So many times the order has been wrong. They must not even look at applications when they hire drivers

I am a GrubHub driver. I had a death in the family and I had to cancel a days worth of scheduling time because of the funeral My ratings went down 20% because of the missed schedule and I had already told them why I could not work and they said there was no way for them to excuse it because the ratings are computer generated My brother is a computer operator and repairman and he said there is always a back door to go in and change the computer program i’ve talked with other Grubhub drivers and they said the same thing is happened to them when an emergency came up and all that Grubhub is concerned with his money they do not care about the drivers when something happens. Your ratings go down right away but then for your schedule ratings to come back up, you have to do at least 100 orders for each one percent of the rating increase This was the same issue I had with DoorDash and that’s why I quit DoorDash because they were stealing tips and they kept bouncing the ratings up and down and it was very difficult for drivers to stay committed to the work and now Grubhub is doing the same thing. They want to drivers to be loyal and committed with the company itself is not willing to do that for the drivers

Grubhub is the worst. We've placed various orders and we specifically put up Instructions step by step to our location and they purposely leave the food somewhere else or they take it for themselves. Today the delivery courier sent me a picture of the food on the bench in the building in front of ours and when I called him he couldn't even speak English. Do better Grubhub!

We ordered food from a restaurant 10 minutes away. The tracking showed the driver pass within 5 minutes of the restaurant, drive twenty minutes south for what I assume was another delivery. The tracking originally showed delivery 4:33-4:51 but then changed to 5:13-5:25. Needles to say out food was cold. I was offered a $5.00 credit for our next order for a $40.00 order that we couldn’t eat. I cancelled my subscription and will never use again.

Driver posted a picture of a house I don't even recognize being in my neighborhood. Says he left the order there, but in the picture he posted there was no sign of any food...just an empty porch. This is the second straight screw-up of my order. I'm done...free delivery or not. Amazon should be ashamed for promoting such a terrible company.

I think you should make a decision to utilize DoorDash or UberEats because these folks are the WORST. They must not pay their drivers enough because the drivers are eating people's food...and GRUBHUB knows it. They just refund your money SOMETIMES and expect you to figure out how to feed the remaining folks in your family who's food has been eaten by the GRUBHUB driver. Stop using these people now and save yourself from being ass out because they have only brought half of your food but charged you full price. Now I am tasked with finding my mom something for dinner because the freaken driver ate her cheesesteak.

I placed an order from Wendy’s today, to be delivered at my job. When it arrived, the lady was like you ordered McDonald’s and I told her no Wendy’s. It was a Wendy’s bag however, the taco salad that I ordered was not even in the bag only the chili and four pieces of chicken. They have really been going down in their. service.

Worst service ever. They changed times and then to about 45 minutes late. At end of time they said it was delivered it was not. Here is reply from them: Hi, this is Jaz from Grubhub. I apologize, it looks like our chat was disconnected. Unfortunately, I’m unable to provide you with a refund or concession at this time. Your account has already been escalated to a Specialist for review. That review may take up to 7 to 10 business days. You will be contacted via email only if there is a change to your status. If you do not receive an email communication from us that means that there has been no change to your status and we are still unable to process a refund or concession for you. At this time there has been no change to your status. Thank you!

Horrible. They switched the platform and when I ordered pick up by mistake (we have NEVER ordered pick-up, we don't have a car) they had no flexibility to have a driver deliver the order, and they refused to cancel the order.

This is the second day in a row we ordered through grub hub and no one has delivered our order. Not to mention we paid and tipped. Don’t think I will be using grubhub again since they are not reliable.

Orders were hours and I mean hours late. No notification or communication and just left it when it did arrive - out of the delivery services available I would rank it as the very bottom. Oddly enough, it is more expensive, has less options the only bright light is Go Puff. They do their own deal - they brought me excellent produce- within a reasonable time frame but oddly enough you order through GrubHub but track through them…

EVERY SINGLE ORDER is ALWAYS delayed by at least 30min to an hour...EVERY SINGLE TIME!! THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! Food comes cold as ice and always again VERY LATE!!!

Fees are too high. I will fight on every social media platform for driver’s from an individual restaurant rather than your excessive fee model.

Horrible service! I ordered food at 8:20 pl On a Friday evening and as of midnight still no food!! The worst part is customer service encouraging me to keep waiting by repeating, ‘rest assured, your driver is on his way to you’ I am disappointed that Amazon did the deal with them. I hope they buy Grubhub and do better. With their delay times, one needs to order a day ahead and for the next meal!!
