Terrible!! They upcharged all of our food on top of the regular price of the food, and not $1-2 dollars, $4 -5+ plus per item, then charged a service and deliver fee, the additional charges where up to $48.00 OBSURD!

I will NEVER use grub hub again! My order was never received by merchant. Cancelled order. Money taken out of account. They failed to give refund!!! No food and I out of $30!!!! I will stick to Uber Eats

If I could give them a 0, I would. They will literally STEAL your money. I wasn't reimbursed almost 100 dollars. They're refusing to give me my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'm disgusted that they're allowed to get away with this. They're crooks.

Grub hub is a horrible service for delivering food. They went said they were on their way but went over 25 minutes out of the way to deliver another order and then came back with our order. 40 min late. We were told that our food would be warm because it was in a warming bag and when we got it, it was in a paper bag with handles in plastic containers. All the food was stone cold we had to heat it all up once we got it when I called to complain. They said they would give me five dollar credit I said absolutely not. They said seven dollar credit I said absolutely not. They said $10 credit I said absolutely not. I spent over $111 on a meal tipped the driver 25% and got shafted by Grub Hub. Do not ever use GrubHub. They are not a good company and they do not stand by their customers..

I had ordered food for delivery from Gourmandise in Utah, I left specific instructions since I am staying at an Airbnb, I let the driver know that I was located down the hill and far from the front door of the property, and to just text me, with my number, and I would go and retrieve the order from them. They went to an address, took a picture after dropping off at the front door of some random place, never texted me, never followed instructions so now I have to leave and go get my meal on my own, I needed to stay indoors today and now have to leave because Grubhub messed up

Had issues with orders on a NEW account. I had it for a total of 3 days and each order I placed had problems. Needed to reach out to customer service and they offered me a $15 perk instead of a refund to reorder my food. Suddenly then it won't let me order anymore. Apparently they offered me the perk and then CLOSED my account for needing refunds too often. They wouldn't change the perk to a refund and they denied my appeal and barred me from making another account to at least use that $15. NEVER USE GRUBHUB!

Grubhub has been charging my wife and me $10.71 per month for the last 9 months, and we have no idea how we were signed up for this. Their app provides no clear information on these charges, making it incredibly frustrating to figure out what’s going on. This feels like a massive scam. If this has happened to us, it’s likely affecting thousands of others. I highly recommend everyone check their credit or debit card statements for unauthorized charges. Extremely disappointed and will not be using Grubhub again.

Sadly the following has happened to me multiple times with GrubHub! I placed my order, order was accepted, it showed up as being processed, the driver arrives at the restaurant to pick up the order and BAM the order is all of a sudden CANCELLED. I waited almost 45 minutes just to get my order cancelled AFTER the driver showed up to pick up my order. The excuse was they were out of 1 item, which can’t be true. Otherwise why didn’t they cancel right away? Then not only does it take days to get the refund, I don’t get a full refund! It is short almost $7. GrubHub then gives me a $7 coupon, however I will NEVER use them again. Terrible customer service for sure, I should receive a 100% full refund. What a scam they have.

I was fighting with my boyfriend it was cold outside so I wanted to cancel the order they said they couldn't. So I said okay and waited at night outside for 45 minutes the time kept changing delaying the order 20 more minutes then 15 more. They gave me a 5 dollar credit that I can't use with another form of payment. By the time my food got there it was cold soggy and they gave me a ten dollars of my $15 order. I couldn't combine the criedt or use my debit card to pay the difference even. I know crazy but, so I ordered one taco for $2 the order fee was $6 because I also can't use my free delivery for the membership. I couldn't use the $5 criedt they first "gave" me at all because the fee and unable to combine payment methods. So in conclusion I lost my meal the $5 criedt is bs and last night and today im left with nothing but one taco a aggravation. They are a set up for a lie of criedt didn't mention telling the driver anything and plain disappointment.

Please don’t ever used grubhub!!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. We placed an order for pick up and they never put it through to the restaurant at all, they did charged for the order made us waste time and have to get get aggravated after working triple 🤬🤬🤬

Horrible reviews I spend $2000 a month on four businesses and they don’t deliver food. The drivers sit in the parking lot or deliver other peoples food first. And they are unwilling to refund an $85 bill in return for 2000 a month in revenue. This must be why they have one star

I have had grubhub for just over a month and I’ve placed 4 orders in that time. I placed an order through CVS that was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted customer service and they confirmed that the location that my item was delivered was not my apartment. Now I placed an order through GoPuff today because I have a sick 5-year-old and needed to get her some things but 2 hours later and it’s still processing. I reached out to customer service again to get the order canceled and because I had gotten a refund when my order was delivered to someone else I wasn’t able to get any type of help for this order. As soon as they had made the choice that they weren’t going to help me they wouldn’t answer any additional questions, just kept sending the same generic response and when I asked to speak to someone different they disconnected. I understand that some people abuse the system and report things as not delivered when they actually received it but if they’re able to verify the location of the drop off was incorrect and that the vendor has not sent out the delivery I don’t understand why they aren’t willing to work with me. I will be canceling my account as soon as the issue is resolved and going back to door dash or uber eats. I wanted to try Grubhub because of the free subscription through my Amazon prime but it is not worth it

In the 01077 area code breakfasts are never delivered on time. The restaurants claim no drivers are available. Grubhub has the ability to defer delivery multiple times for the same order, so a priority delivery expected within 30 mins can be delayed up to 2 hours with no option to cancel…just an apology and $5 refund that never is received. Also coffees are spilled inside the bag soaking the food.
