Dropped food off at wrong house. Driver wouldn’t answer our calls or text messages. Never got our food. Never got our $55 refunded. Never using DoorDash again. Cannot be trusted to handles wrong deliveries by their drivers

While visiting great Barrington Massachusetts. I waited for 2 1/2 hours for my food to be delivered only to have GrubHub cancel it! The absolute worst service I’ve ever received and I hope the sky falls on their heads!

The app keeps changing my address to something close but correct. I have already been yelled at by drivers about how I messed up somehow even though I put in the correct address. Not sure what is going on but am sick of being lectured.

Terrible! Food is always late and it’s always cold, drivers do what they want and the fees they charge are lunacy

This is the first time I’ve used GrubHub in New York. It will be the last time. I spent $45 total and never received my food. Two thumbs down. It would have been cheaper to take a cab to and from the place to get my stuff.

The absolute worst!!!! My order was never delivered. The photo of the delivery was a close up that showed the bag only. The driver was supposed to contact me upon delivery, which was not done. I looked at my past Grubhub orders, all 4 from this year were refunded due to negligence. If they are my only choice, I will just go hungry and skip the aggravation.

Tried to cancel order due to incorrect pick up address. Wouldn’t let me do so. Finally able to talk with driver and they are penalized if they don’t deliver. 3 hour wait……and not able to review a refund. Screw you grub hub, stole my money point blank.

They are usually late by an hour before you can even get a driver assigned to your order. Then when you contact customer service, they argue it’s your fault because the expected time frame is at such a time. Of course the time gets pushed back every time it’s delayed! Then all they offer, if at all, a five dollar refund for messed up orders, crappy drivers, orders being delivered to wrong addresses, and the carelessness of drivers who toss your food on the doorstep so your food containers are open or don’t even notify you it’s delivered and your frozen items are semi melted. I’ve canceled my subscription a long time to this place but since it has partnered with Amazon prime, I figured I might try it once again with no added subscription fee. It took almost two hours for my order to be delivered to me and the customer service agent just blamed me for not being patient enough to wait and claim no refund will submitted to me when I asked for when one an hour of waiting transpired. Then I had to wait another hour for my soggy cold food! How is this company still in service?!

No option for zero here and this is the first negative review I’ve ever written. We were refunded the money which is fine but there was no accountability on the driver who received a solid tip for delivering the order. I put pretty specific instructions to the house and also select no contact delivery as off and request they call us. Normally it’s fine, but Luanna who was supposed to deliver our order never called and never sent a picture or anything. It’s all refunded which is fine. However, I’m curious if there’s just been a large demand in drivers in the recent years to make it more difficult or if this is a common issue? It’s happened a few times.

Here is one for the books! Ordered pizza via Amazon Prime/Grubhub program. Looked simple enough. The food I ordered totalled $62.99 and no delivery charges so I was happy at the time of ordering. The food was delivered on time and everything was there (only issue with the pizzeria was they forgot to hold the cheese on the sub which they always do). THEN I GET MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT AND SEE A CHARGE FOR $90.07! Upon researching, Amazon and Grubhub are in kahoots and add 40+% to the order line items to MORE THAN OFFSET the delivery costs. WOW! Upon questioning Amazon they could care less, the pizzeria gets its the $62.99 and they are happy, then there is Grubhub who banks the 40+% add-on and laughs all the way to the bank. The Amazon Prime people don't give a damn and point at Grubhub, Grubhub says they are doing no wrong by not disclosing the true prices that WILL be charged so they are happy, the Prime Chase people are useless because they say everyone is doing their job correctly. WHY DOES THE CONSUMER ALWAYS GET HURT? Greed has taken over our country to the point of total insanity. I ended up paying a illegal unauthorized upcharge of 40+% for pizza and can't do anything about it. Anyone want to start a class action lawsuit?

I am absolutely appalled by the service I received from Grubhub. Not only was my order completely messed up, but they also *stole money from my account*! I was charged for an order that never arrived, and when I contacted customer service, they were utterly useless and dismissive. Instead of resolving the issue, they kept giving me the runaround, wasting my time and patience. It’s infuriating to think that a company this size can't manage basic customer service or safeguard customers' financial information. I am extremely disappointed and will never use Grubhub again. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform unless you want your money stolen and to deal with horrible customer support.

This is the last time, we order anything from Grubhub. We ordered a pizza that was supposed to be here by 10:35 pm. We have tried to call the driver a couple of times, but she did not respond. We recieved a pop up picture that our ordered was delivered to us. The driver leaves the pizza on top of the lift arm gate for the property and never called or communicated with us. Totally unacceptable. Grubhub is not screening their drivers at all. This is not the first time, but my last time. I would not order anything from here ever. Look at picture attached....

I order food that was over an hour late. The food was cold, half off Houston is with power. I have not way to warm the food I ordered. The customer service lead should be demote very poor service. I wanted a hot meal if you didn't have drivers why take the order.

Absolutely terrible company. Driver said he delivered food, and sent me a pic of someone else house. I said you delivered it to the wrong house and he never responded back. Their customer service only said oh ok well we canceled it and refunded you and we will give you 60 days of grubhub+ Keep it, j will never use your service again.
