I ordered Noodles & Company and it didn’t arrive at all. The driver named Marco said that another driver took it. They shouldn’t be doing that. I don’t understand why they can’t do any re-deliver because they said they can’t fix it. Something is not right. I never like to reorder my lunch because I can’t afford it.

We did not receive our order and my bank was charged and they will not refund my money! I will not refer anyone to use grub hub, in fact I will tell everyone not to use them. They just stole my money!

I would give them less than 1 star if it was availble. I ordered food for an important meeting from a sandwich shop. They were 30 minutes late and it had been assigned to one driver that said it would be delivered by 11:50 then it switched to another driver and said the food would be here by 12:36. I chatted with GrubHub and asked why they were so late. The customer service person asked if I still wanted the food and I said yes, people are sitting around waiting for their food. I called around 12:45 when the food still hadn't shown up and the driver said that GrubHub canceled the order. When I spoke to GrubHub, they said, no, your driver will be there in 5 minutes. When I told them I just got off the phone with him and he returned the food, they canceled the order again. No one there knows what they're doing. If you have an important meeting, do not order from them.

Never again GrubHub Just wanted to change the note to driver on the app Kept opening the chat Saying something went wrong A person should be able to just update their info without having to jump through hoops After several tries I just wanted to cancel my order and again not so easy to do Customer service calls wanting to know more I explained to the rep my issues and she apologized and said I will cancel the order Guess what order still arrived and I still had to pay And in all honesty the firehouse sub in beech Grove Indiana has the worst pastrami ever

I’m beyond upset with this app because it seems that every time I order from this app there is always something wrong with my order such a poor quality food, missing and Items. I always leave a tip and they charge additional fees so I spend a lot of money just for the convenience; but is it really that convenient if there is always an item missing? and now I’m being told that they can’t refund me for my missing drink that I ordered that was $5, This time they put an empty cup in my bag with no drink inside but because I requested refunds frequently they said they can not refund me and I explained that it’s not my fault that there is always an issue with my order I’m not sure if it’s because of the restaurant or the driver or if it’s because there is a lack of communication between the restaurant and the driver. I just deleted the app since it seems that there is nothing that they can do for me. I’m currently pregnant and was really craving this fruity drink and unfortunately I don’t have a car and my husband is at work so I wasn’t able to drive to pick up my order myself.

I ordered food today delayed original delivery time by 30 minutes food arrived cold when I contacted customer service 1st response was they can give me 5 credit towards next order after I escalated to supervisor the offered 25 credit for future order but tell me it doesn't apply to tax or driver tip so it is only virtual money and doesn't count towards whole order so the real money I spent they keep and I can't get any of my money back

Grubhub is an absolute scam. I have not been able to even chat with customer care on the app anymore. I am pretty sure they have deactivated that feature, but make it seem like it's available on the app. When I hit the button chat with us.... nothing happens. This has been going on for at least 6 months to my knowledge.

I spent $60 on an order that the driver stole. I'd list the order number but they froze it , as assuming because they didn't want to receive a bad review. They credited me, but they hire thieves with access to out address'. I am 99.9% ai am cancelling my membership.

Most time orders are wrong and never receive refunds for orders missing or mess up and one of the restaurant that really screw up or portillo in Illinois orders all ways wrong grubhub use to be very good in certain areas restaurant are good and where I leave Chicago heights Illinois restaurant portillo very bad stay away have start using door dash or uber it's in my area the drivers are great grubhub is sorry customers service sucks still waiting on 3 refunds will stop using them in certain areas and certain restaurant like portillo 🤮

If I could give them less than a star I would. I placed an order for lunch about 9is in the am. I get a message from them at 11:50am that my order was cancelled. No real explanation. I am at work and have no way of leaving, so I was left with no lunch. To make things even worse, they send me a $5 off coupon that has to be used today. This is only the second attempt at their service and both were horrible. First one my order was late and the driver explained to me that this happens if another order comes in before they get to me and if they are closer, they get their order before I get mine. I'm glad I'm on a free trial with Amazon (I will be letting Amazon know they are using a horrible company) otherwise I would have been even more upset. When I tried to order from somewhere else, it was well over an hour and past my lunch time. Thanks for ruining my lunch for me GrubHub. I will never use your service and for sure make sure I let everyone know how horrible your service is.

I will NEVER use GrubHub again!!! We ordered a pizza from Marco's. The pizza cost about $30 but when GrubHub added their fees and a driver tip of $8.63 the total cost was almost $52!!!!!!!! I called customer service and so far have not seen any adjustment to my card. Our pizza was ready at 5:35pm but wasn't delivered until 6:05pm!!! And not to mention but our pizza was left on our WET doorstep!!! It had been raining and the porch was still wet!! And when I went to see the driver photo of our delivery...it wasn't available to view. HOW CONVENIENT!! All I can say is WTF!!

You guys just let anybody deliver food it’s disgusting I’m tired of paying good money for food I want to eat and it coming to me all messed up tampered with and smashed up and the food is always cold because the drivers don’t care about quality of food and customer satisfaction horrible service.

Grub Hub is the biggest rip off in the world. They have so many problems with the orders, and they say it’s the customers fault. They double charge me on $50 worth of Taco Bell food today. And I only ordered 20. And now they say they can’t help me because they’ve helped me in the past with their bad orders. One time they sent the driver almost 2 hours away to get food and it was like three hours late cold and all mushy and crappy. They just are a bunch of online thieves. that are out to get your money. That’s all they care about. Amazon Prime offers them for free through their prime membership. Don’t fall for it at all and I’m also going to notify Amazon Prime about it. They have such poor customer service. It is unreal and that’s all those foreigners are out for is money, money money. Can’t even understand them when they talk. !! And their customer service skills suck they over talk you and hang up on you and all. It’s the worst company I have ever dealt with and I have ran some big big companies in the United States. Stay away from them. Use DoorDash.!! I have never ever had a problem with DoorDash.

Do not use this service!!!!! This is the second time after waiting over an hour for my food that Grubhub cancelled my order for no reason. They texted me after over an hour that they canceled my food and will refund me the money. I called them and was told the restaurant was closed. I called the restaurant and they said they were open and don’t understand what happened either. The Grubhub customer service was not helpful at all. Grubhub said they called the restaurant to see if they were actually opened and of course they were for another two hours. All I was told from Grubhub was “ Sorry we can’t do anything.”

They canceled our first order without explanation. We ordered again from other place and they told us that they can't assign anyone for 30 min. We tried to cancel and they told us that we can't cancel. After talking g to manager they offered us a $10 refund for first order. We are now waiting for food for 90 min. We will not use their service again. Horrible customer treatment.

missing items from orders? too bad...their so called "Help" link doesn't even connect with anyone...and if you call the restaurant, they tell you that you need to contact Grubhub...I'm done with them... use them at your own risk because they don't give a sh^t.

Grubhub is a pathetically run company with customer service agents that can barely speak English. Any time you have any sort of questioning about what happened with your order, they will hang up. I will never even try with this pathetic company again. Awful business.
