every single time I order thru grubhub. it's beyond frustrating. do you, or are you capable of decent service ever? or should I just expect to not receive items and have to complain every time?

Even though grubhub has made many deliveries in the past few years, today they used an address I haven't had for 8 years and decided to place my order at a Burger Habit based on that - 8+ miles away instead of the location less than 1 mile from my house. I updated my info then went to the live chat who asked what my current address and phone number was-I told her and she said that was the address they have. Well yeah cuz I just changed it otherwise why would they have chosen a restaurant location so far away? She said that location was the one available to take the order. Really???? You have to lie about that? What if the available restaurant was in Colorado??? I hate liars and that's just one more reason I can't stand grubhub-as if I didn't have enough reasons already! Needless to say the burger was cold and tasted like ****.

Having a free year of GRUBHUB doesn't make up for the incompetency of how that business is run. The 'GUARANTEE' is a total joke. Do they really think $5 off your next order makes up for your order being an hour and a half late? Besides 95% of the time the credit ISN'T applied to your next order, although it magically disappeares.

After an hour and 10 minutes, and 2 assigned drivers, they never made it. The owner of the restaurant got into his car and delivered it himself. Of course, at that point, it was cold. I have never had an issue with DoorDash. Absolute garbage.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered food the woman never dropped it off at my hotel in Vegas and get this they would not give me my money back! Gave me a discount on my next 3 orders! Then found out I was being charged $10.65 amount for 3 months. Called them they said no refund and I could not cancel my acct! Realized it was that bs amazon prime free promo. I lost over $30 but learned a valuable lesson. F@*k Grubhub !

Grubhub experience was horrible, the food was left outside and the driver was very rude. I will never use Grubhub again.

I accidentally ordered a chicken gyro (meant to order red meat version) but had indicated in the instructions that I have a chicken allergy. The deli sent the chicken meal. Fortunately I noticed and didn’t eat it. GrubHub customer service refused to refund because the order “was correct.” They said that if a restaurant ignores allergies noted in the instructions, the order is still correct. There is no other way to indicate allergies. If the chicken hadn’t been obvious, the consequences could have been serious. It also made me wonder if noting things in instructions like - use light mayo, no onions, etc, - can always be ignored and the order would still be correct?!?!

Nov 5th about 10:40 pm , I had a very rude driver named Kenneth. Left me a very rude text, and called my phone rude. I have never had such bad customer service. He should take a class in customer service.

Grub Hub stinks. I got flat ripped off. Do Not use Grub Hub an Do not use Grub Hub through Amazon Prime. I made an order for two Cheese Steak subs and an order of fires. What I got was a cold order of fries for $21.00! Grub Hub support is worthless as is Amazon Prime support for their Grug Hub rip off!

I ordered food Grubhub my food was over an hour late and cold. After complaining I received a credit. Tonight I ordered some wings, again it was an hour late and the fries was cold. Contacted the driver and he text me that the restaurant did not have the order ready and that he waisted 15 and he was only getting paid 7 dollars for the order. Last draw and I will be using Uber Eats going forward,

Driver left the food outside, I asked to be text when getting close so I can open the door. I use a walker and I almost fell. The food was cold and NO straw & NO ketchup which I requested.

Horrible. Had an oder from ihop and it was delivered almost an hour late. But, waiting for it when it was delivered it wasn't even to my house. What morons. Then I had to fight to get my 50 dollars back from customer service. Ridiculous. I'll just pick up my own stuff from now on

My order was placed at 5:45 with estimated delivery at 6:26. Now I’m being notified it won’t be here until 7:57. I tried to cancel the order and was informed I won’t get a refund because a driver was headed to pick it up. I have hungry kids and I will NEVER use Grubhub again. Very disappointed!!!!

Wife did not order an entree on soup which did not arrive with the order I always tip well but the driver whom I called to tell about the missing soup indicated that she was instructed by grub hub not to inspect the order as it’s the restaurants responsibility What am I tipping for ahead of a delivery experience Never again

Being charged for an account provided as a promotion from instacart. Automatically charged when I don't even have an account or use the app. When I tried to look into it. I cant because I don't use the app or have an online account. Quite the scam when you can't contact anyone.

Since i've started using grubhub its been nothing but a headache...they didnt give me my ten dollars off for being a new customer stating that i wasnt one, when in fact i was. i signed up for grubhub+ and they canceled my subscription the next day. the chat helpers are rude and short. smh this is a shame. GrubHub, do better.

The orders are late 98% of the time often by 2+ hours. Grubhub wants to throw 5 at you which is slightly over the tip they want for providing horrible service. I’m done with them.
