Grubhub has been charging me for months for Grubhub +. I never signed up, and it’s not on my account as I looked it up to cancel only to find an option to sign up. After chatting with a customer service representative, none of my other emails have an account. Poor business practice. Going to delete my account as soon as I hear back on what’s going on. This appears to be a common issue after a quick google search.

They would not honor late delivery complaint or wrong item received after 48 hrs (missed the window by 8 hrs overnight) In addition, it has a 7.99 delivery fee for non-members and adds a 2.99 service fee on top of that. I will use insta cart instead

GRUBHUB ORDERING Can anyone tell me why GRUBHUB WEBSITE states it has restaurants in my area for food delivery.. so I order, then it chooses to put order TO A RESTAURANT IN ANOTHER TOWN so my order will be late & soggy!!!??? talking to "customer service does no good as they just gaslight but do not solve issue NOR expla8n why website did this to my order! #$#!@! Why are we still using this "service" we are getting wrong orders late orders cold orders orders overcharged bc items are substituted, orders that smell like smoke different people showing up than what is shown..... It's a premium service at a premium price and tip well yet it is as if we are doing them a favor. No more. In the last few months this has become like getting food out of the dumpster. Bye grubhub

I will have the opportunity to rate this delivery service, I would give it a -0.0 rating. This is the second time I have used them, and once again they delivered my food to the wrong address. Not only is their communication system poor when it comes to addressing issues, but the only way to contact them is through their customer service chat. After waiting 55 minutes, it took an additional 10 minutes to finally connect with someone via chat. After another 15 minutes, the representative ended the conversation by saying they would cancel my food order and refund the money to my account instead of reordering my food and delivering it correctly. They sent me a photo of the delivery to the wrong house.. the worst part about this, is that you don’t need to be genius to know the home’s door they left the food on the floor has a big locker on it and it was obvious that nobody lives in that address. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced.👎

The most awful customer service ever. You can forget getting any kind of reimbursement when your order is wrong, items missing or just plain didn’t arrive. They refuse to refund you to your original form of payment and are not transparent at all on how the crediting system works. For how much more food costs on these apps, i expect good customer service and care at the very least. I can confidently say I will never return to Grubhub.

Driver was in constant because he was lost. Saw that he was across the street and canceled my order! Customer service did nothing. Total scam.

They do such a terrible job assisting customers since they are not in the US and dont know what's actually going on. Customer service doesn't call the restaurants or their IT either. A lot of disconnected communications end up saying Oh, we can't help you. Sorry. This happened about 20 times.

I swear the people that picks up the orders are stealing them. I have had to cancel an order too many times, when a driver will literally show a picture of the food in their car and mark it as delivered.

First time for grubhub for takeout pizza. Instructions were no contact, but with text announcing delivery. Never happened. Pizza was left on the ground and covered with ants when we checked to see if delivery was made.

I placed a priority delivery order with grub-Hub and the driver changed the status to delivered and I NEVER RECEIVED my order. It was the easiest delivery ever! To a business with no stairs. Then he sent a bogus picture from I don't know where. When I called customer service they offered me $5.... what a joke! Because I insisted that they give me ALL of my money back that's when she agreed and then offered credit for less than I paid for my order. I'm sure I'm Extra mad right now because I'm HANGRY!! Being hangry I don't want to hear you keep saying sorry. Also I shouldn't have to argue or mention using a competitor delivery service to get my money returned to me. Perhaps amazon prime should utilize another delivery service.

I cannot say this enough stop ordering from GrubHub or using any source of apps last week I ordered food and it was taken to the wrong address left on the ground I was not called even though the instruction says do not leave on the ground call and I will come down to get it. Then when I reached out to him I informed him that it was at the wrong location not sure how the address got changed because you've been delivering to me for 6 years at the same address, he sent me a picture and then even try to bring it down the street where it should be contact GrubHub explain to them how is he going to leave my food and not bring it to me after I explain to him that was the wrong address they gave me a credit went to use the credit and was charged extra money to use the credit this is not the first time GrubHub has charged me fees when their drivers are the ones who makes the mistakes if you are able to give me a credit you're able to zero out the fees due to their error. We have to stop supporting GrubHub and any other source because they are not good customer service and it's always an issue they have poor customer service they do not try to help they tell you what they're not going to do and tell you you have to pay more for the credit basically you are paying to get a credit. We have to stop using GrubHub they need to go out of business and restaurants need to go back to delivery drivers

Grub Hub is hiring drivers that not literate enough to understand addresses. This is unacceptable and unfortunate. This service is to make life easier, not for customers to order and babysit drivers.

I tip 20% which i think is fair as a family of four our orders range from $50 to $100. Well the last two times in a row our drinks do not arrive. Once an order from Red Robin never arrived. The resturants all say the complete orders were sent out. It makes me want to tip after I review the order or take the time and go pick up the order. On this occasion today as I walking to get my order as i hear the driver say "I am bad, I see it reads back door" I wave at him to come back as I can clearly see no drinks with the order. My thoughts are these drivers can rip off customers and know nothing will happen to them.

Despite instructions to leave food on front porch (which is completely accessible from the street),driver chose to go around the street and enter a private road into my townhouse complex. He found my patio gate, which did have my house number on it, opened it up and entered my private, fenced patio! My sliding door was open at the time and it scared the daylights out of me. I have no words for how completely inappropriate and frightening this was. Grubhub says they are investigating but didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. This was my first order from Grubhub and my last!

The driver did not knock on door or call and left my food on chair on front patio. Food was cold. When i order anything I believe in customer service and got none of that tonight

Delivery was made to the wrong address and the driver refused to bring it to the right one and I was told I should have complained within 48 hours for anything to be done !!!!!
