“The worst. They hook you in. Then BAAM. Fees; like hidden fees, low purchase order, minimum fee EVEN AFTER HOURS fee They're owned by seemless I'm stopping the ordering madness”

“Driver delivered to wrong house. There should be a system in place to confirm they are at the right address. Instacart drivers keep in contact until delivery. No phone call or nothing to me to confirm. I’m disabled and can’t drive at the moment so I’m without my dinner for tonight!”

“Poor delivery service Delivery driver delivered to the incorrect address and said they delivered to the address in the app. I only have my 1 address on my account. I will NEVER used them again. Driver wasn't even apologetic, but was combative. I contacted customer service and said there must have been a computer glitch and offered a refund, which I won't receive until 5 to 10 business days. I need to eat. I'm glad that wasn't my last dollar. NEVER AGAIN!!!”

“Multiple times grubhub has screwed me out of the promo they said would be applied. It shows up as you're ordering but when you proceed to the checkout it disappears. Bad business practices.”

“I hope this company goes out of business. They lie about everything- their promos, their advertisements, cancelling memberships, cancelling orders, refunds, you name it. They are complete garbage. I signed up for a 30 day free trial to get free deliveries on my orders. 30 day trial says you can cancel anytime within 30 days. As soon as I signed up, delivery charge wasn’t taken off the bill. Chatted with them online to resolve it. Turns out you need to reach a certain total amount to get free delivery, which they don’t tell you until you sign up for the membership. The customer rep was rude and said he would refund me my delivery fee but not cancel my membership because I’ve already used the benefits. Why advertise a 30 day free trial then? Being that I signed up for a free trial I am entitled to try out the benefits without any obligation to keep the membership. They’ll lie and change up the rules just so they can squeeze as much dough out of you as they can get away with. Avoid them at all costs.”

“HORRIBLE!!! Do not use!!!!! This app has cancelled 5+ of my orders after I’ve placed them and the orders that did arrive were LATE AND WRONG! The customer service is horrible! Do yourself a favor - do NOT use this app!”

“Not even worth leaving a review for, I was sick and didn't want to go out. They delivered to wrong address, then will I called they did not offer to bring the food to my location. Had to go out and get my own food.”

“We are going on 11 times with you in the last year and a half and never ever have received warm food or the right order or delivered to the right address. You GrubHub are by far the worst delivery service we have ever seen! We continuously try in hopes that it will be better. Never ever is it better. Please train your drivers better and stop making them pick up deliveries in between other deliveries so that the food is not so freaking cold. Tonight on July 11, 2021 we saw that the food was picked up at 7:20 and we did not receive it until 910. You GrubHub have no idea what the f. you’re doing Why anyone would ever go to you all this many times is beyond me. Only because of my wife have we kept trying. But we are done. Never again will we order from you again. You truly should not be in business. You were making your clients look bad and I do not know why they use you”

“There site & app is useless for a business if one location is ordering and someone (like a CEO) is paying from another location. Their "Cart" application is the worst. It clears as soon as you log out of your own account, so noone else can log-in and pay! Even if you do NOT log out and you are looking at your order in the cart. If you log-in from another device or computer, there's NOTHING IN THE CART!”

“Don’t order from Grubhub!!!!!!!!!!!! They are a rip off if you order accidentally they will screw you don’t do it if you call them even after you hit the wrong button after 1 minute they will tell you they can’t help you”

“I placed an order on Grubhub on 9:55am and showed delayed again and. again and again. I just check order again and is showed canceled and refunded on 11:30am!!!!wtf”

“If I could used zero stars, I would. So I placed an order and the no longer have the family meal that I wanted. So instead of refunding my money, they offer me something else. I told them that I didn't want anything else but my money back. GrubHub never refunded my money. They said they never charged my account which is a lie. They are not very honest people! They told me that I would receive my money within a week, that was a lie. Instead they try to offer me 15% off on my next purchase. Never again will I use them.”

“Grub hub is the worst I try to stay away from restaurants that use their service, but I was desperate. The driver left our pizza on the porch and didn’t even ring the bell. By the time we find it it was stone cold. Old like my tip back grubhub as your service blows. This is not the first bad expire had, but it will definitely be the last.”

“Ordered food they said 40 minutes. Texted me when it was late and said another 40 minutes. An hour later they texted me to see how my food was. I never received it 2.5 hours later. They tried to say it was delivered. It was not. They finally said they would give a refund. But in 5 business days. Honestly! How could anyone use them. They take your money then accuse you of reviewing the food. They are the worst unreliable company. I would never use them again!”

“Ordered with Grubhub today at 1:00 and eta of order was 1:43pm. At 1:43 I received and update say 2:09 then 2:43. I called the restaurant at 2:15 and they still hadn't received the order from Grubhub. The manager also mentioned this has been an ongoing issue with Grubhub and they are at their mercy. Now I am on the phone with Grubhub and all they are concerned with is if I am going to cancel the order. I was placed on hold from Grubhub rep 7 minutes ago......”
