Grubhub suck. I cannot walk due to surgury. So I wanted to get a delivery.Grubhub tells me that I said pick up. I did not. If I wanted to order food and pick it up I would have called the restaurant. Now I'm out 27 bucks. But what's that to them. Now no food. I'm angry at myself for even thinking of ordering from them. I agree with others who left reviews. Useless worthless.

Contacted about cold food because the driver had sat in front of the restaurant for over 5 minutes after picking up my order and was denied a refund. Absolutely ridiculous how this company behaves about errors made by the drivers and restaurants. I am now in process of deleting my account which is stupid that it is not an automatic deletion I have to wait almost a month like how ridiculous is that?! Not using this service ever again.

Grubhub is garbage for sending me to 1950 West baseline in Tempe. Directions specifically said 1950 West baseline Tempe!! 1950 West baseline is in Mesa!! so I was led to the I-10 in front of Denny's for no reason but when I called KFC at 1950 West baseline in Mesa !!! Anna answerered and was very kind so I drove out to Mesa to get my KFC after passing the KFC next to food City twice!! so back to GrubHub being garbage for sending people to the wrong locations thank you Anna @KFC for directing me the right way.

Order was posted to take 44 minutes from Taco Bell and then went to 1 hour 44 min and at first notification of the delay I tried to cancel it and I was told no. No I will have soggy gross as food for $50 dollars and grub hub won’t refund! Don’t use them!

The order was placed and I got confirmation on it. It was suppose to be delivered between 5:15 and 5:30 I then got notified that it would be at 5:56-6:11 because the driver wasn't there he was on his way. Well then I get a notification that they had to cancel my order but they didn't say why finally I get an email for a free

Horrible service please I advise not only someone who is hungry and don’t want to drive but this company need to be closed down service does not exist I hope NO ONE AND I MEAN NO ONE EVER ORDERS FROM THIS TRASH ESTABLISHMENT IF I COULD TEXT AS FAST AS MIND WANT TO TALK I WOULD REALLY TELL YOU HOW I FEEL THIS IS THE WORST I PRAY THEY GO BANKRUPT AND NEVER REGAIN AGAIN AND I PROBABLY WILL DO MORE DAMAGE TOMORROW CAUSE THIS IS THE MOST IRRITATING PLACE TO ORDER FROM PERIOD I HATE THIS PLACE AND PRAY THAT AMERICA HATES IT AS WELL!!!!

Their on time guarantee is a joke. They don't stick to their original times..but constantly change it so they don't have to honor it. Had an order that took over 2 hours and no guarantee honored. On top of it they will not refund or credit me on missing items because they state they had compensated me in the past. Mind you I hadn't used them in close to 2 years. Only tried them again because of my Amazon prime. And now I remember why I stopped using them

There are plenty of food delivery services. Choose anything other than grubhub. I placed an order it was never received, they refused to refund. Offered a credit and when I attempted to use that didn't work either. When I asked why , they didn't know so offered coupons worth a fraction of my original order and when I attempted to use I was hit with additional fees. Absolutely horrible service !

Horrible. I ordered food from a restaurant in my town, in the same shopping center as the target I was picking up an order at-after I ordered, I went to check email for confirmation/receipt and realize it was sent to a restaurant in the town over from me. I got on the grub hub chat and they were useless. I said the blame is on you guys, I double checked my pick up address! They said too late, it’s already been sent to restaurant and disconnected the chat. I made sure it was at my shopping center because I was going to be there anyways to curbside pick up at the target right behind it. But nope, no refund, nothing. Rude customer service. Horrible. Never again. I shared the experience with friends and family and my kids and they’ve shared the experience as well. It was my first experience with them and my last. Since then, all my family and friends and kids teenage friends in high school, who use it weekly have deleted grub hub app and USE DOOR DASH, they are awesome!!!

My pet Tiny loves Food Just for dogs. Thank you so so much to the wonderful and friendly staff. They guided me in the right direction. Looking forward to our summer vacation! And yes we’re packing some JFFD for Tiny!

I waited an over an hour, food was dumped at my door with no notification and it was cold. You are supposed to be a service. Bad service. When I called to complain got offered off on next delivery. This is not the first time I had issues with them. Will not use again

Placed an order at 10am for a noon delivery. The order still ended up being over an hour late and arrived at 1:10. Contacted customer support and the best they could do was provide me $5 off next order which doesn't even cover the delivery and service charges.

The company website no longer allows you to leave negative reviews about the restaurant. When it comes to evaluating the restaurant for feedback after in order. It asked you three questions. If any of those three questions or negative when it comes to written feedback, the screen freezes. You are not able to give it any stores and then you have to close the app. I’m going to report them to the federal trade commission and this is now a new system that they have put in Place.

The first driver stole my food and the restaurant cancelled my order. The second driver and restaurant both told me what happened. Then I got an email from Grubhub lying and saying they cancelled my order because the restaurant was missing an item. In the meantime I had to reorder my food. I finally got a number to call customer service and the person barely spoke English. Then I spoke supposedly to a supervisor who said she couldn’t do anything but refund my money in 5 business days! No discount. No free food. Wth!!! I only used them because supposedly the delivery was free with Amazon. Then I googled them and saw all the horrid reviews! Never again!!

I place an order and within a minute I realized I forgot to add a drink so I went back on and went to add to my order and added a drink. When the driver brought me the order I had two food orders and one drink! I contacted customer service as this was there computer problem not mine. They refused to issue a refund of one order because they said I received the food. I just got it and did not know the second was coming! after talking with supervisor they want to give me $25 towards next order! I only wanted my $15 back. Why can you not give me my $15 but yet give me a credit for when IO come back! Not coming back! Going to Door dash!
