GrubHub does not have a contract to deliver fo Bugatti Resturant, in Coral Gables. I confirmed with the manager. I pre-ordered (3 days ago) for delivery today at 6:30 pm. At 6:25 pm I got Txt from GrubHub that something went wrong and the order was cancelled. REALLy? The manager told me that the GRUBHUB scam is to take an order and then their person goes to the restaurant and orders while he is standing there, then they come back and pick up and deliver ...not on time, cold food. Charging $17 - $40 extra in fees. GOOD BYE ... BYE, BYE, BYE GRUBHUB - you are cheating customers and the restaurants.

The worst of the worst in food delivery services. Their drivers are horrible! Tonight, we gave it one more try after swearing last summer to never use Grubhub again. The driver got to restaurant and food wasn't ready yet, so instead of waiting, he left to go do other orders and never came back. I finally had to go to restaurant and pick up the food myself! And, it's nearly impossible to get Grubhub to credit you back for even just the tip, let alone all the fees attached. NEVER AGAIN!

Ordered food from Red Lobster on 1/27/21 at 800pm Waited till 915pm No food arrived. Finally around 930 pm order got cancelled. Very bad experience.

0 is the score they are the worst. Steal my $ my food. Supervisors are useless they can refund u 5days? But I don't have another $80 to pay $160. Hoping I'll get to eat? No thanks how does that help? Manager at Boston Market said my foods been sitting getting cold waiting on pick up 2hours. Driver said she be rite back? Nope just tipped herself 30% and never answered her phone. I emailed called and bubble chatted!

Did not deliver order. Claimed I was to pick-up. Why would I order from Grubhub to pick-up? I would call restaurant directly. No solution offered. Very bad customer service.

I tried them 2 times 1st time late over 2 hours. 2nd time after waiting 2 hours they just cancelled the order. I will Never use Grubhub ever again totally sucks

manually input my address and confirmed, yet the system glitched and autofilled an address down the street from my house. drivers dont call, they only text, and oh well if you dont respond. called customer service and the rep could care less, and didnt fully listen to my complaint. $80 order....down the drain.

First time using this service instead of DoorDash. Never will I use grubHub. Missing items from order. Had to drive to get the missing items. Waist of my time.

Beyond horrible. Ended up eating tiny leftovers amd emergency food at home. App would not let me create password and i ended up talking with someone halfway across the world who could not help me resolve problem. Will complain to owner of restaurant.

This company is the worst they canceled my order and lied as to y and then the driver picked it up and kept it. But dont worry they will send me money towards my next order bc they know I'm done with them.. calling the bbb in the am and filing g a report.

Do not use Grubhub. Agents are rude, they block your account without any reason, food always arrived late and cold. Whose fault is that???!! Check elsewhere, period.

you think that anyone who creates a business would provide quality and put passion behind what they do. but that's not the case with grubhub.com they have made it very clear that they are just the middle man for your food in it for the extra buck. If the food comes cold or damaged they will refund you because they don't care that your hungry. why not refund and resend the food at grubhubs expense or don't refund me and just re-order my food. but like I said they want a quick buck not a long lasting one.

They suck, If possible use another company... this is the 2nd time in a month that GH has delayed my order and was over an hour late. The first time they delayed order we waited over an hour just to have our order canceled.

Not only was our order missing items but the delivery time changed 3 or 4 times & it took 2 hours for us to finally get our food.Then the driver put our food on our porch & didn't even contact me to tell it was there so our food was in the cold for atleast 10 min. just sitting there while we waited.I didn't even find out our food was delivered until I messaged the driver to see how much longer it would be and her comment was it had already been delivered. With all that, I contacted grubhub through their chat line & after the 2nd customer service rep disconnected from me w/o any resolution & w/o me having time to reply, they would send me a final comment that since they hadn't heard back quick enough,they ended the chat with no resolution.I didn't even have one full minute to reply to the 1st rep after telling them what happened & them giving a bogus resolution of 10% off my NEXT visit and 30 days to use the code. After I said it wasn't acceptable with all that transpired, they so kindly (NOT) went to 20%. Still wasn't good enough for what happened. Next thing I know they disconnected me again. Same thing with the 2nd rep who never even gave a resolution before ending the chat unresolved. I finally got to a 3rd rep who reluctantly refunded my money. I failed to state that everytime they disconnected the chat, I was put back in a que to wait for another rep to reply. The 3rd rep offered the 20% off but after I retold everything that happened including what the 2 reps before him did, he gave me a full refund. I intend on going to corporate as well with this. These actions of the driver and reps is completely and utterly ridiculous and unacceptable. If you have a choice, use Doordash. I never had an issue like this with them & if you do have an issue, they are quick to resolve it & make the customer happy. Friends, we can only go by reviews of each other to get the real truth. This is my real truth. Stay away from Grubhub. Their service and reps suck! NEVER AGAIN!!!

My first experience with Grubhub was a complete failure. I had placed the order at a local KFC. Only half of the order was delivered, I checked my order and call immediately. I was told that anyone could make mistakes and it was not their responsibility to verify the order was correct. I did the chat with Grubhub and they offered me a refund of the tip only and of course apologized. At that point, I had to order again and go pick it up because I wasn't about to have a second screwup. I was ordering the food for a grieving family that had just lost their son and I was getting very irritated! Needless to say I will not be using Grubhub again. Waste of time. Just easier to do the way I've always done...order and then go pick up.

I ordered a filet o fish meal from McDonalds... when it was all said and done it was $19 ... are you freaking kiddining me? I will never use grub hub again. What a rip off

My first experience with Grubhub was a complete failure. I had placed the order at a local pizza place at 4:00pm. Said it would take between 40-50 minutes. At 5:00, I checked my front door and no pizza to be found. I gave it another 15 minutes and still no pizza. I checked the app and it said pizza was delivered at 4:40. WTH!! No pizza in sight...I even checked my neighbors porches and it wasn't there either. I did the chat with Grubhub and they did give me a refund and of course apologized. At that point, I had to order another pizza and go pick it up because I wasnt about to have a second pizza not delivered again. I had a hungry 8 year old who was getting very irritated! Needless to say I will not be using Grubhub again. Waste of time. Just easier to do the way I've always done...order and then go pick up.

They canceled my order in the last minute before the restaurant closes and says "we apologize for the inconvenience go and order at some other restaurant" when all the other restaurants on their website are closed. WORST SERVICE. NOT ORDERING AGAIN
