They robbed me. I placed a meal order, but the delivery driver texted me saying he couldn’t deliver because he had been waiting at the restaurant for 30 minutes and the meal was not ready. He told me to cancel the order. I had no choice, and tried to cancel it, but the orer status showed as completed, so I couldn’t cancel the order. I told the delivery driver, but he couldn’t help me. I then contacted Grubhub via online chat to report the situation. They told me apologized for the inconvenience but told me they couldn’t issue a refund. I call the corporate office and sent them the conversation I had with the delivery driver. It was clear that the meal was never delivered, but their “supervisor” once again responded with, “sorry for your experience, but we cannot issue a refund. I asked why? But he gave no reason, only repeating. “sorry for your experience, but we cannot give you a refund. Then, he said, If you have further concerns, I am going to end the phone. Then he hung up on me. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had . They took my money, did not pay panda express because mean was not picked up. I couldn’t believe this happened with such a large company. It feels like they’re robbing and deceiving their customers.

Driver didn’t follow instructions on order. Bridge is out by our house and put that in the delivery instructions to take the other road that avoids that bridge. Driver instead of following the instructions went to the closed bridge and then cancelled the order. Should have taken the extra 5 minutes to drive around to the road left in the instructions. Then their customer service center called and told me it was cancelled and I explained that there is 3 other ways to get to our house that aren’t closed. She then told me she credited the order instead of having the driver deliver it. Then she hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

My food arrived late and cold. Unfortunately not the first time this has happened with Grubhub. The delivery location was within a 2 mile radius. I paid for priority delivery. Never again!

What went wrong everything grubhub is a mess The driver got lost and he blamed me for it and he didn't get all my food and it was all wrong never doing GrubHub again

I recently began using GrubHub due to its inclusion with my Amazon Prime membership, but it has turned out to be one of my worst decisions. I understand now why I typically prefer DoorDash. GrubHub's service is exceedingly slow; my food is rarely delivered on time. Each order results in a lengthy wait, often accompanied by multiple delays before the food finally arrives. When it does come, it is usually cold. After contacting customer service about the cold food, I was offered a mere $5 credit, despite having spent around $40. It took two to three hours to receive my order, and this experience has convinced me to never use GrubHub again.

They make their drivers make multiple stops so your food will arrive cold and late. They don’t offer refunds for delivering cold food, only a lame $5 credit (which they’ll bump to $7 and then $10 if you complain, but they’re hoping you accept $5). But that’s just a way to entice you to use them again. But I will not. They suck. And they don’t pay their drivers.

We place an order with the restaurant we've used before. Half an hour after our food was supposed to be here, we called the restaurant. No food was there for pickup. We called GrubHub and we're told that they have not assigned it to anybody when it was already almost half an hour late. They're cleaning they never assigned it but our food was missing and was never found. Do not use these people!

I ordered from a restaurant through GrubHub when the food came it was cold and uneditable. I contacted GrubHub about this problem and they would not issue me a refund on a $23 order. They tried to give me $10 back. This is very unacceptable and I suggest anyone that uses Grubhub to stop go to Uber Eats DoorDash or anything else but not GrubHub. This was totally unacceptable and I will never use them again.

Horrible service. After I waited 1 hour for pizza, I called costumer services and Laura cancelled the order without my permission. You can’t relay on them.

I ordered Grubhub twice tonight. The first time no driver was assigned and they gave me a “credit” which was $80. Later they said my second order hours later was a “pick up” and refused to refund it so I deleted the app and they lost a customer.

DURING THE DAY. Food was supposed to be delivered to a hospital and was delivered to the WRONG hospital. Terrible. When I looked at the picture the driver sent me I realized that the food was not at the hospital I work at. It says which hospital to leave my food IN CAPITOL LETTERS, because this has happened 5 times prior to this. PLEASE READ WHICH HOSPITAL you are going to. The cafeteria is closed and I have no food and I am unable to leave. POOR SERVICE. My money was refunded but I WANTED FOOD.

Hi my is Christopher Ballentine I'm a driver for your company and I got a violation for orders that I didn't take because it's to many. Also I had problems with your GPS not working right or like it should be Also I have problems with finding address that had no number s on the customers house sor no lights to see the address so I have had I go pick up the order for a customer and the bags don't have them close up the they should Be so Also the have read the reviews and they are bab reviews very bab reviews and ratings and I also don't see how you guys are still in business at all! We ordered twice on 9/12/24 and the first order was delivered to a neighbor 3 houses away and the house number was not even close to ours. I called Grubhub and they refused to do anything about it. I disputed the charge and tried to order again and it was late and they never showed up with the second order so again I called them and they said the same thing, no refund...! We have since closed the account and will never use them again!

Everything! I ordered and food was no delivered. I then reordered as one of their options. On the reorder, the driver delivered the wrong food.Bot only was the food wrong but it from a completely different restaurant. Someone else’s order altogether. Two bad deliveries in a row for the same order! I would have been better off not using Grubhub.

Eta changes constantly that I did not receive my food until after my lunch was over. Not worth the $5 credit they give you, im honesty giving up on this app not worth wasting your time.
