My order is 3hrs late. I watched the driver drive in the opposite direction and then an hour later drop the order which was reassigned to a new driver and given an extra 40 minute wait! I will never use them again. So much for being a valuable prime member. Amazon needs to find more reliable business partners.

In more than one occasion, they assigned drivers that are an hour away from where I live. The meal arrive cold and the milkshakes melted. In last order I contacted the driver because it’s been 15 minutes I got the notification that they were on their way to the restaurant. My order was already 1 hr delayed at thru point. The driver informed me that they hadn’t gotten a notification yet that the food was ready and that their pick up time was in 40 min more. The order was 2 hrs delayed. I was starting to think that my bad experience was because of the time of day, location, or restaurant but it continues to happen. Now reading the messages I realize is the way GrubHub works.

Terrible Customer Service. The driver dropped off my food to the wrong house, got a good tip. Now GrubHub is not taking any responsibility and does not want to refund my money. Never again i will use their app.

RAW FOOD IS OK WITH GRUBHUB AND APPARENTLY JUST FINE WITH PENN STATION! UNACCEPTABLE AND NEVER AGAIN! BLT FULL OF RAW BACON ICE COLD FRIES AND YOU WANT TO OFFER A $5 CREDIT FOR A $40 ORDER?! BBB #pennstation #grubhub #rawbacon

After I placed my order, I got a message that it was delivered. I went out on my porch to check, it wasn't there. I looked at the picture the driver sent, and it was a picture of what looks like a car seat or something. I called the driver and he told me that the restaurant was closed.

I was missing items in my order , driver wasn't helpful, couldn't get a hold of the restaurant and all GrubHub every does is refund the money

Somehow, my food was double ordered. The total for both orders was expensive ($92). I tried to use the online chat to trouble shoot, and basically whoever /whatever was responding with me(not sure if it was a real person or a robot) said 'sorry for the hassle this has caused you. Make sure to leave a review of this conversation when the chat has ended!' And closed out the conversation. So, then I called the customer service line. Got to a manager eventually, then was told I cannot be refunded for one order bc it already made it to the destination and there is nothing to be done. However, a $28 credit can be applied to a future order. I explained I didn't even know it was coming, so how could I stop it before it arrived? I also felt like $28 credit was not enough. So i turned down the credit option, bc I won't be using this app again. There are other food delivery services around here anyway, so why put up with this?

So I ordered food. It was never delivered. Someone just picked it up and set it on the sidewalk and took a picture. I called grub hub they offered me a $10 credit. A couple weeks later no credit, the said they have no record of the order. I still have the email and picture and they suck

So my order came from applebees I ordered 8 items and paid for everything recipe on bag... delivery guy came brought me 2 items did not get money returned for wrong order had to drive to restaurant to get the rest of our order only for grubhub to give us $2.75 credit is absolutely insane I would never order grubhub again and I hope people realize what a rip off they are

I placed an order on Aug12 #:c380f452-11ef-b453-81e462f811d0-grubhub through Amazon prime to Subway order with tip was over 17 dollars. Order was late and because of that the hot food was no longer hot and eatable. Had to toss it out. I had no way of correcting it. Grub hub said I can get a 5.00 credit on my next order. LOL No refund

PLEASE BEWARE DO NOT USE GRUBHUB: PLEASE read my experience..below: 8/20/2024 Please stay away from ordering thru GrubHub or you will likely loose your money. I placed an order which Supposedly they accepted restaurant order. They sent me an email that they will contact me when order was ready. When the time of an hour went by and they didnt send email about my order, I called the actual restaurant. The restaurant indicated they had no access nor dealings thru Grubhub. They Only did orders thru Doordash or Uber eats. As instructed by the restaurant, I then proceeded to place the order by phone, picked up myself & paid cash. Initially I saw the charge from GrubHub on my CC as pending. When I saw that it posted the next day, I called GrubHub and spoke to 2 different (foreign, Indian personnel) who both indicated I could not get my CC money refunded because it was 48 hours after the inital order..well actually it had not been 48 hours, (but 36 hours) however they indicated they would not be refunding my money back to me. I told them, I could provide a receipt from the restaurant which shows I paid cash, however they refused to issue a refund. When I asked why are they allowed to keep my money when I didn't receive any service nor merchandise from GrubHub. He sounded like a broken machine and kept repeating the same thing over & over. Saying "it been more than 48 hours and the system won't let me refund. When I asked to speak to someone who may be more knowledgeable, he repeated the same thing and said I'm sorry mam. I am putting this request against GrubHub thru BBB, Attorney General, and anyone who is available to listen. This company should not be allowed to get away with this because I am sure they may be doing this to other consumers as well..SO if you do not want your $$ stolen,.please don't use GrubHub. They are FAKE

I ordered McDonald's through them. I have special instructions for them to deliver at my door apparently they didn't do that I never got the food I reached out for help and they told me there was nothing that they can do so. They pretty much took my money and never replaced the food never gave me a credit. Anything I basically will not be used. In this service anymore, what a horrible place I'm out of money and never did receive the food if I could give this thing less than one. I would, they should be ashamed of their self. That's pretty much stealing. You stole money from me and never gave me anything at all

Made one order and I'm never ordering from them again. Only got part of my order, and it was melted and in a soggy bag. Left a big mess on my porch, would've been better if the driver just never delivered anything.

Here’s the corrected version of your text: Grubhub was aware of an item that the restaurant didn’t deliver to me. The app advised me to request a refund, which I did, but Grubhub refused to refund my money. Be careful with them.

Grubhub delivery driver’s get 2 strikes today. I ordered from a local restaurant. A (3) Combo meal (enchilada, taco, chili relloni with rice, beans and a side salad). The only thing Grubhub driver brought delivered was a photo of my food at someone else’s home, when I called Grubhub I was told my apartment number is not in profile. I double checked and my apt # was listed in two fields. The support person was nice and submitted order again. The saga continues. The 2nd order got deliver. This time they delivered a soup and a Pepsi which I did not order. It was obvious it wasn’t a meal. It appears Grubhub drivers are fairly new or just too lazy to double check the orders when they pick them up And don’t need to look fur correct addresses prior to delivery. I normally don’t write a bad review on a company but twice messing up means drivers aren’t trained properly or need to seek out better driver’s. We pay a pretty penny for services like this. I am satisfied I got a refund on both orders and placed a new order to one of their competitors. If you order from Grubhub don’t do it if you are sick and hungry like I am now, or just plain hungry. You may never receive it ir may get someone else’s order.

Their drivers are the worst, apparently can’t read English. They delivered 2 of my 6 orders to who-knows where, and Grub Hub customer service is useless. That’s a 35% failure rate. Just submitted a data request to delete my account.

i’ve tried to order twice with this company and twice my food never showed up and they offer me a five dollar credit. This is the worst company ever it needs to be shut down.

Ordered food. Got a text my order was being prepared. Then looked at the AP my driver was assigned and heading to the store. Then another text my order is canceled because the restaurant is closed. Hmmm then why does it allow me to order and grub hub act like it’s open? Isn’t that kind of part of your service? So I move on to another restaurant on their site. Called them to make sure they were open. Guy answers the phone and tells me they are closed. So I called customer service to complain and mid sentence we get “disconnected”. On their end. No call back. Nothing. RUN from these people! Horrible!
